Dismantling of MH / LED/ T-5/ Gate / Garden light fittings of any capacity from existing poles / buildings of any height/type including re-fixing after repair/replacment of unserviceable parts such as LED drivers,LED modules T-5 tubes, chokes etc and making the fitting functional by replacing minor parts such as nuts,bolts PVC connector upto Rs. 25.00 each complete all as specified and directed. (Notes:- New Parts shall be measured & paid separately as given here-in-after as supply only).

Supply and fixing Isolator 4pole 63 Amps,415 Volts all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing Isolator 2 pole 40 Amps,220 Volts all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in repair powder coated pressure die cast aluminium compact LED street light fitting heat resistance toughened glass with lens suitable for 48Watt complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in repair powder coated pressure die cast aluminium compact LED street light fitting heat resistance toughened glass with lens suitable for 48Watt complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in repair powder coated pressure die cast aluminium compact LED street light fitting heat resistance toughened glass with lens suitable for 30Watt complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing street light bracket made out of 40 mm dia GI pipe light grade of length upto 1.5 mtr bent to shape required with and including 2 Nos, 50 x 6 mm MS flat iron clamps with nuts, bolts, washer etc and applying one coat of aluminium paint of clamps including dismantling of old brackets complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, fixing, commisioning and testing of Nature timer switch control Street Lights complete with MCB, Power and Panel duly complete with wiring Model : SWADEEP-02EC 12KW 3P, single phase, max load 12KW Manufactured by KAKATIYA ENERGY SYSTEMS LTD HYDERABAD or equivalent of other make complete all as specified and directed. Note:- CA No & date of installations shall be painted/marked on all timer switch provided by the contractor

S & F in replacement 1100 Volts grade heavy duty cable one twin core, circular 6 Sqmm PVC insulated aluminium stranded conductor served with inner sheathing of PVC tapes and overall PVC sheathed in service connection from pole to Main Switch complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & fixing in replacement of 1100 volts grade heavy duty round cable with PVC insulated aluminiuum conductor served with an inner sheating of PVC tape and overall PVC sheathed in service connection suspended by insulating hangers not more than 1 mtr apart including 4mm suspention wire one twin core 10sqmm solid conductor complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches n. exc. 1.5 mtr wide and not exceeding 1.5 mtr in depth for laying of underground cable and getting out in hard / dense soil complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in excavated soil in trenches including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm thick complete all as specified and directed.

Removing of excavated soil to a distance not exceeding 50 mtr and deposited where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 mtr above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for dry sand cushioning to underground cables in layer (8 cm thick before laying of cables and 15 cm thick after laying and stretching of cable) as in trenches for cable protection or under floor or in foundation and gentally hand ramming and consolidation complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Sand thickness shall be measured only 18 cm after punning

M & L for providing of new sub class 'B' bricks, old size, well burnt laid flat dry for protection of under ground cable complete all as specified and directed.

S & F in replacement GI pipe light grade 40 mm bore for cable protection, fixed to pole/ alongwall/ floor/ under road/ across the drain or nallaha etc complete all as specified & directed.

Supply, laying jointing and testing in replacement XLPE LT 1100 volts underground earthed cable, PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cable heavy duty 1100V with multi stranded, aluminum conductor of cross sectional area 10 Sqmm, 2 Core including laying, testing and commissioning complete all as specified and directed. NOTE:- Excavation & eartwork shall be measured and paid separately under respective items

Supply, laying jointing and testing in replacement XLPE LT 1100 volts underground earthed cable, PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cable heavy duty 1100V with multi stranded, aluminum conductor of cross sectional area 16 Sqmm, 4 Core including laying, testing and commissioning complete all as specified and directed. NOTE:- Excavation & eartwork shall be measured and paid separately under respective items

Supply, laying jointing and testing in replacement XLPE LT 1100 volts underground earthed cable, PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cable heavy duty 1100V with multi stranded, aluminum conductor of cross sectional area 25 Sqmm, 3.5Core including laying, testing and commissioning complete all as specified and directed. NOTE:- Excavation & eartwork shall be measured and paid separately under respective items

