Earth work in hill road (hill side cutting):- Excavation in hilly area for construction of road in all types of soils & rocks as met at site , true to lines as per plan,L section , camber, super elevation as required , also including uprooting & cutting of bushes ,dressing of road surface to the required level and slopes, with all lead, lift and safe disposal of surplus excavated material at suitable dumping places by mechanical means/ manual means indicated in the drawing without damaging forest , forest land , utility and private properties ,including slip clearance during hill side cutting as directed by Engineer-in-charge and as per MORD specifications , Clause 1600,

Repairs of damages caused by rain/spillage of water Preparation and surface treatment of formation by removing mud and slurry, watering to the extent needed to maintain the desired moisture content, trimming to the required line, grade, profile and rolling with three wheel 80-100 kN static roller, complete as per Technical Specification Clause 301.5.5.1

Construction of Embankment with Material Obtained from Roadway Cutting- Construction of embankment with approved materials deposited at site from roadway cutting and excavation from drain and foundation of other structures graded and compacted to meet requirement of Tables 300.1 and 300.2 as per Technical Specification Clause 301.5 (Filling/Patri Filling)

Construction of coolie walling including supply of all material, labour, T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. (As per PWD Uttarakhand specifications)

Bituminous Concrete With Waste Plastic for Grading-II Bituminous Concrete with Warm Mix Technology Providing and laying Bituminous Concrete with 60-90 TPH batch type hot mix plant producing an average output of 75 tonnes per hour using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder and warm mix additive @ 0.4% by weight of bitumen, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MORTH specification clause No. 509 complete in all respects for Grading-II (bituminous binder @ 5.4 % of mix)

Providing & fixing of Citizen Information Board (retro-reflectorised Sheet) with PMGSY Logo at starting or prominent location (where maximum no. of citizens can view the detail of the road) as per attached standard drawing dully painted and written as directed by Engineer in charge. as per MoRD specification Clause 1701

Providing and fixing of retro-reflectorised cautionary, mandatory and informatory sign as per IRC:67 made of encapsulated lens type reflective sheeting vide Clause 1701.2.3, fixed over aluminium sheeting, 1.5 mm thick supported on GI pipe 50 mm dia firmly fixed to the ground by means of properly designed foundation with M-15 grade cement concrete 450 mm x 450 mm x 600 mm, 600 mm below ground level as per drawings and Technical Specification Clause 1701

Providing & fixing of PMGSY Logo Board at starting point, end point and at every 2 Km distance of road length as per attached standard drawing duly painted and written as per MORD specification and direction by Engineer in charge.

Providing & fixing of Maintenance Information Board (retro-reflectorised Sheet) with PMGSY Logo at starting or prominent location (where maximum no. of citizens can view the detail of the road) as per attached standard drawing dully painted and written as directed by Engineer in charge.

Providing and erecting direction and place identification retro-reflectorised sign as per IRC:67 made of encapsulated lens type reflective sheeting vide Clause 1701.2.3, fixed over aluminium sheeting, 2 mm thick with area exceeding 0.9 sqm supported on dia GI Pipe firmly fixed to the ground by means of properly designed foundation with M-15 grade cement concrete 450 mm x 450 mm x 600 mm, 600 mm below ground level as per approved drawing and Technical Specification Clause 1701

Providing and laying of hot applied thermoplastic compound of ISI Mark Approved Quality of 2.5 mm thick including reflectorising glass beads @ 250 gms per sqm area, as per IRC:35 .The finished surface to be level, uniform and free from streaks and holes.
