Iterm No. 1 - Providing and laying in position ready mixed plain cement concrete, with cement content as per approved design mix and manufactured in fully automatic batching plant and transported to site of work in transit mixer for all leads, having continuous agitated mixer, manufactured as per mix design of specified grade for plain cement concrete work, including pumping of R.M.C. from transit mixer to site of laying and curing, excluding the cost of centering, shuttering and finishing, including cost of curing, admixtures in recommended proportions as per IS : 9103 to accelerate/ retard setting of concrete, improve workability without impairing strength and durability asper direction of the Engineer-in-charge. Note : 1) Excess/less cement used than specified in this item is payable/recoverable separately. M-15 grade plain cement concrete (cement content considered @ 240 kg/cum)

Item No. 6:- Providing and laying in position ready mixed M-25 grade concrete for reinforced cement concrete work, using cement content as per approved design mix, manufactured in fully automatic batching plant and transported to site of work in transit mixer for all leads, having continuous agitated mixer, manufactured as per mix design of specified grade for reinforced cement concrete work, including pumping of R.M.C. from transit mixer to site of laying , excluding the cost of centering, shuttering finishing and reinforcement, including cost of admixtures in recommended proportions as per IS : 9103 to accelerate/ retard setting of concrete, improve workability without impairing strength and durability as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge. (Note :- Cement content considered in this item is @ 330 kg/cum.Excess/less cement used as per design mix is payable/recoverable separately).All works above plinth level upto floor V level

Item No. 7:- Providing M-40 grade concrete instead of M-25 grade BMC/RMC.(Note : Cement content considered in M-40 is @ 360 kg/ cum) Extra for providing richer mixes at all floor levels. Note:- Excess/less cement over the specified cement content used is payable /recoverable separately.

Item No. 8:- Coursed rubble stone masonry (first sort) with hard stone in foundation and plinth with Cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand)

Item No. 9:- Finishing with Epoxy paint (two or more coats) at all locations prepared and applied as per manufacturer's specifications including appropriate priming coat, preparation of surface, etc. complete. On steel work.

Item No. 10 :- Painting with synthetic enamel paint (i/c application of putty) of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade: Two or more coats on new work.

Item No. 11:- Demolishing cement concrete manually/ by mechanical means including disposal of material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer - in - charge.Nominal concrete 1:3:6 or richer mix (i/c equivalent design mix)

Item No. 12:- Demolishing R.C.C. work manually/ by mechanical means including stacking of steel bars and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer - in- charge.

Item No. 13:- Providing and laying 60mm thick factory made cement concrete interlocking paver block of M -30 grade made by block making machine with strong vibratory compaction, of approved size, design & shape, laid in required colour and pattern over and including 50mm thick compacted bed of coarse sand, filling the joints with line sand etc. all complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Item No. 14:- Providing and laying at or near ground level factory made kerb stone of M-25 grade cement concrete in position to the required line, level and curvature, jointed with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand), including making joints with or without grooves (thickness of joints except at sharp curve shall not to more than 5mm), including making drainage opening wherever required complete etc. as per direction of Engineer-in-charge (length of finished kerb edging shall be measured for payment). (Precast C.C. kerb stone shall be approved by Engineer-in-charge).

Item No. 15:- Chipping of unsound/weak concrete material from slabs, beams, columns etc. with manual Chisel and/ or by standard power driven percussion type or of approved make including tapering of all edges, making square shoulders of cavities including cleaning the exposed concrete surface and reinforcement with wire brushes etc. and disposal of debris for all lead and lifts all complete as per direction of Engineer-In-Charge 25 mm average thickness

Item No. 16:- Cleaning of reinforcement from rust from the reinforcing bars to give it a total rust free steel surface by using alkaline chemical rust remover of approved make with paint brush and removing loose particles after 24 hours of its application with wire brush and thoroughly washing with water and allowing it to dry, all complete as per direction of Engineer-In-Charge.