Supply, laying jointing and testing in replacement XLPE LT 1100 volts underground earthed cable, PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cable heavy duty 1100V with multi stranded, aluminum conductor of cross sectional area 35 Sqmm, 3.5 Core including laying, testing and commissioning complete all as specified and directed. NOTE:- Excavation & eartwork shall be measured and paid separately under respective items

Lopping / prooning of tree branches upto the extend to obtain clearance all around the LT over head lines / HT over head lines conductor upto 3 mtr from furthest conductor on pole including removing of cut branches and cleaning of site complete all as specified and directed. Note :- (a). The trees branches etc will be left as it is and will not be carried away by the contractor / DEL as the wood belongs to CEO / DEO and they will be responsible to lift the wood. (b). Prooning of all tree branches in one tree shall be measured as one Job. c). Contractor will employ sufficient labour to complete the job with in time as directed. (d). Contractor will be responsible for any type of mis-happening / accident while prooning the trees. (e). Contractor supervisor will take proper shut down from MES installation before starting the work and clear it before resuming power supply . However full assistance will be provided by MES staff. (f). The contractor will provide proper tools and safety devices to his staff for prooning of trees.

Supply & fixing in replacement shackle type porcelain vitreous white, brown or green insulator including one galvanised mild steel straps, washers and nut 75 mm height, 90 mm dia for 1100 volts grade, including removal of existing insulators complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & fixing in replacement pin type porcelain vitreous white, brown or green insulator including one galvanised mild steel spindle, two galvanised iron washers and one galvanised iron nut 100 mm height, 65 mm dia for 1100 volts grade, including removal of existing insulators complete all as specified and directed.

Restretching of ACSR conductors of any type / any size on essential LT Poles and fixing with 2 mm dia aluminium binding wire complete all as specified

Supply & fixing in replacement ACSR conductor of any size including binding on existing LT poles or new poles with 02 mm dia aluminium binding wire all as specified & directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Cleaning and preparation of old painted surface of LT/street light pole complete and painting with one coat of aluminium paint including channels/ brackets, street light brackets, cross arms and making red & white strips with synthetic enamelled paint of 30 cm height, each alternative strip upto 1.5 mtr height and writing pole numbers with black synthetic enamelled paint after making circular base with yellow synthetic enamelled paint and applying two coats of white wash on PCC coping complete all as specified. Note : Pole serial no. will be as approved by GE/Engr-in-charge.

Material and labour for PCC 1:3:6 type C-2,using stone aggregate 40mm graded as in foundation of stays and coping of poles including necessary form work where required and fair finish to the exposed surfaces including broken of existing PCC all as specified & directed.

Material and labour for PCC 1:4:8 type D-2, using stone aggregate 40mm graded as in foundation for electric poles and making of cable duct including necessary form work where required and fair finish to the exposed surfaces all as specified & directed.

Dismantling of LT PCC/steel tubular pole of any size and discription incl coping, foundation etc omplete all as specified and directed.

Supply, install steel tubular swaged poles type 410-SP-31 (9 mtr long), Class-10 with mild steel base plate of size 30cm x 30cm x 6mm thick, welded at bottom and cap finial taper plugs, bolt, nuts and screw as specified and fixed in true vertical position complete including making good as existing at site complete all as specified and directed. Note :- (a) Earth work and PCC in foundation / coping / padestal shall be measured and paid for separately under respective items. (b) Poles shall be painted with two coats of black bituminous paint throughout internally, and externally upto planting depth. The remaining portion of the exterior surface shall be painted with two coats of aluminium paint over a coat of red oxide primer.

