Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 Mtr wide and not exceeding 1.5 Mtr in deep, n'exc 10 sqm on plan area in hard/dense soil/ road for getting out old GI tubing from the trenches etc. Complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

Removing excavated material of any type of soil/soft rock from site to a distance not exceeding 50mtr away and depositing where directed not exceeding 1.5mtr above the starting point. Complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

Returning filling in, including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm thick in hard/dense soil. Complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

Taking up or down old unserviceable GI/MS tubing 20 mm bore size and connections including all fittings from the trenches , wall , floor etc. Complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

All as per Sr. item no. 4 but 25 mm bore size.

All as per Sr. item no. 4 but 40 mm bore size.

All as per Sr. item no. 4 but 50 mm bore size.

All as per Sr. item no. 4 but 80 mm bore size.

All as per Sr. item no. 4 but 100 mm bore size.

Material and laying GI tubing medium grade ISI marked complete with all necessary fittings of sizes 20 mm bore in trenches. Complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-In-Charge. Make : Jindal /Prakash Surya /TATA.

S&F in repairs MS flange suitable for 80 mm bore GI pipe line inlcuding welding with pipe, nuts, bolts gasket 3 mm thick. Complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

All as per item No. 16 above but suitable for 100 mm bore GI pipe line.

M&L for run lead joint suitable for spigot and socket pipes 100 mm dia spigot including taking out of old one. Complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

S&F in repairs gun metal gate valve 20 mm bore with iron hand wheel head , screwed both ends for iron pipes and fixed complete. Complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-In-Charge. Make: Kirloskar/ Zoloto/ Venus/Prayag. .

S&F in repairs cast iron sluice valve ISI mark (PN-1.6) confirming to IS 14846-2000, flanged ends drilled having stainless steel / brass spindle with cast iron wheel at top complete with nuts, bolts, washers and gaskets of size 100 mm bore. Complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-In-Charge. Make: Kirloskar / BIR Valve / Zoloto.

M&L for construction of old broken brick masonary Valve Chamber with PCC (1:3:6) type C-1 foundation and full brick wall of size 1.0 x1.0 x1.0 mtr ( internal dimension), 2mm thick MS cover with locking arrangement, welded on angle iron frame of size 40x40x6mm, embeded on top of valve chamber, incl. and painted with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red-oxide primer, incl. necessary earth work etc,Complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

M&L for valve pit cover made out of 3mm thick MS sheet duly fabricated on MS flat iron of size 40x40x6mm thick and 50x50x6mm angle iron frame embedded in PCC (1:2:4)B1 coping, including hinges, opening handle,complete with locking arrangement & pad lock, 6 lever, incld 2 coats of anti corrosive black paint over one coat of red oxide primer. Complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

M&L for cleaning of Under Ground Sump (Water)/Over Head Reservoir , RCC/PS by Hi-Tech system using High Pressure Jet Pump of 2 HP putting minimum pressure of 150 Bar to clean all sludge on walls, floors, treating with Hydrogen peroxide and applying ultra violet rays to make the tank bacteria free of the capacity of tanks 40000 GLN, Complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-In-Charge. Note :- (i) :- Quoted rate are deemed to includes for writing work ( with font size should be 60 cms) i.e. "cleaned on" with date,month and year of sumps/tank on the top or any other visible place (i.e. Sump capacity & date,month and year of cleaning of sump, Next due date of cleaning).

All as per item No-29 above but capacity of sump/tank 12000 GLN.

Disconnecting the defective/burnt electric induction motor & dismantling from the foundation, shifting to workshop for rewinding the electric induction motors suitable to run on 415V, AC, 50Hz supply with copper enameled copper wire of suitable gauge/size including proper insulation, warnishing, drying, greasing bearing, etc and making connection to the terminal plate complete re-instalation for or up to 5 HP of electric motor. Complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

Supply and fixing in repairs acrylic board of size 500 cm x 300 cm displaying layout plan of water supply. Complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-In-Charge. (Note:- Design and layout plan will be as directed by Engr-In-Charge.)

Supply and fixing in repairs acrylic board of size 100 cm x 100 cm displaying the following details:- (a) Capacity of Tank :________________ (b) Location :______________________ (c) Tank Cleaned on : _______________ (d) GE 969 EWS : __________________ Note : Colour and design of board as directed by Engr-In-Charge .

Repair/ Maintenance of vertical type pressure fileters of capacity upto 12500 GLNS/Hr at water point HAWS, Gulmarg and including removing the following materials and refixing & testing the same after rectification of complete defects. (a) Dismantling/ Opening the filteration plant inlet & outlet alongwith connected pipe line, sluice valve, butterfly valves of any size, Nut & bolts and other connected items completely. (b) Removal of complete any type of filter media from filteration plant and deposit old filter media where as directed by Engr-In-Charge. (c) Removing of old/ un-serviceable Gun metal/ PVC nozzels from filtration plant complete and refixing with new PVC nozzles complete all as directed by Engr-In-Charge. (d) After removal of filter media and its conneted items drying the filteration plant internally & externally, painting with two coats of red oxide and one coat of enamel paint inside and outside of filtration plant complete. (e) repair/ maintenance of nozzels supporting plate inside the filter plant, scraping, cleaning the supporting plate before fixing of PVC Nozzel. (f) After drying of painting fixing nozzel supporting plate, fixing the PVC nozzels and filling the filter media in four layers as directed by Engr-In-Charge. (g) Laying the filter media with height of 30 CM in four layers first layer filled with discard rock of size 12 mm dia, second layer filled with 6mm thick drainage gravel, third layer filled with 0.7mm seperating gravel and fourth layer filled with 0.7mm filteration sand complete all as directed by Engr-In-Charge. (h) After completion of filter media laying fixing the inlet & outlet openings, fixing the existing in/out pipe lines, sluice valves with necessary gaskets & nut, bolts and testing the filteration plant in presence of Engr-In-Charge. Note :- (i) Contractor should provide adequate safety eqpts for their men employed. (ii) Quotated rates are inclusive for wirting sump capacity, date of cleaning month & year , Next due date of cleaning.

M&L for cleaning of sedimentation/clarifier tank of capacity upto 10000 gallons after removing/draining out residual silt and scrapping the internal surfaces of tank with wire brush, removing the fungus, deposit etc and depositing where directed not exceeding 100 mtr from tank washing with bleaching powder solution and providing two coats of cement base paint of approved make and quality on external surface. Complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-In-Charge.