Item No. 17:- Drilling suitable holes in reinforced or plain cement concrete with power driven drill machine to a minimum depth of 100mm upto 200mm in RCC beams, lintels, columns and slabs to introduce steel bars for sunshades/balconies including fixing the steel bars in position using epoxy resin anchor grout of approved make but excluding the cost of reinforcement, all complete as per direction of Engineer-In- Charge (a) Above and including 12mm dia. (Note:- Unit weight of Epoxy considered in this item is 2000 kg/cum).

Item No. 18:- Providing, mixing and applying bonding coat of approved adhesive on chipped portion of RCC as per specifications and direction of Engineer-In-charge complete in all respect. SBR Polymer (@10% of cement weight) modified cementitious bond coat @2.2 kg cement per sqm of surface area mixed with specified proportion of approved polymer.

Item No. 19:- Providing and laying SBR Polymer modified (of approved make @ minimum 2% by wt. of cement used) plain/reinforced concrete jacket for the structural members e.g. columns, pillars, piers, beams etc with concrete having the specified minimum characteristic compressive strength [with ordinary portland cement, coarse sand and graded stone aggregate of 10mm maximum size in proportion as per design criteria] with specified average thickness all-round existing core of RCCmember. 100mm thick in Grade M 25 with cement content not less than 330 kg per cum

Item No. 20:- Disposal of malba/building rubbish by mechanical transport fitted with GPS mechanism including loading unloading and spreading with all leads and lift upto nearest authorized MCD dumping ground completed as per the direction on Engineer-in-Charge. (Payment will be made on production of printout of GPS mechanism and MCD receipt for payment of ground tax. MCD dumping ground tax if any shall be reimbursed separately on production of receipt). Malba scattered in along places road side berms/footpath shall have to be collected manually and then removing the same by mechanical transport for which nothing extra shall be paid.

Item No. 21:- Patching of damaged concrete surface with polymer concrete and curing compounds, initiator and promoter, available in present formulations, to be applied as per instructions of manufacturer and as approved by the Engineer for replacement of spalled concrete in the locations where spalling occurs with & without exposed reinforcement in components of superstructure, substructure, foundation (well cap), approach road/ramp and honeycombing etc.

Item No. 22:- Removal of loose concrete, traces of soots, grease, oil etc. from underneath of deck slabs, girder beams, cross girder, pier etc. using impact high frequency hammer/ chisel without damaging the existing concrete (if required) and by wire brush (Metallic Brushes only) including cleaning of existing concrete surface carefully by sand blasting. The item includes all necessary machinery, scaffolding compressor, coarse sand, cleaning the surfaces by air jet, disposal of unserviceable materials etc. complete as per specifications and instructions of Engineer in charge. (Surface area of the members shall be measured for payment purpose).

Item No. 23:- Providing and placing high strength, non shrink, pre-packed, free flow micro concrete having compressive strength of 60 MPa at 28 days (compresssive strength of one day should not be less than 25 MPa) . The micro concrete mix shall be prepared by mixing high strength, non shrink, pre-packed, free flow micro concrete powder with well graded cleaned crushed aggregates of 10mm & down size (Aggregates should be less than 10mm but retained on 3.36mm) in proportion of 2:1 (Two part pre-packed micro concrete powder : one part stone aggregates) by weight for repairing excessively damaged area of structural elements/Jacketing work/expansion joint repair etc. excluding reinforcement but including scaffolding, curing as per manufacturer's specificatons inclusive of all labours, materials, equipments etc. all complete as per directions of Engineer-in-Charge. (Note:-High strength, Non shrink, pre-packed, free flow micro concrete powder content considered in this item is 1450 kg/cum).

Item No. 24:- Sealing of the cracks voids and porous concrete by injecting ready mix pre-packed polymer modified cementious grout under a pressure of 4-5 MPa including providing nozzle/nipples of appropriate length, drilling of holes, inserting and fixing of nozzles/nipples with approved fixing compound or epoxy putty in deck slabs, girder, pier, pier caps and sheathing of pre-stressed duct etc subsequently cutting removal of nozzles/ nipples as necessary after completion of grouting as per technical specifications including MORT&H specifications section 2800 and 2806 inclusive of all labour, materials, equipment etc. complete as per instruction of Engineer-in-charge.

