Taking out 32 mm bore pipe of any type with all fittings and accessories etc, from trenches/ surface complete all as specified and as directed. (Note:- Excavation/ earth work will be measured and paid separately under respective items.)

All as per Item No. 1.00 here in before but of size 50 mm bore.

Supply and fixing GI water tubing 100mm bore heavy duty ISI maked with all fittings such as tee, elbow, coupler or end flanged (thickness of flanged not less than 10mm with rubber gasket) bolt and nuts complete to walls or laid in floors /trenches including testing complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing GI water tubing 80mm bore heavy duty ISI maked with all fittings such as tee, elbow, coupler or end flanged (thickness of flanged not less than 10mm with rubber gasket) bolt and nuts complete to walls or laid in floors /trenches including testing complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing 75 mm inner dia CPVC Schedule 80 pipes & plain CPVC Schedule 80 fittings with all fittings and fixed to walls and ceiling or laid in trench complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing 50mm dia CPVC pipes SDR-11 with all fittings and fixed to walls and ceiling or laid in trenches complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing 32 mm dia CPVC pipes SDR-11 with all fittings and fixed to walls and ceiling or laid in floors complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply & fixing in replacement Foot Valve conforming to IS 4038, Made of cast iron material one side flange end and other side strainer and floating reinforced rubber coated ball as per existing sample for 100 mm dia pipe complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix Bronze Spring Loaded Safety Relief Valve, Open Discharge (Screwed) Pressure Range : 0 – 10 kg/cm² complete all as specified and directed .

S & F for Electromagnetic flow meter flange end type, 2 digital outputs, Integral mount design with local LCD display, 230 V AC supply, Nominal pressure rating not less than PN 10, Robust construction for rough environmental conditions Protection Class -IP 67 suitable for 100 mm dia pipe complete all as specified and directed (Make: ABB/Zoloto or equivalent as approved by GE)

Supply & fixing in replacement sluice valve 100mm bore cast iron flanged & drilled both ends (ISI marked) Class PN- 1.6, Non Rising stainless steel spindle including all jointing materials and mild steel nuts, bolts, washers and gasket etc complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per item No. 12 here in before but 80 mm dia sluice valve complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply & fixing in replacement non return valve class PN 1.6, swing type with nitrile rubber flap, flanged ends suitable for 100 mm dia pipe complete all as specfied and directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement Pressure gauge 4" dial 0-14 kgs rating complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply & fixing in replacement butterfly valve (Wafer Type), PN-1.6 with S/S Disc, neoprene rubber Lining, lever operated and S.G. Iron body suitable for 80 mm dia pipe complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply & fixing in replacement bronze ball/ gate valve with handle, screwed both ends suitable for 50 mm dia iron pipe complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F in replacement bronze ball/ gate valve with handle, screwed both ends suitable for 25 mm dia iron pipe complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F Ball brass valve high pressure with polyethelen float and fly nut for 25mm dia pipe complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F for UPVC/ CPVC 25/50 mm dia verticle pipe supporting hot dip galavnised clamping system consisting with mono bracket U bolt R/M system complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for core cutting holes into or through Brick wall, cement concrete slabs, RCC wall etc for inserting of pipe upto 75 mm dia and making good disturbed surface of walls, floors, etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5m width and not exceeding 1.5 m in depth and getting out in hard/dense soil for taking up/ laying cable/pipe etc complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling including spreding, leveling watering & well ramming in laying not exc. 25cm for soft/ loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Removal of excavated material at a distance not exc 50 mtr and dipositing where directed at a level not exc. 1.5 mtr above the starting point for soft/ loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for boring under road/ hard standing by trench less technology using ultra sound method including 150 mm HDPE pipe 10 KG pressure rating complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

M & L for boring under road/ hard standing by machine /manual method for inserting the GI tubing up to 100 mm dia all as specified and directed by Engineer In Charge.

