M&L Earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode 60cm x 60cm x 6mm thick buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 metre deep below ground level) with top edge of plate not less than 1.5 metre below normal ground level connected to galvanized earth lead strip 32mmx6mm by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanized iron or steel all as shown in electrical plate No 3 of MES SSR Part-I connected to main switch board or main control board all as specified and testing on completion including provision of earth strip protected by galvanized iron 40 mm dia light grade pipe and watering pipe shall be 20 mm bore light grade including all excavation and earth work in any type of soil, PCC pit with pre-cast RCC cover, charcoal/salt, funnel etc including taking out old un-serviceable earthing, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge Note: (i) The concrete pit shall be PCC 1:3:6 type C-1, 40mm thick pre-cast cover slab of RCC (1:2:4) type B-1 using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate, reinforced with 8mm TMT bars @ 10 cm c/c on both sides with suitable cast iron handle shall be provided in lieu of cast iron cover shown in electrical plate No. 3 of MES SSR Part-I., (ii) Item includes the cost of GI pipe up to 7.5m GI for protection of earth strip & (iii) PCC pit shall be provided at least 500 mm away from the pit and not on the earth pit itself and the extra cost of additional length of watering pipe, bends, elbow etc shall be deemed included in the unit rate.

Disconnecting/ taking out old unserviceable LT underground cable of any size from trenches/floor/along the pole including recoiling at site of work complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge

M&L XLPE insulated, screened, PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured heavy duty electric cable with aluminium stranded conductor 1100 volts grade, cross sectional area 16 sqmm. 4.0 core complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge

M&L XLPE insulated, screened, PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured heavy duty electric cable with aluminium stranded conductor 1100 volts grade, cross sectional area 25 sqmm. 3.5 core complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5m wide and not exceeding 1.5m in depth for foundation etc or for shaft, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, taking out cable, etc not exceeding 10 sqm on plan and getting out in any type soil complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L sand cushioning to PVC cable with tibba sand and punning to provide required cover complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge Note:- For the purpose only punned thickness will be measured.

Supply & laving 40 to 50mm thick roughly hammer dressed Jodhpur stone patti cable cover 25cm to 30cm wide and n. exc 60cm long each laid dry abutting with each other with manimum gap between adjacent slabs n.exc 10mm complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Returning, filling in, including, spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm thick in any soil complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Removing excavated soil to a distance not exceeding 50m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L PCC (1:3:6) type C-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate in making good the road surfaces as its original position, n. exc. 10 cm in width and setting in mortar complete all as specified and directed by engineeer-in-charge.

M&L for GI tubing of size 80mm medium grade with all fittings laid in ternches for cable protection complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L in replacement of old unsv MCCB 3 Pole,, 415Volt, 100 Amp with breaking capacity 16 KA complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge

M&L in replacement of old unsv MCCB 3 Pole,, 415Volt, adjustable type, 200 Amp with breaking capacity 36 KA all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.