Item No. 25:- Sealing of the crack, voids porous concrete by injecting epoxy grout under a pressure of 4-5 MPa including providing nozzles/nipples of appropriate length, drilling of holes, inserting and fixing of nozzles/ niples with approved fixing compound and epoxy putty in deck slabs, girders, piers caps etc. subsequently cutting/ removal of nozzles/nipples as necessary after completion of grouting as per technical specification\MoRT&H specifications (section 2800 and 2803) inclusive of all labour, materials, equipment etc. complete as per direction and instructions of Engineer-in-charge.

Item No. 26:- Supplying and applying non metallic composite Carbon fiber wrapping system comprising of unidirectional fiber sheet 450 GSM (having dry fibre properties, modulus of elasticity not less than 230 GPa, tensile strength not less then 3700 MPa and density not less than 1.80 gm/cm3) and compatible saturant, including surface preparation by Grinding /moulding concrete, cleaning it with wire brush, removing oil, laitance etc.if present, rounding sharp edges to min 25mm. radius etc. complete, Profiling by applying compatible primer on prepared surface, filling the holes and uneven surfaces with thixotrophic putty etc.complete, wrapping the fiber sheet by tamping to avoid any air voids etc. i/c fixing with required number of fiber anchors of minimum 10 mm diameter along the length of girder (both side) as per the drawing, driving and fixing the same upto minimum 75mm into parent concrete. Complete with respect to driving holes, cleaning with pressure air, making them free of dust and dirt, fibre sheet reinforcement shall be saturated by not less then 1.25 kg/sqm of saturating resin. The same procedure shall be adopted for multiple layers with interval of 8 hrs between consecutive layers, rectifying air voids if any, pasting the river sand on it to make surface rough to add any further finishes as per the specifications, design and drawings and the direction of the Engineer-in-charge.Overlaps and wastage will not be paid.Note : Carbon Fibre Shear Anchor shall be paid separately under item no.27. The scope of work in the item includes: 1. The quantities are approximate and may vary as per the approved structural design for reinforcement of the structures using CFRP wrapping system for strengthening the structure. The structural design and drawings shall be provided by the department. 2. The item includes the cost of all operations involved to complete the job as per the Specifications and Conditions of Contract including the cost of arrangement of all material, machinery, Tools & Plants, manpower of all categories as per the directions of the Engineer-in-charge. 3. The item includes the cost of testing of all materials involved in the execution of the item as per the requirement given in the tender document. 4. The item includes all other incidental expenditures for completing the job as per the directions of the Engineer-in-charge.

Item No. 27:-Providing shear anchor of 10mm dia and 100mm long of high strength carbon firbre mesh with filling of hole with EPOXY, removing/ drawing out of the entrapped air etc. from the drilled hole all complete as per manufacture's specifications and directions of the Engineer-in-Charge. It shall include labour for mixing EPOXY resin, saturating the anchor with EPOXY, drilling the RCC/PSC members and inserting the saturated anchor inside the drilled hole.

Item No. 28:- Clearing and grubbing including uprooting rank vegetation, grass, bushes, shrubs and saplings near locations viz. retaining wall, expansion joints, pier caps etc. and disposal of unserviceable materials including removal and disposal.

Item No. 29:- Drainage spout having corrosion resistant structural steel, HDPE Pipe 160 mm dia and connected to 160 mm dia HDPE runner and down take pipes with reducer, fixed using G.I. Bolts, Galvanized M.S. Flat Clamps including fabrication fixing in position as per drawing & technical specification.

