Tenders from Joint ventures are not acceptable.

Bidders shall not be under a declaration of ineligibility for corrupt and fraudulent practices issued by Government of Karnataka

Bidders shall ensure upload of relevant document certifying his/her status as Scheduled Caste/ Scheduled Tribe/other reserved category as prescribed in the tender document.

It shall be the responsibility of the Bidder to ensure credit of Tender Processing Fee and EMD into the respective receiving bank accounts of e-Procurement on or before the last date and time of bid submission.

EMD Payments through e-Payment mode shall be made as one single transaction and payments made in part are liable for rejection.

I wish to state that None of my contracts have been terminated/ foreclosed on account of my default in KPCL or elsewhere during last ten years.

I wish to state that My offer has no conditions contravening the commercial conditions of the bid.

I wish to state that I have studied the site conditions, labor conditions and read the Bid documents and related matters carefully and diligently and that I have submitted the bid having studied understood and accepted the full implications of the tender document conditions completely.

If my/our tender be accepted, I/we agree to pay 5% of the contract value plus additional security towards un-balanced tender amount towards security deposit for the due fulfillment of the contract at the time of executing agreement in the form of DD/BG for the specified Guarantee period of contract.

If this tender be accepted, I/We agree to abide by and fulfill all the terms and provisions of the said conditions of contract annexed or in default thereof forfeit and pay to the Corporation the sum of money mentioned in the said condition without prejudice to any other right of the Corporation.

I/We hereby distinctly and expressly declare and acknowledge that before the submission of this tender, I/we have carefully read the instructions and I/We have made examination of contract documents and locations where such work is to be done.

I/We distinctly agree that I/We would hereafter make no claim or demand upon the Corporation based upon or arising out of any alleged misunderstanding or misconceptions or mistake on my/our part of the said contract, agreements, stipulations, restrictions and conditions.

If upon written information to me/us by the CE(FM)RTPS/ SE(CHP)M/ EE(CHP)M-1, I/We fail to attend the office on the date there in fixed and if upon intimation being given to me/us by the Superintending Engineer (CHP)M of the acceptance of the tender or fail to enter into agreement, then I/We agree to the forfeiture earnest money.

Any notice required to be served on me/us shall be sufficiently served on me/us by post (registered or ordinary) or left at my/our address given.

I/we fully understand the terms and agreements of the contract to be entered into between me/us and the Corporation and the written agreement shall be foundation of the right of both the parties and the contract shall not be deemed to be complete until an agreement has been signed by me/us and authorized by the proper office authorized to enter into contract by the Corporation.

The intending bidder should have experience in Wagon Tippler Mechanical Overhauling & Components replacement. As a proof bidder shall submit work order or job order or work done certificate issued by competent authority

Capabilities of Vendor

The Intending bidder should have satisfactorily completed similar work like Wagon Tippler Mechanical Overhauling & Components replacement for an amount not less than Rs. 4.8 Lakhs in the last five years (2021-22, 2022-23, 2023-24, 2024-25 and 2025-26) in any coal handling plant/coal mine/any process industries. As a proof, bidder should upload work order and related work done certificate issued by an officer not below the rank of Chief Engineer in case of KPCL and by the Competent authority in case other than KPCL (Work done of previous financial years shall be given weightage of 10% per year to bring them to the present price level of the financial year 2026-27).

Financial Status

The intending bidder in his name should have achieved an average annual financial turnover of Rs 9.5 lakhs in any two years in the last five financial years (2021-22, 2022-23, 2023-24, 2024-25 and 2025-26). As a proof of this, the bidder shall upload the certificated copy of the Profit and Loss account or Turnover certificate duly certified by the Chartered Accountant. (Financial turnover of previous years shall be given weightage of 10% per year to bring them to the present price level of the financial year 2026-27).
