Repairs to plaster in patches of 2.50 Sq.M. and under and 10 to 15mm thick including cutting the patch in proper shape and replastering the surface of the wall including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground within a Lead of 20 metres with:- Cement Mortar 1:4(1 Cement : 4 Sand) including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts and as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Removing white wash or colour wash by steel wire brushing and/or scrapping sand papering and preparing the wall surface smooth including necessary repairs to scratches complete. including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts and as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Distempering (two coats) with oil bound washable distemper of approved brand and manufacture and of required shade on undecorated wall surfaces to give an even shade over and including a priming coat with distemper primer of approved brand and manufacture after thoroughly brushing the surface free from mortar droppings and other foreign matter and also including preparing the surface even and sand papered smooth. Priming coat with distemper primer including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts and as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Finishing wall with weather proof exterior grade emulsion of approved design (Apexultima) or its equarlied on undecorated wall surfaces (two coats) to give an even shade and final finish after throughly cleaning the surface to remove all dirt, dust and other foreign matter etc including sand paper smooth complete. including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts and as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Applying Birla white wall care putty over plaster surface after thoroughly brushing the surface free from mortar drops, dust, loose materials and other foreign matters sand papered smooth to give final matter finish to the surface complete. including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts and as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and fixing double charge 10mm thick anti skid water proof stain and impect resistent heavy duty vetrified tiles Nitco or equivalant 600mmx600mmx10mm manufactured of required shade and colour in flooring, treads of steps and landings laid with spacers laid over 12mm thick cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 sand) and jointed with grouting of Epoxy material mixed with pigment to match the shade of tiles in all storeys, height, levels and location as required complete.including carriage of materials upto all leads and lifts.

Providing and fixing dyed aluminium work for door, window, ventilators and partitions with extruded built up standard tubular and other sections of approved make conforming to IS 733 and IS 1285 anodised transparent or dyed to required shade according to IS 1868. (Minimum anodic coating of grade AC 15) fixed with rawlplugs and screws or with fixing clips, or with expansion hold fastners including necessary filling up of gaps at junctions, at top, bottom and sides with required PVC/neoprene felt etc. Aluminium sections shall be smooth, rustfree, straight, mitred and jointed mechanically where ever required including cleast angle, aluminium, snap beading for glazinge/panelling C.P. brass/stainless steel screws. All complete as per architectural drawings and the directions of Engineer-In-Charge. As per HPPWD specifications. including carriage of materials upto all leads and lifts. (a) For doors windows and ventilatiors and glazed partitions frames. including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts and as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

For shutters of doors windows & ventilators including providing and fixing hinges/pivots and making provisions for fixing of fittings where ever required including the cost of PVC/neoprene gaskets as required (fittings and glazing/panelling shall be paid for separately) including carriage of materials upto all leads and lifts.

Providing and fixing glazing in aluminium door, window, ventilator shutters and partition etc with PVC/neoprens gasket and including aluminium U section etc. complete as per the architectural drawings and the directions of Engineer-In_charge (cost of aluminium snap beading shall be paid in basic item.) glazing with glass panes of 4.00 mm thickness including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts and as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing Particle board ISI bwp phenol bonded exterior/interior grade in partitions Prelaminated board bwp phenol bonded exterior/interion grade both sides. 12mm thick including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts and as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and fixing ACP sheet ISI 4mm thick including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts and as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and fixing stainless steel wire gauge of IS gauge designation 140 g with wire of dia 0.71 mm to windows and clerestory windows including beading of aluminium including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts and as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and fixing dyed aluminium grill (dyed to required shade according to IS: 1868 with minimum anodic coating of grade AC 15) of approved design/pattern, with approved standard section and fixed to the existing window frame with C.P. brass/ stainless steel screws @ 200 mm centre to centre, including cutting the grill to proper opening size for fixing and operation of handles and fixing approved anodised aluminium standard section around the opening, all complete as per requirement and direction of Engineerin-charge. 10 mm thick. including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts and as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and fixing dyed aluminium sliding door bolt anodized colour and shade with bolts and nuts screws etc., complete: including carriage of materials upto all leads and lifts and as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge. (a) 250X16 mm

Providing and fixing hydraulic door spring ISI mark with screws etc. complete. including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts and as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and fixing Digital wall tiles 6 mm ( six millimetre) thick in skirting risers of steps and dado of size 30×60cm nitco or its equivalent of approved make and size 12mm ( Twelve milimetre) thick cement mortar 1:3 (one cement isto three sand) and jointing with neat cement slurry including carriage of material in all leads and liftrs :-( size thirty centimetre into twenty centimeter) as per HPPWD specification 1990 (one thousand Nine hundred Ninety ) volume-I including carriage of materials in all leads and lifts as per directions of the Engineer-in-Charge as per HPPWD specifications.

Earth work in excavation for structures as per drawing and technical specifications clause 305.1 including setting out, construction of shoring and bracing removal of stumps and other deleterious material and disposal upto all leads and lifts dressing of sides and bottom backfilling in trenches with excavated suitable materials upto all leads and lifts as per directions of the Engineer-in-Charge. Any loss to the Public and Private property during the course of execution and disposal of serviceable/un-serviceable materials shall be the absolute responsibility of the Contractor which shall have to be duly compensated to the full extent him in all respect and in all cases. including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts and as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and Laying concrete for plain/reinforced concrete in open foundations complete as per drawing and technical specification clauses 802, 803, 1202 and 1203 C.C 1:4:8 (1 cement:4 sand:8 graded stone aggregate 40mm nominal size) incuding cost of form work including carriage of material with in all leads and lifts.

Plain/reinforced cement concrete in substructure complete as per drawings and technical specification Clauses 802, 804, 805, 806, 807, 1202 ans 1204 RCC/PCC grade M 20(1:2:4) (1 cement:2 sand:4 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) nominal mix incuding cost of form work including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts and as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and Laying of Interlocking Concrete Block Pavements having thickness 60 mm as per drawing and Technical Specification Clause 1504 including cost of formwork and carriage of material with in all leads and lift (M-30) approved by HPPWD (NTC/Ashok Panjla Tiles/NTCCI/Pooja Concrete Fabricators, M/S Dalal Tiles Pvt. Ltd.) with approved color design and pattern as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Demolition above G.L.upto floor two level including disposal of unserviceable materials within 20 metres lead.un-reinforced cement concrete more than 15cm. Thickness including carriage of material with in all leads and lifts.

Dismantling doors, windows and clerestory windows, ventilators etc. (wood or steel) shutters including chowkhats, architraves, hold fasts and other attachements etc. complete and stacking them within 20 metres lead.Not exceeding 3 sq.m in area including carriage of material with in all leads and lifts.

Rough side exterior cement plaster on wall upto all height with a mixture of sand and gravel or crushed stone graded from 6mm to 12mm nominal size dashed over and including fresh plaster in two coats,backing coat 10mm cement plaster 1:3(1 cement:3 sand)and finishing coat 10mm cement plaster with cement mortar 1:3(1 cement:3 sand)mixed with 10% finely grounded hyderated lime by volume of cement including arriss,chamfers and/or rounded angles not exceeding 80mm in girth. Natural cement finish using ordinary cement. including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts and as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and fixing Kerb Stone 300x300x100mm size of cement concrete 1:1.5:3 (1cement: 1.5 sand : 3 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size ) in position to the required line, level and curvature jointed with cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) complete as per the entire satisfaction of the Engineer in Charge.including carriage of material with in all leads and lift.
