Earth work in cutting/fillling in required depth by deplying required manpower and machinary like hydraulic excavator ,Tractor,Cultivator,levellor,dozer,grader,tipper,roller etc. for restoring the area levelled/graded as per requirement including watering, rolling as per satisfaction of Engineer- In-Charge including transportation of soil from one place to another wherever required, within all lifts and leads within AAI premises, collecting of unwanted material like stone,bricks bat, etc at one place for disposal including removal of grass with roots and disposal thereof at instructed location before carrying out earth work as per specification and direction and satisfaction of Engg-in-Charge complete.
Earthwork in excavation in all kinds of soil with hydraulic excavator of 0.9 cum bucket capacity including cutting and loading in tippers, trimiming bottom and side slopes in accordance with requirements of lines, grades and cross sections and transporting to embankment location with all lifts and leads upto 2.0 km within airport premises as per satisfaction and direction of Engineer-In-Charge.
Construction of embankment with obtained earth from cutting and excavation at site in layers not exceeding 20cm in depth (or any thickness as approved by the Engineer-in-Charge in case vibratory roller / soil compactor is used) including breaking clods, watering, consolidating each layer with power road roller 8-10 tonnes weight or vibratory roller /soil compactor of adequate capacity to give adequate density including leveling fine dressing to the required grade, camber and slope complete as per MORTH specifications and direction of the Engineer-in-Charge (Payment to be made for compacted quantity only).
Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level : 1:4:8 (1 Cement : 4 coarse sand (zone-III) derived from natural sources : 8 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size derived from natural sources)
Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level : 1:1½:3 (1 Cement: 1½ coarse sand (zone-III) derived from natural sources : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size derived from natural sources)

Brick work with common burnt clay F.P.S. (non modular) bricks of class designation 35 in foundation and plinth in: Cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand)
Structural steel work in single section, fixed with or without connecting plate, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer all complete.
Steel work welded in built up sections/ framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer using structural steel etc. as required. In gratings, frames, guard bar, ladder, railings, brackets, gates and similar works
Providing and laying Vitrified tiles in floor in different sizes (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer) with water absorption less than 0.08% and conforming to IS:15622, of approved brand & manufacturer, in all colours and shade, laid on 20 mm thick cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement: 4 coarse sand) jointing with grey cement slurry @3.3 kg/sqm including grouting the joints with white cement and matching pigments etc. The tiles must be cut with the zero chipping diamond cutter only . Laying of tiles will be done with the notch trowel, plier, wedge, clips of required thickness, leveling system and rubber mallet for placing the tiles gently and easily. 12 mm cement plaster finished with a floating coat of neat cement of mix : 1:4 (1 cement: 4 fine sand)
Providing and fixing G.I. pipes complete with G.I. fittings including trenching and refilling etc. External work: 50 mm dia nominal bore
Providing and laying 60mm thick faciory made cement concrete interlocking paver block of M -30 grade made by block making machine with strong vibratory compaction, of approved size, design & shape, laid in required colour and pattern over and including 50mm thick compacted bed of coarse sand, filling the joints with line sand etc. all complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge
Cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size) in pavements, laid to required slope and camber in panels as required including consolidation finishing and tamping complete.
Construction of granular sub-base by providing close graded Material conforming to specifications, mixing in a mechanical mix plant at OMC, carriage of mixed material by tippers to work site, for all leads & lifts, spreading in uniform layers of specified thickness with motor grader on prepared surface and compacting with vibratory power roller to achieve the desired density, complete as per specifications and directions of Engineer?in-Charge.With material conforming to Grade-II (size range 53 mm to 0.075 mm ) having CBR Value-25
Providing Crane in working condition with 80ft boom and load capacity of at least 1.5 Ton at last boom on per day basis ( minimum 8 hours) including the cost of fuel and driver complete
