DETAILS OF WORK

Dismantling cement asbestos or other hard board ceiling or partition walls including stacking of serviceable materials and disposal of unserviceable materials within 50 meters lead. D.S.R. 2018 and M.R- 15.41

Providing and fixing false ceiling at all height including providing and fixing of frame work made of special sections, power pressed from M.S. sheets and galvanized with zinc coating of 120 gms/sqm (both side inclusive) as per IS : 277 and consisting of angle cleats of size 25 mm wide x 1.6 mm thick with flanges of 27 mm and 37 mm, at 1200 mm centre to center. One flange fixed to the D.S.R. 2018 and M.R- 12.45, nd 12.45.3 12.5 mm thick tapered edge gypsum moisture reesistant board

Dismantling old plaster and pointing in cement or lime and raking out joints to 15 mm depth, watering and disposal of unserviceable materials with all leads all complete as per direction of E/l. D.S.R. 2018 and M.R - 5.10.7

Providing 12 mm cement plaster (1:6) with clean coarse sand of F.M. 1.5 including screening, curing with all leads and lifts of water, scaffolding taxes and royalty all complete as per building specification and direction of E/l. D.S.R. 2018 and M.R - 5.7.3.

Providing and applying white cement based putty of average thickness 1 mm, of approved brand and manufacture, over the plastered wall surface prepare the surface even and smooth complete. D.S.R. 2018 and M.R - 13.80,

Providing two coats of oil distemper of approved shade and make over a primer coat of washing over new surface including preparing the plastered surface by rubbing smooth with pumice stone or fine sand paper, applying putty wherever required, scaffolding, washing of floors and taxes all complete as per building specification and direction of E/l.D.S.R. 2018 and M.R - 5.8.18,

Finishing walls with Premium Acrylic Smooth exterior paint with Silicone additives of required shade : 13.47.1 New work (Two or more coats applied @ 1.43ltr/10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 2.20 kg/10 sqm) D.S.R. 2018 and M.R - 13.47

Hacking of CC flooring including cleaning for surface etc. complete as per direction of the Engineer –in-charge.D.S.R. 2018 and M.R - 14.83,

Providing 50 mm thick cement concrete flooring (1:2:4) with 20 mm to 6 mm sixe graded stone chips finished with floating coat of neat cement in panels including cost of curing, finishing the surface smooth by rubbing with carborandum stone, taxes and royalty with all complete as per building specification and direction of E/l. D.S.R. 2018 and M.R - 5.6.9

Taking down old door and window shutters including stacking serviceable materials within 15M. lead and disposal of unserviceable materials with all complete as per direction of E/l.D.S.R. 2018 and M.R - 5.10.10,

Taking down choukhat in doors including stacking serviceable materials within 15M. lead and disposal of unserviceable materials with all leads all complete as per direction of E/l. D.S.R. 2018 and M.R - 5.10.11,

Supplying, fitting and fixing M.S. grill made of 20x6 mm M.S. flat as per approved design and drawing, properly fabricated with joints continuous fillet welded and finished smooth, carriage of grill to work site, hoisting as per building specification and direction of E/l. (where materials is not supplied by the deptt. ) D.S.R. 2018 and M.R - 5..5.12,

Supplying fitting and fixing 20 gauge G.C.I sheet gate fitted on M.S. Angle frame of size 60x60x6mm. including cost of fabrication , providing necessary locking arrangement with haskal and domny duly fixed in P.C.C. (1:2:4) blocks of required size, applying a priming red lead paint over steel work, taxes all complete as per drawing specification and direction of E/l. D.S.R. 2018 and M.R - 5.5.29,

Providing two coats of synthetic enamel paint of approved shade and make over steel surface including cleaning the surface thoroughly, scaffolding and taxes all complete as per building specification and direction of E/l. D.S.R. 2018 and M.R - 5.8.45,

Taking down C.A or G.C.I sheet in roof with ridges including stacking the serviceable material with 15 M. lead and disposal of unserviceable materials with all leads as per direction of E/l. D.S.R. 2018 and M.R - 5.10.15,

Providing corrugated G.S. sheet roofing including vertical/ curved surface fixed with polymer coated J or L hooks, bolts and nuts 8 mm diameter with bitumen and G.I. limpet washers or with G.I. limpet washers filled with white lead, including a coat of approved steel primer and two coats of approved paint on overlapping of sheets complete (up to any pitch in horizontal / vertical or curved surfaces ), excluding the cost of purlins, rafters and trusses and including cutting to size and shape wherever required . D.S.R. 2018 and M.R - 12.1,

Providing ridges or hips of width 60 cm overall width plain G.S. sheet fixed with polymer coated J or L hooks, bolts and nuts 8 mm dia G.I limpet and bitumen washers complete.12.4.2 0.63 mm thick with zinc coating not less than 275 gm/m2D.S.R. 2018 and M.R - 12.4