Supply, fabricating and fixing, cross arms (any type) supports, bracting, stiffness etc made out of MS channel, angle iron , flat iron of any size including drilling of holes, making clamps, eye hooks, nuts, bolts and washers etc, welding if required including painting with two coats of aluminium paint over a coat of red oxide paint as well as dismantling of existing all as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supplying, drawing and fixing in replacement of contineous GI earth wire/gaurd/cradles of 4mm dia including GI binding wire 1.63 mm and GI holding hook on HT poles incl taking down old rusted GI wire all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M & L for earthing in replacement complete with galvanised or steel earth plate electrode of size 600mmx600mmx6mm thick burried directly in ground vertically ( to a depth not less than 2.25mtr deep below normal ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 mtr below normal ground level, connected to strip 32x6 mm size with nuts, bolts , check nuts , washers, earth plate surrounded by packed layers of charcoal dust and common salt 15cm thick all around, top & bottom watering pipe 40mm bore of GI medium grade with funnel and wiremesh all as shown in electrical plate No. 3 of SSR -2009 Part I and connecting to earthing test point, main switch board and testing on completion including PCC chamber concrete 1:3:6 type C-2 and RCC cover 75mm thick with MS TMT bar 8mm dia @ 150mm c/c both ways in cement concrete(1:2:4) type B-1 all as shown in SSR(Pt-I) 2009 complete all as specified and dirfected by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply and fixing in replacement of danger notice plate of 1.6mm thick, MS sheet, vitreous enamelled white, with letters, figuers and conventional skull and bones in signal red colour and fixed with MS clamps made out of flat iron 25x3 mm, nuts-bolts, of approved size for LT 20 x 15 cm.

Supply and fixing in replacement PVC LT OH line spacer for 5 wires complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement PVC LT OH line spacer for 4 wires complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement PVC LT OH line spacer for 2 wires complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for hardcore of broken stone or boulders gauge of 20 mm, deposited, spread and levelled in layers n exc. 15cm thick, watered and remmed to a true surface, complete all as specified

M & L for factory fabricated bus bar chamber water vermin proof of size 600x400x250mm duly provided with front openable door and PU(Polyurethene + Isocyanides) formed Gaskets with IP-66 protection rubber gasket housed with TPN aluminium bus bar on porcelain insulated with the bus bar size of 350x40x5 mm for phases and neutral including making connections, cable entry/exit holes with front door locking arrangements and busbar panel shall be pedestal type and provided with four nos of angle iron supports duly embedded in foundation including dismantling of existing unserviceable box and complete all as specified and directed. Note : Complete Bus bar chamber shall be made of CRCA powder coated sheet.

Cutting of floor/wall/road/footpath for removal of LT U/G cable of any size/description and making good the same as per existing specification after relaying the same or new cable and all as specified & directed.

S & F in replacement MCCB 415 Volts 4 pole 100 Amps 50 Hz 16KA of existing make model and type alonwith spreader terminal with adjustable thermal setting including lugs/thimbles of suitable size in existing panels complete all as specified and directed. Note : Necessary addition / altration required to adjust MCCB in the panel shall be done by the contractor and no extra payment will be made to the contractor.

S & F in replacement MCCB 415 Volts 4 pole 160 Amps 50 Hz 25KA of existing make model and type alonwith spreader terminal with adjustable thermal setting including lugs/thimbles of suitable size in existing panels complete all as specified and directed. Note : Necessary addition / altration required to adjust MCCB in the panel shall be done by the contractor and no extra payment will be made to the contractor.

S & F in replacement MCCB 415 Volts 4 pole 250 Amps 50 Hz 25KA of existing make model and type alonwith spreader terminal with adjustable thermal setting including lugs/thimbles of suitable size in existing panels complete all as specified and directed. Note : Necessary addition / altration required to adjust MCCB in the panel shall be done by the contractor and no extra payment will be made to the contractor.

S & F in replacement standard duty resin filled capacitor 440 V, 3 phase 5 KVAr complete all as specified and directed. Note : Necessary addition /altration required to adjust Capacitors in the panel shall be done by the contractor and no extra payment will be made to the contractor.

All as per Item No. 45 above but of 10 KVAr

S & F in replacement contactor 440 V, 3 phase 5/10/15 KVAr. Note : Necessary addition /altration required to adjust Capacitors in the panel shall be done by the contractor and no extra payment will be made to the contractor.

M & L for preparing old painted surface of LT/APFC panel board by cleaning removing of the old paint by scracthing with wire bursh/sand paper etc and including denting/patching of brocken/rusted surfaces etc and apply two coat of synthetic enamel paint by spray painting on inside/outside surface of panel,all as specified and directed by Engr-in- charge. Note : repairing of old rusted rivets/nut bolts are deemed to be included in coated rates.

S & F in replacement jumper wire cross sectional area 70 Sqmm single core stranded aluminium conductor PVC insulated on OH lines complete all as specified and directed.

