Supply (inclusive in land transportation, insurance and other services required to convey the goods to their final destination)

Supply of Discharge Monitoring Station with all necessary equipment and peripherals etc., as per specification defined in tender Document. The system shall be complete in all respects both velocity and level sensor included in accordance with specification defined in tender Document.

Supply of Automatic Weather Station (AWS) system with all necessary equipment and peripherals etc., The system shall be complete in all respects in accordance with specification defined in tender Document

Supply of Outdoor 4G solar Camera, 4 MP, IR 10 or more, HD image built in mic/speaker, two-way audio and accessories with Suitable enclosure to be mounted near Radar Sensor for data validation and also near Siren & Gauge meter (2 Nos at Meenus and 3 No at Patel, Tuniya and Killor respectively with SIM based GPRS/GSM each) make Hi-xecure or equivalent.

Supply of Omni directional Siren system with 15 M high mast Galvanized MS pole, all necessary equipment and peripherals etc. as per requirement. The system shall be complete in all respects in accordance with the bid document.

Supply of Items/Equipment/Material for Automation of existing Siren installed at Dam as per requirement. The system shall be complete in all respects in accordance with the bid document

Supply of Items/Equipment/Material for Command & Control Centre (C&CC) with Data Supervisory & acquisition system at Ichari Dam , its integration with sensors, sirens and monitoring stations completes in all respect (hardware +software) as per requirement defined in tender document. The system shall be complete in all respects including computer, controller etc. in accordance with the bid document.

70” diagonal rear projection Video Wall with controller/wall management software if any, and Mounting stands including its installation as per specification

PTZ IP Camera, 2.0 MP HDD, 1/ 1.2” or larger, Optical zoom 36x or better, IP66, IR 100 M or more, Heater at Ichari Dam 50 M CAT-6 cable make: Hikvision, CP Plus, Honeywell or equivalent

Service Portion

Installation, testing & Commissioning of Discharge Monitoring Station, Camera near Radar Sensor for data validation, non-Contact type Level measurement system, Automatic Weather Station (AWS) system and Omni directional Siren system including cost of Civil Works as per specification defined in tender document. This also includes the cost of communication for GSM/GPRS telemetry for Two-year comprehensive Warranty.

Integration of, Level sensor at reservoir of Ichari Dam, AWS/rain gauge at Ichari Dam including all required items/material/equipment to make the system complete in all respects in accordance with the bid document.

Automation of existing Sirens installed at downstream of Dam as per requirement. The system shall be complete in all respects in accordance with the bid document. This also includes the cost of communication for GSM/GPRS telemetry for Two-year comprehensive Warranty.

Installation testing & Commissioning of highly availability redundant PLC based Command & Control Centre (C&CC) with Data Supervisory & acquisition system at Ichari Dam complete in all respect (hardware +software) as per requirement defined in tender document. The system shall be complete in all respects in accordance with the bid document. This also includes the cost of Communication for leased line with Static IP pool at Ichari Dam for data transmission for two years comprehensive Warranty.

Remote monitoring web application as per requirement and specification defined in tender document.

Application Programming Interface for data transfer at state disaster management authority, Dehradun and others etc., as per requirement and specification defined in tender document.

Installation of 1 Nos PTZ IP Camera, 2.0 MP HDD, 1/ 1.2” or larger, Optical zoom 36x or better at Ichari dam and 5 Nos solar based camera at Meenus, Patel, Tuniya and Killor site complete with all respect. (No tower required for installation) amendments.

03 Years Onsite Comprehensive Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC) as per scope defined: All the items supplied shall be covered against manufacturing defects for 03 years under on-site Comprehensive AMC to ensure smooth and sustainable operation of the entire system. This also includes the cost of Communication for GSM & GPRS telemetry for data transmission supplied in contract. (payment of AMC will be on yearly basis)
