Dismantling transformer of capacity 100 KVA to 500 KVA out door /Indoor type from platform ,transport to workshop for repair and re-installing after repair at site including connecting up as directed by the Engr-in-Charge (cost of repair charges paid against respetive items below)

Supply and replacement of HT coils made out of super enamelled copper winding wires of same guage and same no of turns as required as per transformer of any capacity including replacement of paper insulation ,insulating meterial and proper end connection .The rewinding oil shall be heat treated in an electric oven complete as directed. Copper wire shall be 99.9 % pure and ISI Marked

Painting of transformer of any capacity indoor/outdor type after cleaning the outer surface of the transformer by rubbing with emery paper ,remove oil particles, dust etc and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint of smoke gray colour as directed

Supply and replacement of HT (11KV) Bushing complete with brass spindle with nut bolt,washer ,ceramic bushing and rubber washer for Transformer capacity of 63 to 500 KVA.

Supply and replacement of LT (11KV) Bushing complete with brass spindle with nut bolt,washer ,ceramic bushing and rubber washer for Transformer capacity of 63 to 500 KVA

Supply and replacement of High quality core gasket for transformer top lid cover for Transformer capacity of 63 to 500 KVA

Replacement of Top up transformer oil of die electric strength not less than 40 KV at 4 mm gap conforming to relevent IS complete all as specified and directed by the Engr-in-Charge

Earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode 60 cm x 60cmx6.3 mm thick, buried directly in ground vertically (earth pit not less than 2.25 m deep below ground level) with top edge of the earth plate not less than 1.5m below ground level , connected to GI strip size 32X6mm as earthling lead by means blots and nuts check nuts and washers of galvanized iron and connected to main switch board including watering arrangement with PCC chamber , MS funnel, wire gauge. CI cover with frame , 15 MM dia GI pipe light grade for protection of wire etc including necessary excavation in any type of strata , returning, filling removal of soil outside MD land ,filling of charcoal and salt complete all as shown in electrical plate No. 5 of MES Sch Part I , connected to Earthing test point all as specified and directed on testing on completion.

S&F of Lightening arrestor surge station type 12 kv (rms) , having breaking capacity 10 KA, Polymeric housing , suitable for HT overhead network including necessary connections with HT overhead lines complete, Note- Connections of arrestor with HT line shall be done with XLPE insulated single core cable jumper of size 95 sqmm which shall be part of item at no extra cost

S&F of Danger notice plate of 1.6mm thick mild steel sheet, vitreous enamelled white, with letters, figures and conventional skull and bones in signal red colour and fixed with M.S. clamps, bolts and nuts of approved size, for HT, 25x20 cm size complete all as specified

Disconnecting LT connection from the Transformer and shifting the transformer not more than 160 KVA to existing two pole structure within 10 meter distance including shifting of HT line to new 2 pole structure and connecting up complete (The rate included the rates fixing arrangements, any type of clamps, connection meterial as anything required at site) (Any type of damage of transformer while shifting will be the responsibility of contractor)

S&F of Cable jointing kit for 11000 volt (Earthed) grade cable for outdoor termination heat shrink type joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3 core XLPE armoured aluminium conductor cable of size 95 sqmm complete all as specified and directed by Engr in charge.

same as item S.No-25 but for cable 120 sq mm to 185 sqmm

S&F HT Ariel Bunched (AB) cable 95 sq mm, 1 core complete all as specified and directed by Engr in charge.

S&F of XLPE insulated, screened, PVC bedded,galvanised steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavyduty) with aluminium conductor, 11000 volts, grade cross sectional area 95 sq. mm, 3 Core complete all as specified and directed by Engr in charge.

opening of unservicable voltage stablizer upto 5 kva and taken to workshop for repairs, replacement of all unservicable parts with new one including copper winding,bringing back stablizer after repairs and connecting, testing to the satisfication of Engineer-in-Charge complete. (NOTE- payment of copper winding will be paid separately in the respective item.all other parts shall be included in this item.)

Note :Deduction for amount of Rs 102070.00 as listed in Schedule A Part - II ( Schedule of Credit) shall be made while awarding of contract.
