Taking out existing roof treatment completely upto PCC / RCC surface and M&L for water proofing treatment on roof slab including picking, sweeping clean and washing down with water to remove dust & providing water proofing treatment described as under:- (a) Surface preparation and treating of construction joints, filling of honey combs with polymer modified mortar (Cement: Sand : smart care multipurpose polymer of Asian Paints or equivalent product of Thermax/ Berger )

Item No 120.00 contd. (b) Cleaning the surface and applying (Resin & Hardner) smart care Epoxy Primer 2k of Make Asian paints or equivalent product of Thermax/ Berger ) on the cleaned surface for bonding of PU magnum with the existing concrete surface. (c) Supplying, providing and applying waterproofing treatment to Terrace area with Asian Paints Smart care PU magnum, single component highly elastomeric seamless cold applied modified PU coating or equivalent product of Thermax/ Berger) including all necessary surface preparation, coving using smart care multipurpose polymer, water pond test, etc. complete as per manufacture's specifications and application methodology. The same coating shall be applied in two coats achieving a total thickness of 1mm. The coating shall have dual combination of 250% elongation . Execution to be done with authorised applicator of the manufacturer. Work will be executed in smart assurance system.

Cleaning of man holes of any depth and size including clearing the mouth of outlet/inlet pipes, by taking out accumulated soil, sludge etc mechanically and removal out of MD land and refixing manhole cover all as directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for dewatering and desludging of septic tank / soakage well of any size and depth by mechanical pumping by plugging inlet as requried, including effluent, solids and sludge out of MD land includind removing the manhole covers and reinstating to its original postion complete all as specified and directed by Engr-In Charge. (Note: A particular septic tank / soakage well which is undertaken once for cleaning and paid for shall be kept functional for entire contract period and no extra payment for repitetive cleaning if requred shall be made)

Pumping out sewage water from the man holes / septic tank / soakage well at different locations by means of sewage tanker fitted with pump (5000 ltr capacity) and disposing off out of MD land as directed by Engr-in-charge .

Excavation in trenches in any type of soil not exceeding 1.5M wide and not exceeding 1.5M in depth for sewage line, manhole etc not exceeding 10 sqm on plan and getting out in any type of soil complete.

Dismantling and taking out from trenches salt glazed stone ware / RCC pipes and fittings 150mm bore including PCC benching and haunching complete all as specified and directed. (Excavation shall be measured and paid for seperately)

Supplying, laying, jointing and testing salt glazed stone ware drain pipe 150 mm Internal dia, grade ‘A’ confirming to IS–651–1980 laid in trenches and jointed in cement mortar 1:1 complete

M&L for PCC (1:3:6) type C-2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) as in bed to drain pipes including packing under and haunching against the sides of pipes after they are laid and tested for 150 mm bore pipe complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, watering and well ramming in layers n. exc 25 cm thick in any type of soil complete.

Removing excavated material to a distance n exc 50m and deposited where directed at a level n. exc 1.5M above the starting point complete.

M&L for 60 mm thick vibromatic reinforced precast cement concrete 1:1:2 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) with 2mm thick mild steel CR sheet around painted with 2 coats of bituminous paint , as in man hole cover slabs finish fair even and smooth without using extra cement ( Top surface will be chequred finish) including necessary form work, 100 mm long handle of 12mm dia round bar counter sunk by 25mm welded to reinforcement complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge (Note : CA No and date will be engraved on covers. Reinforcement shall be measured and paid saperately. Curing will carried out with ponding method)

S&F mild steel TMT bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for TMT bars 8mm dia cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.90 mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for RCC 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) as in septic tank, soak well slabs supported on walls, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for steel formwork to soffits of suspended slabs such as roof slabs, and similar work, not exc 200mm thick (Horizontal or sloping) for fair finished flat surfaces of concrete.

M & L 15 mm thick rendering on brick work or concrete surface of manholes, septic tank , soak wells in cement mortar 1:4 surface finished even and smooth complete.

Taking down carefully copper/Aluminum point wiring (light, fan socket and power) complete including switches, ceiling rose lamp holder and regulator etc and removing from site and making good disturbed surfaces of walls/floors etc complete all as specified and directed by Eng-in-charge.

(nominal area) FRLS, single core PVC insulated 1100 Volts, grade multistranded copper conductor unsheathed in and including concealed PVC conduit medium duty 20 mm dia or higher and heavy grade conduit fittings and heavy duty accessories with suitable size of sunk type pressed steel terminal box 1.2mm thick for mounting of switches, sockets, fan regulator etc with 3 mm thick plastic laminated sheet as top cover, one green colour FRLS cable of same size as earth wire up to common earth and connected to earth dolly compete all as specified and directed by Eng.-in-charge of following.
