Supply, installation testing and commissioning of MNRE approved Grid tied Solar Panels with inverter, meter, cable etc. suitable for Rooftop installation as well as Unility Scale Solar Power Projects with 25 years of linear generation warranty, Work includes designing of solar panel area and MS frame and foundation on ground/roof of Pump house or CWR, showing arrangement of panel in available space. Installation of PV module on MS frame as per approved design and drawings. Mounting structure shall be suitably designed to withstand wind velocity up to 150km/hr. Grid Tie Transformer less inverters, Multiple independent MPPTs, Peak efficiency of >98%. Connect up to multiple strings PV arrays. Easy & fast connection, Built in string level monitoring, IP 65 protection level, Wi-Fi/ internet based remote monitoring with 5 years warranty. All cabling up to panel and metre, earthing etc. required accessories and taxes are inclusive. The work shall be executed as per detailed technical specifications, approved drawing and direction of Engineer incharge. Note: There shall be 5 year service warranty for panel, inverter meter, cable etc, and suitable provision shall be included in tender document (Only MNRE-approved DCR Solar PV Modules listed under the latest ALMM shall be supplied and installed.) far panels more than 10 KW and up to 50 KW at a single location.

Supply & fabrication steel structure with MS channel / angle / joist / ISMB / sheet etc. including welding, rivetting, cutting, nut & bolt , one coat of primer & two coat of enamel paint etc. as required complete in all respect. Providing & Laying P.V.C. / XLPE insulated & P.V.C. sheathed Unarmoured Copper cable confirming to IS:1554 P-I / IS :7098 P - I of 1.1 KV with electrolytic grade Copper made of copper rods confirming to IS 613-1964, of purity >99.7 %, Inner / outer sheath confirming to IS:5831 in existing RCC / Hume / Stoneware / PVC pipe/ open duct/cable trench / Cable tray (with cable tie) including testing etc. as required of following size. Add Extra for Laying of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE power cable of 1.1 KV grade direct in ground including excavation of trench of size 75 cm (Depth) x 35 cm(Width) , with procedure as per following points:- (a) Make a river sand bed of height 125 mm along the trench, (b) Lay the cable in the middle of the trench, (c) Provide river sand bed of height 125 mm on top of the cable, (d) Lay the protective Common burnt clay F.P.S. Bricks of Class designation 75 / Sand stone slabs of 50 mm thickness and 225 mm wide just above the sand bed vertically across the cable ( Approx. 9 no. Bricks per Mtr.), (e) Backfill the excavated soil leaving 300 mm from the Ground level, (f)Lay the Cable warning tape and again back-fill the remaining portion of the trench upto the ground level and compacting the earth

Add Extra in Item no.60.5 if Excavation done in Hard Rock / CC road / TAR Road and making Good the same
