(ii) M&L to fill the sunken floor with PCC ( 1:5:10) type E-2 using bk aggregate over the treated surface complete all as specified and directed. (iii) M& L 40mm thick (Min) PCC (1:2:4) type B-0 using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate with integral water proofing compound as per manufacturer instructions on bottom of sunken portion with proper slope towards spout. Vertical sides shall be plastered in CM (1:3) 15 mm thick mixed with water proofing compound as per manufacturer instructions. Plaster shall be extended over PCC coving when the same is green i.e. PCC & plaster be carried out at the same time complete all as specified and directed. (iv) After laying sewage/ plumbing pipes with fixtures in position 2 coats of OMIPLAS EP-101 epoxy compound shall be applied complete all as specified and directed. (v) Spouts of 25mm dia GI pipe light grade projecting 450mm clear of face outer a wall with mosquito proof cap on inner face of pipe shall be provided to drain out seepage water ,including cutting holes and making good if needed as specified and directed. (vi) Test again of water tightness by pounding for 72 hours & rectify defects if any till total elimination of defects complete all as specified and directed.The sunken portion shall be tested for leakage / seepage / dampness by pounding with water for 72 hours. In case any defect is noticed the portion shall be grouted with cement slurry mixed with suitable chemical & tested again. The process of grouting and testing shall be repeated till leakage / seepage / dampness is eliminated.

Taking out old U/S service connection cable for replacement including S&F service connection cable, 1100 volts grade heavy duty PVC insulated aluminium conductor, 16 Sqmm 4 core size, served with inner sheathing of PVC tape and overall PVC sheathed in service connections suspended by insulating hangers not more than 1 metre apart including 4mm suspension wire, one twin core cable flat or circular, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for earthing complete with galvanised steel, earth plate electrode 600x600mm x 6mm thick burried directly in ground verticaly (earth pit not less than 2.25 mtrs below ground level ) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 mtrs below normal ground level connected to galvanised earth lead wire 4 mm dia by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanised iron/steel all as shown in electrical plate No 3 on page 497 of MES schedule 2009 part - I connected to main switch board/main DBs/earthing test point including all necessary excavation and earth work in hard/dense soil common salt and charcoal dust mixed and packed 150mm thick all round the GI earth plate, watering pipe 20mm dia GI medium grade. GI sheet 0.63 mm thick funnel, wire gauge, 50mm thick RCC cover in PCC 1:2:4 type B1 duly reinforced with MS round bars 6mm dia @ 150c/c both ways and pit/chamber in PCC 1:3:6 type C1 with suitable lifting handle to cover, GI protection pipe 15mm dia light grade up to 7.5mtr from electrode GI pipe to be fixed with complete all as specified and directed. Note :- (i) Earth lead beyond 7.5 mtr from electrode to earth terminal point/main switch & GI pipe light grade 15mm dia for protection against mechanical damage to lead shall be measured separately. (ii) On testing after completion if desired earth resistance is not obtained, the earthing will be redone at no extra cost.

S&F exhaust fan, metal body, heavy duty, copper winding with self-louvers shutters with frame, AC single phase 230 Volt of size 300 mm sweep by grouting both ends in wall up to required length, including making hole of suitable size & making good disturbed surfaces of wall to match the existing surface & and removing the rubbish / debris to a distance as directed by Engr-in-Charge and connecting with flexible cable 3 core copper conductor of size 23/0.0076 of suitable length from ceiling rose to exhaust fan, complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F Exhaust fan plastic body heavy duty ISI mark, 250 mm size with louvers including all connecting accessories and cutting opening on wall and making good as per existing surface complete all as specified and directed

Supply & fixing Geyser 25 Ltr capacity, five star rating. ISI mark with making of 04 Nos hole amd grouting of suitable size of nuts and bolts and making good as per existing surface

S & F sheet metal enclosure, single pole and neutral with a two pin and earth plug and socket complete with and including one single pole MCB 20 Amp, 240 volts, 10 KA, B curve complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing LED street light fitting 60 Watt 230 V AC outdoor type with high pressure die cast aluminum hosing and heat resistant complete with driver, lamp bracket with impact and corrosion resistant including thermal management in multiple optics complete with IP 65/66 protection, fixing the same with 25mm dia GI pipe light grade bracket, 1.5 mtr long including necessary cutting / bending /welding and fixed the same with two Nos FI clamps of 40x4mm duly painted and suitable size of nut & bolts etc. and making electrical connection with three core copper flexible wire of 1 Sqmm upto ceiling rose, complete all as specified and directed.
