RequiredThe bidder should upload the registration certificate from customs & central excise department (GST cell) as a service provider and possess their registration number and GSTR 3B clearance certificate copy for the month of January-2026 or updated returns. If not applicable, self declaration in proper format.

RequiredThe bidder shall furnish their copy of latest income tax returns filed for the Assessment year 2025-26 with Permanent Account Number (PAN) card.

RequiredThe bid security amount of Rs. 5,900.00/- shall be drawn in favour of Senior Accounts Officer/O&M/Stage-VII/ KTPS/ Paloncha on or after 17.03.2026.

RequiredThe bidder should upload the Self declaration bond as stated in Sl.No. 28(4) of Tender Notice.

RequiredThe bidder shall have the experience of minimum 3 years in similar nature i.e., software connectivity to CPCB & TGPCB for real time monitoring in Government/PSUs/Private sectors as per TGPCB norms and procedures including the annual maintenance of the same. (Experience certificate/ Previous service orders? copies has to be uploaded while bidding).

OptionalAny other documents required as per tender schedule.

RequiredThe bidder shall be recommended by CPCB or TGPCB for software connectivity through modem, API documents etc., along with necessary IoT data loggers for transmission of data, only be eligible to participate in the tender and those shall upload the documentary evidence.

Software connectivity maintenance for one year for CEMS & AAQMS includes CPCB & TGPCB server subscription for one year. The tasks assigned by CPCB/TGPCB are daily/weekly/monthly online/ offline/ delay/ summary data upload status report. This includes the reason for offline and action taken to resolve the issue. Develop mail generation software for the above, SMS notifications to CPCB/ TGPCB & Industry for data exceedence for every 15 minutes & 24 hours, monthly SMS report of data exceedence, status of data uploading to CPCB central server, seasonal shutdown report, adhoc reports requested by CPCB/ TGPCB. Software updations etc., Complete for finished item of work as directed by Engineer-in-charge. (A) For Emission Monitoring Station parameters (SOx, NOx & SPM)

(B) For AAQMS parameters (PM2.5, PM10, NOx and SO2) (Consider 1 Job as 1 Station per month)

Scheduled Engineer Visit for Preventive maintenance which includes boarding, transportation and lodging
