S&F Anodised aluminium snap grid frame work for false ceiling size of grid 605x605mm, complete all as specified

Hacking out old broken glass panes 4 mm thick from steel/metal frame including putty/ metal beadings and supply and fix sheet glass ordinary 4 mm thick, in squares n.exc. 0.50 Sqm in each pane including necessary new oil putty or with existing metal beadings complete all as specified and as directed

Supply and fix PVC low level flushing cistern 10 ltrs capacity with ISI mark including inlet, ball valve, float, handle and brackets etc. including taking down old defective low level flushing cistern all as specified and as directed.

M&L Anti-termite treatment of soil under existing floor using emulsion @ one litre per hole 300mm apart including drilling and plugging 12mm dia holes with cement mortar 1:2 (1 Cement, 2course sand) to match the existing floor.
