M&L for maintenance of 11KV CT chamber by disconnecting all 3 phase cable connections, extended bus bars and from VCB Bus and taking out from panel mounted position, testing for proper functioning, body leakage, checking & cleaning / decarbonising of all contact points of CT, epoxy body and Bus bars, complete CT chamber using hot blower and CTC solution, applying backlot (Red) solution to the CT body and refixing the same CT to original position, re-connection of all existing cables, extended bus bars, testing complete all as specified and directed. Note:- CT if replaced shall be measured and paid separately as supply only.

Maintenance, servicing, cleaning of Busbar chamber of each VCB including connecting bus bar from CT to Bus bar, spout, support insulator, opening of covers, using CTC and clean cloth and hot air blower/vacuum cleaner, checking for any loose contact, tightening of all nuts & bolts, refixing all covers, replacement of defective bus spout complete all as specified and directed Note :- Bus spout if replaced shall be measured and paid separately as supply only.

M&L for setting of 3 phase IED of any type/Make from 11kV HT panel, cleaning the contacts , IED configuration , Calibration & Testing of all the measuring & protection devices viz., CTs, Relays and Meters at site. Testing of all the trip functions of the relays after final current settings by simulating fault current by CT secondary injection test set , checking of current transformer , rectification of defects in control wiring for proper tripping of CB during actual system fault conduction through relay & Tripping coil. Adjustment / setting to plug and time multiplier settings of IED to achieve the discrimination in tripping , tune/synchronies upstream breaker relay settings-installation of relay, testing & commissioning etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Collecting necessary required data & peak load details from IED of any type/Make from 11kV HT panel , Transformer full load details during peak hours. Relay Setting Calculations & Co-Ordination Study. Unit Protection Setting of Transformers. Feeder wise settings has to be furnished & Report with Firm Recommendations to be submitted Down Stream Power distribution (Complete 11 KV system) overall co-ordinations of time need to be achieved. Adjustment / setting to plug and time multiplier settings of IED complete in all as specified and as directed.

Note: The Contractor has to arrange necessary testing Kits, testing equipments, tools etc. Rental rates for the testing/calibration kits & connected equipments are deemed to be included in the quoted rate. Testing & tuning shall be carried out onsite with testing equipments in presence of Engr-in-Charge by Qualified , Licenced personal and test results shall be signed both by the contractor and Engineer-in-Charge and kept on recordin to the satisfaction of the Department.

Supply only Resin Cast CT dual core, CT ratio- 100/50/5A-5A For 800A , 11 KV VCB panel.

M&L for maintenance/servicing of PT unit 11Kv / 110V by disconnecting and taking out from panel mounted position, checking & cleaning of fixed and moving contact points, cleaning/ decarbonising of bus bar connections, resin cast PTs using hot blower, CTC solution, applying backlot (Red) solution to the epoxy PT body, tightening of all nuts, bolts, washers, and refixing the same PT to original position, testing complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down HT switch gear (Vacuum circuit breaker ) of capacity 11 KV 250/350 MVA comprising of following repairs, overhauling, servicing, carrying out preventive maintenance and refixing the same after repairs/ overhauling:

(a) Tripping off the breaker, lowering the breaker with raising/lowering handle and pulling out the breaker complete from the panel along with the trolley for servicing/inspection/overhauling

(b) Servicing/Inspecting/checking of automatic safety shutter operation for serviceability and replacement of spares if required.

(b) Servicing/Inspecting/checking of circuit spout and circuit spout connections for RYB phases and replacement of spares if required.

(c) Dismantling and checking of cross bar assembly, fixed contacts and current carrying parts of the breaker, trolley, insulated assembly and checking lamination with clamps, epoxy spout, isolator assembly etc.

(d) Setting, reassembling, cleaning, adjustment of fixed contacts, main contact, arcing contacts and chamber baffle pot assembly, moving contact for proper setting of auxiliary contacts operating mechanism.

(e) Servicing/Inspecting/checking of secondary sockets/bus bar earthing plugs/earthing sockets and replacement of spares if required.

(f) Checking, setting and adjustment of lowering and raising operation of the breaker trolley.

(g) Decarbonising of bus bar and connected items

(h) Lubrication and greasing of all moving parts of the trolley, stopper bolt for proper operating and closing of shutter gear, isolation resistance of trolley of with vacuum interrupter assembly.

(J) The inspection of HT switch gear shall involve:- (i) Inspection of truck & hoist assembly. (ii) Inspection of tank assembly & barriers. (iii) Inspection of assembly & components of solenoid assembly. (iv) Inspection of assembly & components of dependent mechanism. (v) Inspection of assembly & components of spring box mechanism. (vi) Inspection of motor mechanism spring charge assembly (vii) Inspection of assembly of trip unit & related components

Notes: (i)The servicing includes for bus bar duct chamber, cable alleys and connecting accessories (ii) The rate quoted shall be deemed to include for necessary T&P, nuts, bolts, washers, gasket, insulation tape, compound, painting of VCB panels with approved colour including lettering details all as per existing etc. to put in to the VCBs and panels in serviceable condition, testing and commissioning all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. (iii) Major spares like Breaker bushings, vacuum interrupter assly, bus bar spout, bus bar spout connections, circuit spout/circuit spout connections/buffer fixed contacts, moving contacts, tank assly/barriers, solenoid spares, dependent/spring mechanism/ motor mechanism, trip unit etc. will be measured and paid separately under relevant items of Schedule 'A'. However the rate quoted shall be deemed to include for any other minor spares require replacement. (iv)The servicing shall be carried out by Authorised service centre as approved by GE

M&L for rectification of faults and retrofit of electrical circuit of 11 KV VCB comprising of the following accessories with suitable IED's by checking CT/PT healthiness , proper programming of multifunctional meters and replacement of defective components & wiring with FRLSH multistrand PVC insulated copper conductor 1100 volts grade as per existing size of wire complete all as specified and directed Note :- Required new components will be measured and paid separately under relevant items.

i) Numerical feeder protection relay - 1 No.
