Supply, laying, jointing, testing and commissioning of High Tension (HT), 11000Volts (earthed) grade, XLPE insulated, screened, PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cable (heavy duty) with stranded aluminum conductor, cross sectional area 95 Sqmm, 3core under ground cable including both side connection with cable lugs etc, laid in trenches, along poles or passing through pipes or laid under floor/road or through walls etc, including taking out /down old existing cable, complete all as specified and directed. Note : Excavation and earth work, sand cushioning and precast concrete cable cover for protection of cable shall be measured and paid separately.

Supply, jointing & testing, outdoor end termination joint kit (heat shrinkable) complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 11KV grade, HT, underground XLPE insulated armoured aluminium conductor, 3core 50 Sqmm to 95 Sqmm size cable, including taking out /down old existing cable joint kit, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, jointing & testing, indoor end termination joint kit (heat shrinkable) complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 11KV grade, HT, underground XLPE insulated armoured aluminium conductor, 3core 50 Sqmm to 95 Sqmm size cable, including taking out /down old existing cable joint kit, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for earthing complete with copper earth plate electrode of size 600mm x 600mm x 3.15mm thick burried directly in ground vertically (depth of pit not less than 2.25 m below normal ground level), with top edge of earth plate not less than 1.5m below normal ground level, earth plate surrounded from all sides by 15cm thick packed alternate layers of charcoal dust and common salt, electrode connections using copper strip of size 20mmx3mm thick (upto body of equipment) by means of nuts, bolts, check nuts & washers made of copper, connected to main switch board or main control board or test point, protected by galvanized iron pipe light grade 40mm dia bore, and watering pipe 20mm dia bore GI medium grade with funnel & wire mesh including all necessary excavation & earth work, PCC chamber in PCC (1:2:4) type B-1 & RCC cover, all as shown in electrical plate No 3 of MES Schedule Part-I (2009), testing on completion, complete including dismantling of existing earthing all as specified and directed. Note(s) :- (i) RCC pit cover shall be pre-cast of RCC (1:2:4) type B-1, 80mm thick reinforced with XPM not less than 4Kg/Sqm. (ii) PCC chamber shall be constructed 500 mm away from the edge of earth pit. (iii) Rate shall include copper strip and protection pipe of length 7.5m, excess beyond 7.5m length required at site shall be measured and paid separately. (iv) Earth resistance should be less than 3 Ohm. In case the test results are not found below 3 Ohm, complete earthing will be redone without any extra cost to Govt.

Supply, laying (in replacement), jointing, testing and commissioning Low Tension (LT) XLPE insulated and armoured, heavy duty, electric power cable, cross sectional area 150 Sqmm 3.5 core aluminium conductor 1100 volts grade under ground cable including both side connection with cable lugs etc, laid in trenches, along poles or passing through pipes or laid under floor or through walls etc, complete all as specified and as directed. Note: Excavation & earthork, sand cushioning and bricks for protection of cable shall be measured and paid separately.

Supply, laying (in replacement), jointing, testing and commissioning Low Tension (LT) XLPE insulated and armoured, heavy duty, electric power cable, cross sectional area 120 Sqmm 3.5 core aluminium conductor 1100 volts grade under ground cable including both side connection with cable lugs etc, laid in trenches, along poles or passing through pipes or laid under floor or through walls etc, complete all as specified and as directed. Note: Excavation & earthork, sand cushioning and bricks for protection of cable shall be measured and paid separately.

Excavation in trenches in hard/dense soil not exceeding 1.50 meter wide and not exceeding 1.5 meter in depth; for laying/taking out cables and foundations of poles etc and getting out complete, all as specified.

Clean dry sand laid in trenches/ducts for bedding and cushioning to cable, 8cm in depth before laying the cable and 15 cm in depth after laying the cable including spreading, levelling and consolidation complete all as specified and directed. Note : Consolidated/punned thickness of 18 cm (overall) shall be measured for payment purpose.

Supply and laying well burnt sub class 'B' bricks for cable protection laid flat ,length wise, perpendicular to the axis of cable, complete all as specified.

Returning, filling in soil including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm thick each, complete all as specified. Note: For payment purposes volume of returning filling shall be considered after 10% deduction.

Removing of surplus soil / excavated material to a distance not exceeding 50 metre and depositing where directed complete all as specified.

Supply and laying / fixing , GI pipe light grade 80 mm dia for cable protection fixed to pole/wall or laid under floor/ road/ pavement, including taking out existing old pipe & removal, complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling pavers or tiles of any description or thickness in floors, apron etc laid dry, complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (un-reinforced), of any description, in ground floor, (below or above the ground level), not exceeding 15 cm thick and removal of debris outside MoD land, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and Labour for Machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block of 60mm thickness, M-35 Grade, with grey cement and pigment, any shape and size, confirming to IS 15658-2006, over and including 50mm thick clean river sand and joints filled with sand, complete all specified and directed.

All as per serial item No 16 here-in-before (but except interlocking pavers), complete all as specified and directed. Note : (i) Old serviceable interlocking pavers as obtained from Serial item No 14 here-in-before shall be reused. (ii) The cost of cleaning etc of interlocking pavers for re-use, shall be deemed to be included in the unit rate quoted by the tenderer.

Material and labour for 100 mm thick plain cement concrete 1:4:8 type D-2 using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in sub base of floors, complete all as specified and directed.

Note: The Total amount shall subject to adjustment of credit of Rs. 41,930.00 for old Materials as per Schedule of Credit.
