M&L rendering 15mm thick cement plaster 1:4 on fair faces of brick work on walls or concrete surfaces finished even & smooth (without using extra cement) complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for dark shade vitrified ceramic tiles 8-10 mm thick (square/ rectangular) polished, area of each tiles not exceeding 0.36 sqm, in floors etc., set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match laid over 15mm thick cement mortor (1:6) screed bed complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for non skid ceramic tiles 7 to 8mm thick (square/rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.11 Sqm but not exceeding 0.18 Sqm in floors etc., set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match including 15mm thick screed bed or bedding layer for laying tiles in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for coloured glazed ceramic tiles 300 X 450 X 7-8 mm thick in dado set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match fixed over including rendering in CM 1:4, 10mm thick complete all as specified and directed.

Removing demolised unuseable building material to a distance of 5 KM and depositing the same outside of Dockyard permises where directed including un loading and stacking at destination as per GVMC guidline complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of textile covering over roof, including removal of waste material to a distance of 5KM away from Dockyard premises complete all as specified and directed.

M&L 25mm thick cement concrete type B-0, 1:2:4 (12.5 mm graded aggregate as flooring complete all as spd and directed.

M&L for 10mm thick screed in cement mortar 1:4 with water proofing compound as per manufacture instructions by weight of cement and finish the surface even and smooth with out using extra cement complete all as specified and directed. (Note : Supply of WPC shall be measured and paid separately)

M&L for applying evenly a tack coat of industrial bitumen 85/25 at the rate of 1.20 kg per Sqm including cleaning of surfaces (one coat below and one over the membrane) all as specified and directed. [Note - Each coat shall be measured and paid separately].

M&L for APP based polymeric membrane minimum weighing 3kg/sqm and minimum 3mm thick reinforced with polyster non woven fabric (wt. not less than 150 gms/sqm) shall be laid over entire roof surface and on vertical surface up to grooves with other laps of 100mm. The over lap shall be sealed by flames complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for applying one coat of bituminous aluminium paint @ 0.10 Kg/Sqm complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only integral water proofing compound.

M&L for 75mm thick in cement concrete type C2, 1:3:6 (Using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in plinth protection finished even and smooth with out using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

The size of rail and stile as per IS:1003 (Part I) Kiln seasoned and chemically pressure treated complete all as specified and directed.

S&F solid PVC door frame of size 50 mm x 47 mm made out of 5 mm wood grain printed PVC sheet (edges shall be painted to match with printed sheet), reinforced with MS square tube, supporting and fixing in opening as per specification and drawing complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair Aluminium body door closer hydraulically regulated, designation No. 3 universal type, suitable for door shutters of weight between 61 to 80 Kg complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling wall and ceiling boards (fibre, pulp, insulation, etc.,) or insulation boards/slabs/ blankets, any thickness, including cover fillets complete all as specified and directed.

Material & labour for chipping (20mm to 50mm) of existing damaged, crakced, spalled & loose portion of concrete of the RCC members completely till the reinforcement is exposed and sound concrete is observed by using mechanical means and manual chisels and further the surface is cleaned with water jet, again clean the surface with blower to remove all loose fine particles present in the surfaces and for removal of dust and loose particles complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Preparation of surfaces of steel of reinforcement by cleaning thruoghly and proving, mixing and aplying zinc anti-rust agent as per manufacturers method of application to rebar corrosion protection system to reinforcement (Sika / Fosroc/BASF/ Dr sunanda) @3.75Kg/Sqm surface of steel reinforcement in two coats complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for application of bonding coat on the prepared old concrete surfaces of the RCC Memebers of the buildings with two component epoxy based bonding agent Nitobond SBR standard of Fosroc make for the surfaces of the concrete to be rehalitated by Rendroc SP40(upto 40mm thick), of repair of demolished concrete member complete all as specified and directed.

Material & labour for applying of shrinkage controlled, polymer modified, fibre reinforced cementitious repair mortar Renderoc SP 40 over Fosroc make Nitobond SBR, complete all as specified and as directed.

SCHEDULE 'A' PART-II [ E/M WORKS]

Taking down carefully copper / aluminium point wiring (light, fan, socket or power) complete, with fittings & fixtures such as switches, ceiling roses, pendants, regulators, sockets, light fittings etc. removing materials from the site and making good disturbed surfaces of walls, floors, etc., complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down the unserviceable cable & Labour only for laying / relaying PVC / XLPE cable of size up to 120 Sqmm laid on wall / duct / truss etc., complete with fixing saddles / spacers and testing & commissioning complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for point wirng in non-metallic 20 mm dia FRLS ISI PVC conduit with 1.5 Sqmm size multi stranded fire retardant PVC sheathed FRLS copper conductor cable and PVC insulated fire retardant cable of size 1.5 sqmm as earth continuity conductor including clamps, screws gutter/ plug etc.,with and including wooden terminal board with bakelite sheet complete all as specified and as directed.
