Supply, Installation, Testing & Commissioning of UVGI (Ultra Violet Germicidal irradiation) system suitable for mounting inside the AHU units of following capacities for maintaining Indoor Air Quality through coil microbe disinfection & cleaning without the need for regular chemical cleaning with factory fabricated support for UVGI modules, adequate capacity and numbers of UV lamps to achieve UVC (254+/-1 nm wavelength) irradiation with minimum intensity of 4016 μW/cm² for four air changes at all points of AHU cooling coil & in the drain pan and cooling coil dimensions as given below, including provision of reflector with its mounting assembly, macro based control panel with provision of ballasts, isolating transformers, indication lamps, auto door interlocking, interconnection between control panel and UV lamps, cabling from power source to control panel within AHU room, cable glanding, other safety equipments and mounting accessories complete etc., UVGI system supplied must be in strict conformity with Technical specifications given in he tender document. Design, Supply, Installation, Testing & Commissioning of washable, Box type Air filters of minimum rated MERV-13 or higher at standard 52.5 minimum efficiency reporting values suitable to retrofit in the existing Air Handling Units (AHUs) of following capacity to achieve the ISHRAE Indoor Air Quality(IAQ) parameters by reducing harmful pollutants(particulate matter (PMx), PM 2.5, allergens, pollen, smoke, bacteria, pathogens virus, VOC's, odor etc.) with dust spot efficiency of 89-90% and Arrestance is greater than 98% including detail engineering of dismantling the existing filters and frames, fabrication and fixing new frames for retrofitting filters and meeting all IAQ parameters i.e. PM2.5, PM-10 etc. as per ISHRAE/ASHRAE/ANSI/ NEA & OSHA etc.as required.

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of 2000 CFM, factory built floor mounted double skin type horizontal Treated Fresh Air(TFA) units made of 45 mm thick panels fabricated with aluminium extruded thermal break profile sections consisting of pre plasticized GI casing of thickness 0.8mm outside layer and 0.8mm inside layer with polyurethane foam(PUF) insulation of density 40±2kg/m3 factory injected between them by injection moulding machine, complete with blower section with blower suitable for static pressure as required, cooling coil sections with aluminium finned copper tubes(tubes thickness not less than 0.5mm) AHRI certified cooling coil of 6 row deep, complete with pre-filters and fine filters, belt drive package with TEFC drive motor of efficiency class IE3 (as per IS12615) suitable for 415±10%V, 50HZ,3 Phase AC supply, drain connections, stainless steel (18G) drain pan with PUF insulation, mixing box for fresh air duct connection, auto purge valve wherever required, necessary vibration isolation arrangement etc., complete as per Technical specifications as required.

Supplying, installation, testing and commissioning of 60 mm dia. MS 'C' class chilled water piping inside the terminal building as per IS:1239 (with necessary clamps, vibration isolators and fittings but excluding valves, strainers, gauges etc.) duly insulated with 50mm thick insulation of density 20Kg/cum rigid EPS pipe section fixed with hot bitumens and single layer of polythene sheet, GI wire mesh finally finished with 10mm thick sand cement plaster for 80mm dia., MS pipe insulation and joints, repairing the damage portion of building etc. in all respect as per specifications as required.

Supplying, fixing, testing and commissioning of 60 mm dia, Butterfly valve (manual) having Cast Iron body, SS Disc and SS stem, Black Nitrile Rubber Seal & O- Ring and PN 16 pressure rating for chilled water circulation including insulating the valves with same specifications of chilled water piping, plumbing, and provision of adequate support etc., as per Technical specifications as required.

Supplying, fixing, testing and commissioning of 60mm dia. strainers in the chilled water plumbing duly insulated to the same specifications as the connected piping and adequately supported as per specifications.

Supply, installation, balancing and commissioning of 1.25 mm thickness factory fabricated GSS sheet metal rectangular/round ducting complete with neoprene rubber gaskets, elbows, splitter dampers, vanes, hangers, supports etc. as per approved drawings and specifications of following sheet thickness complete as required.

Supply and fixing of 400mm sweep wall mounting fan, powder coated plastic body, sleek and unique high speed & aerodynamically designed balanced 3 blade with min.air delivery of 90M3/Min. , thermal protected, High speed powerful motor for high air delivery and uniform oscillation control including making good the damage, connection, testing, commissioning etc. as required (As per AAI list of approved makes)

Wiring for circuit/ sub main wiring along with earth wire with 2 X 2.5 sq. mm + 1 X 2.5 sq. mm earth wire sizes of FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor, single core cable in surface/ recessed medium class PVC conduit as required.

Supplying and fixing suitable size GI box with modular plate and cover in front on surface or in recess, including providing and fixing 3 pin 5/6 A modular socket outlet and 5/6 A modular switch, connections etc. as required.