Item No.30:- Providing 3.6m high fencing with ISA 40 x 40 x 6mm, MS frame all around and at 1m center to center with 0.40m embedded in M15 grade cement concrete, including every post to be strutted with 40 x40 x 6mm angle iron, provided with welded steel wire fabric of 75mm x 50mm mesh including fixing with 20 x 5mm thick MS flat to angle iron vertical post and MS flats 50 x 6 mm thick provided horizontally at the spacing of 0.6m centre to centre ISA 40 x 40 x 6mm, supported by angle iron 40 x 40 x 6mm with crash barrier complete in all respects. Note: Cement concrete M-15 shall be paid separately.

Item No. 31:- Removing and re-fixing steel protection railing / screen to new crash barrier (including replacing of damaged part, handling of the dismantled grill, welding and providing fixing arrangement and repainting) at span A1-P12 over main bridge at damaged locations complete in all respects.

Item No.32:- Dismantling the existing strip seal expansion joint i/cstructural steel edge beam anchor plate etc. of the existing damaged expansion joint by cutting with gas cutter and breaking of concrete by machanical means i/c disposal of rubbish &malba etc. complete as per the direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Item No. 33:- Providing and fixing of new expansion joint

Item No. 33.1:- Providing and fixing in position single strip seal expansion joints catering to horizontal movement upto 80 mm. The expansion joints shall contain single cell assembly comprising of edge beams, poly chloroprene seal, anchorage elements, support and control system, all steel sections protected against corrosion, welded with suitable anchoring arrangement as per MORTH/manufacturer’s specifications and approved design and drawing. Poly chloroprene seal shall be a preformed/extruded single strip of such a shape as to promote self- removal of foreign material during normal joint operation. All complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. Note: (i) cost of design and drawing shall also be borne by the contractor for expansion joints and temporary arrangement for covering gap of expansion joint. (ii) The item includes the cost of providing and welding additional reinforcement steel where required and cost of shuttering, thermocol etc. (iii) Dismantling of existing damaged joints and concreting shall be paid separately. (iv) Expansion joint shall be provided with a warranty of trouble free maintenance of 15 years

Item No. 33.2:- Providing and fixing of a modular strip seal expansion joint catering to a horizontal movement beyond 140 mm and upto 240 mm. The expansion joints shall contain single cell assembly comprising of edge beams, poly chloroprene seal, anchorage elements, support and control system, all steel sections protected against corrosion, welded with suitable anchoring arrangement as per MORTH/manufacturer’s specifications and approved design and drawing. Poly chloroprene seal shall be a preformed/extruded single strip of such a shape as to promote self- removal of foreign material during normal joint operation. All complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. Note: (i) cost of design and drawing shall also be borne by the contractor for expansion joints and temporary arrangement for covering gap of expansion joint. (ii) The item includes the cost of providing and welding additional reinforcement steel where required and cost of shuttering, thermocol etc. (iii) Dismantling of existing damaged joints and concreting shall be paid separately. (iv) Expansion joint shall be provided with a warranty of trouble free maintenance of 15 years

Item No.34 :- Providing , fitting and fixing in position true in line and level elastomeric bearings (conforming to IRC: 83 (Part-II) section IX and clause 2005 of MORTH specifications) on pedestals from pier cap / abutment cap for vertical loads, complete in all respect with all components including grouting with non-shrink cementitious grout as per specification. Item includes preparation of design and drawing and its approval from the Engineer-in-charge, manufacturing, testing, transportation to site, storage with all handling, lead, lift etc. and placing the permanent bearings in position. Cost of providing temporary bearings / supports as required and other incidental expenses (if any) shall also be included. Bearings shall be provided with a warranty of trouble free maintenance of 15 years.

Item No. 35:- Providing , fitting and fixing in position true in line and level Spherical bearings (conforming to IRC: 83 (Part-IV) and clause 2004 of MORTH specifications) on pedestals from pier cap for vertical loads, complete in all respect with all components including grouting with non-shrink cementitious grout as per specification. Item includes preparation of design and drawing and its approval from the Engineer-in-charge, manufacturing, testing, transportation to site, storage with all handling, lead, lift etc. and placing the permanent bearings in position including restoration of structure to its original position. Cost of providing temporary bearings / supports as required and other incidental expenses (if any) shall also be included. Bearings shall be provided with a warranty of trouble free maintenance of 25 years.

