Earth work in excavation by mechanical means Hydraulic excavator manual means over areas exceeding 30 cm in depth 1 point 5 m in width as well as 10 sqm on plan including getting out and disposal of excavated earth lead up to 50 m and lift up to 1 point 5 m as directed by Engineer in charge in all kinds of soil

Dry stone soling 22 point5 cm thick including supply of stones and preparing surface complete including cost of materials tools and tackles labour charges taxes etc complete

Filling available excavated earth excluding rock in trenches plinth sides of foundation etc in layers not exceeding 20cm in depth consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering lead upto 50m and lift upto 1 point5m as per drawings and directions of Engineer in charge

Supplying mixing placing in position cement concrete at various elevations compact and cure as per specifications drawings and direction of the engineer including cost of all materials labour tools and tackles taxes and insurance charges etc concrete with 20 mm and down graded stone aggregate with 1 ratio 3 ratio 6 1 cement 3 coarse sand 6 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size at all lead and lifts

Supplying mixing placing in position at various elevations compact and cure including testing of concrete specifications drawings and direction of the engineer of the following grades of concrete with 20 mm and down graded stone aggregate as per drawings and directions of Engineer in charge 1 ratio 1 point5 raio 3 1 cement 1 ratio 5 coarse sand 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm and down nominal size

Supplying fabrication and fixing in position steel reinforcement in all types of reinforced concrete work at all elevations including cleaning straightening cutting bending and binding with 18 SWG annealed wire or with welding such as tack lap butt etc with approved electrods providing concrete blocks pins chairs nails supports of reinforcement etc with all materials and labour complete as per drawings, specifications and direction of the Engineer Thermo Mechanically Treated bars of grade Fe 500D or more

Supplying installing dismantling and removing the form work of approved quality including splays recess corners haunch etc scaffolding and necessary rendering of concrete surfaces after exposure at all elevation both under ground and in super structure

Providing and fixing precoated galvanised iron profile sheets size shape and pitch of corrugation as approved by Engineer in charge 0 point 50 mm pluse 0 point 05 percentage total coated thickness with zinc coating 120 grams per sqm as per IS 277 in 240 mpa steel grade 5 to 7 microns epoxy primer on both side of the sheet and polyester top coat 15 to18 microns Sheet should have protective guard film of 25 microns minimum to avoid scratches during transportation and should be supplied in single length upto 12 meter or as desired by Engineering charge The sheet shall be fixed using self drilling self tapping screws of size 5 point 5x 55 mm with EPDM seal complete upto any pitch in horizontal vertical or curved surfaces excluding the cost of purlins rafters and trusses and including cutting to size and shape wherever required but including cost of all materials labour tools and tackles scaffolding charges safety arrangement expenses taxes insurance etc complete as per directions of Engineer incharge

Structural steel work riveted bolted or welded in built up sections trusses and framed work including supply cutting hoisting fixing in position and applying two coats of epoxy paint over a priming coat of approved steel epoxy primer all complete at all heights including cost of all materials labour tools and tackles scaffolding charges safety arrangement expenses insurance and connection with existing structural steel members etc complete as per directions of Engineer in charge

15 mm cement plaster in two coats under layer 12 mm thick cement plaster 1 ratio5 1 cement 5 coarse sand finished with a top layer 6 mm thick cement plaster 1 ratio 6 1 cement 6 fine sand Cement to be used shall be Acid Alkali resistant cement as per specifications and directions of Engineer in charge

Providing and Grouting of pockets with cementitious grout Non Shrink of approved make by suitable means Free flowing pump curing etc Complete as per directions of Engineer in charge The payment shall be made on the basis of actual weight of approved grout used as per directions of Engineer in charge

Brick work with non modular fly ash bricks conforming to IS12894 class designation 10 average compressive strength in foundation super structure above plinth level Cement mortar 1 ratio6 1 cement 6 Coarse sand at all leads and lifts

Dismantling of RCC PCC at all elevations and disposal of the rubbish upto a lead of 1 km as per drawings specifications and directions of Engineer in charge

Finishing walls with 100 percentage Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm per litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489 2004 Alkali and fungal resistance dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade Company Depot Tinted with silicon additives Two or more coats applied 1 point 43 litre per 10 sqm Over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied 0 point 90 litre per10 sqm

Providing and fixing GI chain link fabric fencing made of 4mm dia GI wire of required width in mesh size 50x50 mm including strengthening with 2 mm dia wire or nuts bolts and washers as required complete as per the direction of Engineer in charge at all leads and lift including hoisting and fixing etc