S & F in replacement jumper wire cross sectional area 95 Sqmm single core stranded Aluminium conductor PVC insulated on OH lines complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in replacement aluminium bus bar in the panel of exsiting size and capacity for phase and neutral with heat shrinkable including PVCsleeves in different colour codes for phase indication all as per directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply and fixing of micro prismatic reftective sheet, min 10cm wide, with adhesive base for dirtectly fixing on HT/LT steel tubular/PCC pole without nail or any other fixing material at suitable height, in Red/White/Yellow colour complete all as directed.

S & F in replacement for glow sign board (box type) LED of required size 1200 X 900mm made out of MS sheet of suitable size with flex sheet of suitable size with flex sheet fixed on front end quality marked with details of electric substation on front and rear with different colours including provision of LED power fittings & fixtures in equal distance to illuminate board including connections with 2.5 sqmm single core stranded copper conductor cable in conduit and wiring and including fixing of MCB of suitable capacity with weather proof box with 10mm size letters as specified and directed by Engr in charge.

S & F in replacemnt test point terminal block made of gun metal or phosphorus bronze of size 75x75x25mm, drilled and screwed including 3 Nos 8 mm dia, 25mm long, hex head screw including dismantling of existing complete all as specified and directed.

S & F in replacement air termination, single pointed aluminum rod 12 mm dia and 300 mm long including dismantling of existing one complete all as specified and directed. Note: Cost of required accessories for fixing of termination shall be deemed to incluvise in quoted unit rate.

S & F in replacement of TPN off load change over switch of capacity 32 Amp including dismantling of old unsv existing one complete all as specified and directed.

S & F in replacement of TPN off load change over switch of capacity 63 Amp including dismantling of old unsv existing one complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and Fix in repair MCB DB sheet metal enclosure , SPN, 8 way having protection with 200 amps rated bus bar, 440 volts, double door, including grauting suitable for housing MCB's and isolators, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and Fix in repair MCB DB sheet metal enclosure for DB, SPN, 4 way having protection with 200 amps rated bus bar, 440 volts, double door, including grauting suitable for housing MCB's and isolators, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and Fix in repair of 1x20 watt LED security light fitting, pressure die-cast aluminium including fixing the same of GI pipe 25 mm dia bore light grade bracket, 1.5mtr long including necessary cutting / bending /welding and fixed the same with two Nos FI clamps of 40x4mm duly painted and suitable size of nut & bolts etc. and making electric connection with two core copper flexible wire of 0.50 Sqmm complete and including taking down old fitting all as specified and directed.

S & F in repair LED bulk head 10 Watt with PDC aluminium housing and milky diffuser complete and including taking down old fitting all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in repair of LED Integrated Batten T5 box type surface mouted, (1x18 Watt) prewired including electric electrical connection with PVC insulated twin twisted copper wire of size 0.75 Sqmm from ceiling rose to tube light fitting and including taking down old fitting complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in repair of LED Integrated Batten T5 box type surface mouted, (1x9 Watt) prewired including electric electrical connection with PVC insulated twin twisted copper wire of size 0.75 Sqmm from ceiling rose to tube light fitting and including taking down old fitting complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for earthing in replacement complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode 600x600x6mm thick burried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 m deep below ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.50m deep below normal ground level, connected to galvanized earth lead wire 4.0mm dia by means of bolts, nuts and washers of galvanised iron or steel all as shown in earth plate No 3 of MES schedule 2009 part – I connected to earthing test point including earth continuity conductor and loop earthing etc. as required 4mm dia galvanized iron or steel wire including necessary excavation and earth work, concrete pit & chamber in PCC 1:2:4 type B1 & pit cover 75mm thck in RCC 1:2:4 type B1 dully reinforced with 6mm dia bar @ 150 c/c both ways including with lifting handle and Earth lead and GI protection pipe light grade 15mm dia beyond 7.5 mtr from electrode to earth terminal point/main switch board and 20mm bore GI watering pipe medium grade etc. complete all as specified and directed.

Material & Labour for sub main wiring with 1100 volts grade PVC insulated and unsheathed cable with stranded copper conductor 2x6 Sqmm, of code Red for Phase,Black For Neutral & Green For Earth concealed in wall and drawn in including PVC conduit along with 6 Sqmm single core copper conductor multi stranded cable as earth continuity conductor including taking down existing submain wiring complete all as specified and as directed. Note: 1. Three runs of 6 Sqmm and one run of PVC conduit shall be measured as one unit. 2. Cost of cutting chasing and making good of surface shall be deemed included in quoted unit rate.