M & L for cutting road/ hard surfaces standing not exc. 60 cm depth and 45 cm in width and getting out excavated material for laying of pipe including removal of soil, returning filling of surface including PCC 1:2:4, 10 cm from top surface complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for brick masonry valve pit of size 90 x 90 x 90 cm (internal dimensions of chamber) including 23cm thick wall built in CM 1:6, 15mm thick plain cement plaster internally in CM 1:4 and flush pointing externally as the work proceeds, PCC 1:5:10 type E2 in foundation 40mm thick PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 in floor, 50mm thick PCC 1:2:4 as coping over brick work and providing valve pit cover double door type made of 3mm thick MS sheet/plate welded with 25 x 25 x 4mm angle iron frame , provision of hinges, handle and locking arrangement including 40 x40 x 4mm iron frame fixed on top of valve pit painted with two coats of synthetic black paint over a coat of red of red oxide primer on steel work complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, install, testing and commissioning of high wall split type air conditioner unit indoor/outdoor complete with cordless remote control unit and within built air ioniser and plasma filter for better indoor quality and EER 3.2 of cap 2.0 TR 5 star rating complete all as specified and directed.

S & F voltage stabiliser for automatic operation, single phase naturally air cooled indoor type & designed for input variation between 170V to 250 V with output voltage stabilised at 230 V with accuracy of + 2.5% and of capacity 5.0 KVA complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for concealed sub main wiring complete with PVC insulated FRLSH cable of 2 run of single core 06 Sqmm 1100 volts grade with unseathead multistranded copper coductor (for phase and neutral) drawn through and including PVC med grade conduit with accessories and 1 run of 6 sqmm 1100 volts grade with unseathead multistranded FRLSH copper coductor (for earthing) complete all as specified and directed. (Note :- (a) Two run of 6 Sqmm multistranded FRLSH copper conductor and one run of 6 Sqmm multistranded FRLSH copper conductor and one run of 20 mm dia med grade PVC conduit shall be measured and paid as one run length. Colour coding for wiring shall be followed as per direction of Engr-in-Charge. (b) The rate quoted by contractor shall be included for chess cutting of the existing wall/surface for concealed wiring and making good the disturbed surfaces to match with the existing wall/surfaces)

S & F of single pole and neutral enclosure with a two pin and earth plug socket complete witj one single pole MCB of 20 Amp capacity complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for point wiring with 1.5 Sqmm single core PVC insulated unsheathed multi stranded copper conductor FRLSH cable 1100V grade drawn through and incl PVC concealled conduit with accessories like bends tees, junction boxes etc fixed recessed in wall or ceiling etc including 1.5 Sqmm single core PVC insulated but unsheathed multistrandard copper conductor FRLSH cable 1100V grade as earth continuity wire incl modular sunken type pressed steel terminal boxes of size with 3mm thick bakelite steel white/coloured top cover for :- (a) One fan point controlled by one switch complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing Modular switch one way 6A, 1 Module, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & fix ceiling rose 3 terminal/ poly carbonate, isolated body complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix exhaust fan made of sturdy Engineering plastic complete with louvers shutter, voltage 230V, 50 HZ, Size 300 mm, 3 run of 1.5 Sqmm FRLSH PVC Copper multistranded conductor for connection from conenctor of exhaust fan to ceiling rose, wall fastner etc complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Making hole in existing brick/PCC wall of required size to accommodate exhaust fan and fixing louvers on outer surface and Making good with the existing surface of the wall with matching complete all as specified and directed by Eng-In-Charge.

M&L for cutting existing steel tubing of 25 mm dia for alterations or additions for insertion of water pressure pumps without taking down the pipes complete all as specified and directed.

Supplying, fixing, testing and commissioning of automatic water pressure pump single phase, 230 volts, 50 HZ and working pressure of 4 kg/sqcm complete of 1 HP capacity with auto ON/OFF controller with electrical connection, NRV of suitable size and qty complete all as specified and directed.

S & F of sheet metal enclosure for DBs of SPN 4 way with 200 Amps rated bus bar double door complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & fix of 240 Volt, 10 KA Ç' Curve MCB SPN of 20 Amps rating capacity complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & fix of 240 Volt, 10 KA Ç' Curve MCB SP of 20 Amps rating capacity complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and laying of GI Pipe med grade 20 mm dia complete in wall/ floors/ ceiling complete all as specified and directed

Supply and fix of gun metal globe or gate valve with iron wheel head, screwed both ends for iron pipe and fixed suitable of 20 mm dia complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for concealed sub main wiring complete with PVC insulated FRLSH cable of single core 4 Sqmm 1100 volts grade with multi standard copper conductor for drawn through and including conduiting PVC Conduit with accessories incl 4 Sqmm unsheathed multi standard FRLSH copper conductor as earth wire complete all as specified and directed. Note: (A) Two runs of cable and one run of conduit & earth wire shall be measured as one run length. (B) Cost of Making Good of existing disturbed surface deemed to be included in unit rate.
