S&F mild steel rolled section Fe-410-W(Gde E-250), quality 'A' as in post, main and cross beams, rafters, purlins connected to common rafters fixed with angle iron clips or other connecting plates complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling floor hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing) removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and directed.

M&L, Non-skid coloured ceramic tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (square/rectangular), area of each tiles exceeding 0.11 sqm but not exceeding 0.18sqm, in floors etc. set & jointed in net cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over and including 15mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6 complete as specified and directed.

Taking down carefully old UNSV submain wiring of any type/any size removing material to store for keeping in safe custody or for taking credits (credit for above items should be made as per condition seperately).