Item No. 36:- Removal of rust, providing and fixing damaged/missing side stoppers, shear pin, anchor bolts, rockers, rollers or any other part of roller rocker bearings as per existing bearings and as per requirement at site, resetting of the rollers/rocker and saddle plates,oiling and greasing of Rocker/ Roller bearings with high quality, abrasion resistant graphite grease etc. all complete, in accordance with the technical Specifications and direction of Engineer-in-charge. Note: If at site no parts of Roller/Rocker bearing are actually need replacement, necessary recovery at the rate of Rs 13100 per bearing as part thereof as per actual parts which are not replaced shall be made.[Nothing extra shall be paid for stagging& scaffolding etc.]

Item No. 37:- Supplying, fitting and fixing in position true to line and level cast steel rocker bearing conforming to IRC: 83(Pt.-1) section IX and clause 2003 of MoRTH specifications complete including all accessories as per drawing and Technical Specifications. Bearings shall be provided with a warranty of trouble free maintenance of 25 years.

Item No. 37.1:- 410 t vertical & 16.38 t horizontal load capacity / bearing

Item No. 38:- Supplying, fitting and fixing in position true to line and level forged steel roller bearing conforming to IRC: 83(Pt.-1) section IX and clause 2003 of MoRTH specifications complete including all accessories as per drawing and Technical Specifications. Bearings shall be provided with a warranty of trouble free maintenance of 25 years.

Item No. 38.1:- 410 t vertical & 16.38 t horizontal load capacity / bearing

Item No. 39:- Removal of existing steel plates on Roller/striking bearing and replacing with new plates of same specifications having additional width of 150mm.

Item No. 40:- Lifting of superstructure span by deploying appropriate Lifting System for all span length with centralized power jack to facilitate for removing of existing bearing without damaging the girders, cleaning and removing the damaged bearings including its stacking. After completion of restoration of bearings at supports, lowering of deck shall be carried out to its original position without causing any damage to the deck and girder as per approved method statement and standard practice. The item includes all labour, materials equipments etc. complete as per specification and instructions of Engineer in Charge including MORT&H specification (5th Revision) clause 2810.

Item No. 41:- Providing and painting with approved quality two or more coats of anti-carbonation paint, single component, flexible, elastomeric coating based on acrylic co-polymer coating and compatible primer coat as per manufacturer’s specifications and the direction of Engineer-in-Charge over un-plastered concrete surface of piers and superstructures after cleaning and removing dirt, dust, oil, grease, efflorescence to obtain an even surface and applying paint @0.44 kg per sqm and primer @ 0.22 kg per sqm, total dry film thickness (DFT) of the coating shall not be less than 150 microns including all scaffolding, testing of materials etc necessary tools, plants, machinery with all leads, lifts and depths and all related operations as required to complete the work as per drawings, specifications and directions of Engineer- in-Charge.Note:- The work shall be carried out only through approved applicator of manufacturer. The manufacturer/ applicator shall provide a guarantee of satisfactory performance of anti carbonation coating for 5 years through contractor.

Item No. 42:- Providing and applying of anticorrosive treatment to exposed structural reinforcement by two coats of IPNET RB or equivalent application with time interval of minimum 8 -10 hours between each coat after application of two coats of alkaline rust converting primer confirming to ASTM-B-117. The application shall be done by brush or spray after cleaning existing reinforcement with wire/ rotary wire brush to make the surfaces free from loose material, dirt etc. inclusive of all labour, materials, equipment etc. complete as per specifications and instructions of Engineer in Charge. (Surface area of member shall be measured for payment purpose).

Item No. 43:- Credit for cost of scrap/salvage value of dismantled mild steel materials (Bearings, Expansion Joints etc.) received from site, which will be the property of the contractor.
