Construction of RC Track Bed, RC Anchors, Installation of Reference Pin in RC Anchors for Ballast less Track section in between Zaroli Vill. (MAHSR Km. 156.600) and Pariya (MAHSR Km. 176.600) in Gujarat,UT of Dadra and Nagar Haveli in MAHSR T2 Pkg

Scarifying /Roughening of Concrete Surface/flooring on Viaduct/Bridges/Tunnel including cleaning the surface with Compressed air/pressure air wherever required to the Satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge, disposal of debries out of ROW etc., all complete and as per the direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and fixing in place Steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work, of approved make, transported from factory/workshop to construction sites including staightening, cutting & bending as per IS Code provisions, placing in position, binding with requisite binding wire all complete, as per approved drawings, Technical Specifications and design, straightning of existing shear connectors wherever required on viaduct/Tunnel/Bridges/Ramps/Approcahes etc., at all heights including all leads,lifts , loading , unloading , temporary scaffoldings, cost of tools and tackles, equipments, machinery, labour ,fuel, lighting arrangements etc., Complete and as per the instructions of Engineer-in-Charge as required to complete the job: Reinforcemnt Steel: Thermo-Mechanically Treated bars of grade Fe-500D or more to be used of approved quality.

Providing and laying in position Ready mixed design cement concrete for reinforced cement concrete work of Grade M35 (Minimum Cement Content of 370 Kg/Cum) in RC Track bed at all heights in Viaduct/Tunnel/Bridges/Approcahes/Ramps etc., with providing expansion joints, construction joints, making groove (trainagular V-shape) for Crack induced Joint as per Employers drawing & Technical Specifications and casting of RC Anchor ( including chamfering of edges & providing opening for fixing Reference Pin ) ; using approved coarse aggregate and fine aggregate derived from natural sources, Portland Pozzolana / Ordinary Portland /Portland Slag cement, admixtures in recommended proportions as per IS: 9103 to accelerate / retard setting of concrete, to improve durability and workability without impairing strength; etc, all complete as per approved Drawings, Technical Specifications,approved methodology including pumping of concrete to site of laying, curing of concrete with approved methodology, carriage for all leads, labor, tools & tackles, machinery, equipments, fuel, transportation, lighting during night, cost of shuttering, scaffolding and surface roughning, finishing to line & level as per the direction of the engineer-in-charge; for the following grades of concrete. (Item for Construction/Expansion Joint & Crack induced joints shall be paid seperately)

Providing 10 mm thick filler Board of approved quality in Expansion/Construction Joints as per approved drawings and specifications

Filling Trainagular ( V Shaped ) Crack Induced Joints of 10 mm depth and 20 mm wide with filler material of approved make and water proof sealing shall be installed for the RC Track Bed along the width and side surface (Surface of the track centre line side ) as directed by the Engineer-in-charge

Fixing of Refrence Pin as per the Co-Ordinates finalized by IRCON's surveyor and grouting with non shrink mortar of approved make in the RC Anchor (Ciricular/Semi Circular ) , Turnouts, Crossover, Expansion Joints etc., as per the client approved drawings and other techinical specifications. (Reference Pin shall be issued free at IRCON's Store)
