REPAIR AND MAINT OF VARIOIUS DG SETS PANELS AND CONNECTED ITEMS AT RALAWAS UNDER GE BANAR

Materials and labour for maintenance and servicing of DG Sets of capacity 500 KVA to 750 KVA complete all as specified and as directed.NOTE: (a) One service of DG Set is termed as ‘EACH JOB’.(b) Minor Spare parts like as rubber gasket,pin,seal etc shall be replaced under servicing without any cost and major parts like as oil filter, diesel filter,air filter & engine oil shall be measured & paid sepratelly under respective items of the schedule as supply only and fixing charge shall be deemed to be inculded in the unit rate of this scedule complete all as specified.

All as per ser item no 1 above but DG set of 125 KVA to 320 KVA

All as per ser item no 1 above but DG set of 30 KVA to 63 KVA

M & L for replacement of Fuel injector pump kit of DG Set of capacity 500 to 750 KVA including strip opening and refixing of plunger, washer manifold, injection nozzles etc. all as required and testing after re-fixing on engine and setting the rated RPM complete all as specified.

All as per ser item no 4 above but DG set of 125 KVA to 320 KVA

All as per ser item no 4 above but DG set of 30 KVA to 63 KVA

M & L in replacement of injector nozzles of DG sets of Capacity 500 to 750 KVA including strip opening and refixing of nozzles, washers, etc. and pressure setting as required for DG Sets of following capacities and replacement of timing shaft with coupling complete all as specified.

All item as per Ser No 8.00 above but DG set of 125 KVA to 320 KVA

All item as per Ser No 8.00 above but DG set of 30 to 63 KVA

Repair of self starter including strip opening and rewinding of armature coil & field coil,for the DG set of capacity 500 to 750 KVA complete all as specified.