Material & Labour for sub main wiring with 1100 volts grade PVC insulated and unsheathed cable with stranded copper conductor 2x4 Sqmm, of code Red for Phase,Black For Neutral & Green For Earth concealed in wall and drawn in including PVC conduit along with 4 Sqmm single core copper conductor multi stranded cable as earth continuity conductor including taking down existing submain wiring complete all as specified and as directed. Note: 1. Three runs of 4 Sqmm and one run of PVC conduit shall be measured as one unit. 2. Cost of cutting chasing and making good of surface shall be deemed included in quoted unit rate.

Taking down carefully storage water heater of capacity 25 to 35 ltr, dismantling inner tank & outer tank, pipe assembly, cleaning thoroughly with descaling liquid compound, overhauling complete to ensure, free & consistent flow of water through pipe outlet, rethreading of inlet/outlet pipe 15mm dia, including bronze welding of inner tank (If required), reassembling the same at existing/new place, testing/commissioning after re-installation at site complete all as specified & directed. Note: 1. Replacement of unserviceable parts if required, shall be measured and paid as under supply only separetely in relevant items. 2. Unserviceable items retrived form this item shall be abstracted under sch of credit.

Disconnecting / taking down carefully exhaust fan from existing position, dismantling, overhauling & cleaning thoroughly, oiling greasing and rehanging after replacing, split pins, check nuts, rubber reel etc and reassembling duly connected with new PVC 3 core flexible copper conductor cable inculding taking out burnt copper winding and rewinding with existing same gauge of super enameled copper wire of exhaust fan 450 mm sweep complete all as directed. Note:-1. The defective parts shell be mesured and paid in relivent items saperately. 2. Unserviceable items retrived form this item shall be abstracted under sch of credit.

M & L for opening of solar plate & repairing of leakage copper pipe with gas welding / soldering as required on site, after completion of job reassembling the same complete all as specified and directed.

Checking of fault in Solar water Heater of area by deputing adequate number of qualified Solar technician/Plumber and helper with necessary T&P and safety tools etc and ensure that to restore water heater in working condition after rectifying the fault with using minor items like screw, insulation Taps, flexible twin core cable upto 1 mtr approx or any electrical accessories of cost not more than Rs. 10/- shall be included in the unit rate complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. (a) Replacement of solar heater items, if required shall be measured and paid separetely in relevant items. Unserviceable items retrived form complaints shall be abstracted under sch of credit.

Maintenance and complete servicing/overhauling of existing DG Set of capacity 4.8 KW/6 KVA including replacement of filters,di -assembling of operating mechanism / parts, well cleaning with chemicals, replacing unserviceable parts / assessories, oiling / greasing of complete moving parts, calibration and resetting of governer by the rep of reputed manufacturer, cleaning of injector nozzle, cleaning/descaling of radiator assembly with cleaning agent, removal of all deposited materials including oiling / greasing of exhaust fan & bearing etc. including re - assembling the DG set after replacing the unserviceable parts and components etc. and making DG Set in perfect operational in manual and electrical mode, complete all as directed. Note:- (i) Spare parts will be measured and paid seperately under respective items of Sch 'A'. (ii) Make of parts shall be same as per existing make (iii) The contractor and rep of Engineer-in-charge shall prepare jointly a list of unserviceable parts after opening the DG Set.

Material and Labour for cleaning of 2000 gallons capacity RCC ground water tank/ clarifying cum sedimentation tank, flow water tank pumping out all water, taking out dirty water stone pieces and sludge etc by usnig buckets / motor, cleaning and removing all dirt and plant completely from wall and floor of the tank and from mouths of inlet and outlet pipes etc and by rubbing with wire brushes and removing all waste to distance not exc 50 mtr and depositing where directed cleaning the tank inner surface with suitable cleaning agent and fresh water and removing dirty water out of the tank complete with in 12 Hrs and writing date of cleaning on external surface of wall with synthetic enamel paint after removing old date complete all as specified and directed.
