REPAIR/ MAINT OF CEILING FAN EXHAUST FAN AND WALL FAN AT MAKARPURA AIR FORCE STATION BARODA

Material and labour for taking down of celling fan 1200 /1400 mm from any location inside Makarpura Air Force stn for stripping of fan, washing thoroughly of bearing/bush by petrol, washing/cleaning fan blade, body, thoroughly, greasing and oiling complete and refixing in the same position after complete repairs including provision of twisted twin core flexible wire of size 23/0.0076 (ISI marked) not less than 0.5 sqmm and testing the fan on full load to entire satisfaction of Engr-in-Charge complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No 1 above but for exhaust fan of size 300mm.

All as per item No 1 above but for exhaust fan of size 450mm.

All as per item No 1 above but for wall mounted /pedestal fan of size 450mm/400mm.

Note for above Item No 1.00 to 4.00 :- (i) Replacement of unservicable spare parts as required shall be measured and paid seperately under respective items. (ii) Rewinding shall be measured and paid seperately.

Material and labour for rewinding of ceiling fan of any make any type of size 1200 /1400 mm with supper enamelled copper conductor wire of suitable size/gauge as per exsting including all insulating materials, varnishing and heating and testing on load complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for rewinding exhaust fan of any make of size300/ 350 mm with super enamelled copper wire of suitable size/gauge including all insulation materials, varnishing and heating and testing on load complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for rewinding exhaust fan of any make of size 400/ 450 mm with super enamelled copper wire of suitable size/gauge including all insulation materials, varnishing and heating and testing on load complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for rewinding of pedestal fan/wall mounted fan of size 450mm/400mm and any make with super enamelled copper wire of suitable size/gauge including all insulation materials, varnishing and heating and testing on load complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for ball bearing of any size suitable for any type/make of ceiling fan including testing as approved by Engr-in-Charge complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for ball bearing of any size suitable for any type/make of exhaust fan including testing as approved by Engr-in-Charge complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour in replacement of unserviceable capaciator 240 volts AC 2.5 MFD suitable for ceiling fan including condensor spacer and soldering of condenser wire to fan wire and fixing complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour in replacement of capaciator 240 Volts 3.15 MFD suitable for exhaust fan/Pedestal Fan including testing complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour of hanging assembly set comprising with hanging bolts, nuts, washer split pins of appropriate size as required and fixing. Complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in repair PVC insulated, flexible cable, twin core twisted of size 23/0.0076 with copper conductor in pieces for connecting fans Complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in repair down rod 15 mm dia, MS tube light grade, duly finished with powder coating of white colour, including necessary holes and threading etc. Complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down existing worn out louvers of any description , in any position and supplying & fixing new louvers made out of MS sheet 22 gauge thick suitable for exhaust fan of 450/300mm sweep all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-Charge.( Note: The louvers shall be of shape, size and pattern as approved by the Engineer-in-Charge duly painted with two of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer)
