REPAIR / MAINTENANCE OF WATER FILTERATION PLANT AND ALLIED WORKS AT ARMY AREA JODHPUR UNDER GE (ARMY) NO. 02

Material & Labour for seven stage and sterilization of inside the RCC/Steel underground/semi underground/over head/sedimentation/clear water sumps UG sump reservior of capacity 6,50,000 gallons through bactriiological treatment by using suitable chemicals approved by Govt auth lab and ULTRA VIOLET RAY, through specialized agency. Seven stage are as under plants :- (a) First stage is to drain out the water by using exit valve or high capacity dewatering system (b) Second stage is cleaning all the algae formation inside the tank by using laboratory tested branded chemical of the company and scrubbing the walls of the tank (c) Third stage is fresh water cleaning by high speed jet pump (d) Fourth stage and first bacteria screening is disinfection by using branded halogen compound (e) Fifth stage is cleaning the floor of water tank by industrial vacuume cleaner (f) Sixth stage is the second bacteria screening and sterilizing method by using ultra violet ray within the tank and kill all suspended bacteria (g) Seven stage of cleaning and third bacteria screening us to sterilize the floor of the tank. Notes :- (i) Company will submit government laboratory test certificate of terbac-g5/inchor-5/nv-10, terbac-g65/inoxii-60/nb-69, before cleaning, fix the sticker mentioning the date of cleaning & name of site and also provide certificate confirming the completion of sterilization of water tanks mentioning the name of station and date of cleaning. All the cleaning & sterilization staffs should be under accidental insurance coverage. (ii) Outlet pipe of overhead tank should be plugged before cleaning the overhead tank to avoid entering scales and the quoted rate is deemed to include for the provision. (iii) Sterilization team will be comprised of at least 30% members who are minimum 03 months certificate holder in water tank sterilization. (iv) Contractor will be responsible for rectification of complaints occureed during cleaning the tank i.e. No water in tank/over flow due to broken of float valve/blockage to be included rate. (v) The above work will be either carried out in above seven stage or complete all as directed and specified by Engr-in-charge.

Material & Labour for seven stage and sterilization of inside the RCC overhead back wash tank at filter plant of capacity 20,000 gallons through bactriiological treatment by using suitable chemicals approved by Govt auth lab and ULTRA VIOLET RAY, through specialized agency Rays cleantec/INUS/Watertech/Satya Enterprises. M & L for Replacement of existing filter media consisting of gravel and sand in filter bed having filtration capacity 267800 GPH as per details given below at Main Filteration plant complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charges. (a) Removing the existing filter media consisting of gravels and sand, spreading and leveling out side for refilling, cleaning the surface, walls, bed sand Nozzles with wire brushes and cleaning the walls with bleaching powder solution, washing with fresh water and finally washing the complete filter bed twice with Anti bacterial spray and ultra violet radiation treatment etc complete in all respect, Anti bacterial spray and ultra violet radiation treatment, Vacuum cleaning etc complete. (b) Refilling the filter media in the filter bed, gravels (pebbles) removed from the existing filter media after the washing pebbles with 5%(Dil) Diluted Aquous solution of Hydrochloric Acid (HCL) and treatment with 10% (Dil) Diluted solution solution of NAOH (sodium Hydro Oxide) and laying and stacking in different layers into filter beds.

Supply and filling filter media conisting of screened graded sand on supporting gravel bed of size 0.5 to 1.5 mm to suit existing size and type complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charges.

Supply and laying pebbles 4-5 mm in different sizes to suit existing size and type complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charges.

Servicing of knife edge gate valve with minor repair like inserting new GI pipe, gas ket and bearing work complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charges.

Taking out old rusted knife edge gate valve complete of the 300mm sizes. complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charges.

Supply & Fixing new knife edge gate valve of size 300mm concealed or fixed to walls as existing with standard case, confirming to IS-13095 complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F in replacement wiping sheet of good quality for clarifloculator of size 10 mm thick, 3 meter long, and one feet wide complete with ss nut-bolt, washers of size 16mm x 50mm. complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charges.
