Excavation in trenches not exc. 1.5 Metre wide and not exc. 1.50 Metre in depth for foundation etc. for laying of pipe line not exc. 10 Sqm on plan and not exc. 1.50 Metre in depth and getting out as in Soft/Loose Soil, complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning, Filling in, including Spreading, Levelling, Watering and Well Ramming in Layers not exc. 25 Cm as in Soft/Loose Soil, complete all as specified and as directed.

Removal of excavated soil to a distance not exc 50 m and depositing where directed at a level not exc 1.5 mtr above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking up / down 80 mm dia bore of water mains and connections/fittings of any type from trenches/ walls / floors (of any location) for replacement / re-use in old / new location/diversion by burning out/removing of lead joint/tyton joint/rubber gasket joint all as specified and directed by the Engr-in-Charge. Note: Necessary earthwork, if any , will be measured and paid separately under relevant items

All socket and flanged upto bore of 200 mm complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Rubber gasket joint in repair for 80 mm bore CI/DI Pipe with Spigot & Socket ends after connection of old and new position complete all as specified and directed.

Taking of existing US CI Sluice valve of any size, any type upto 150mm bore from 80 mm bore complete all as directed.

Supply and fix Cast Iron Sluice valve of 80 mm bore of pressure rating PN-1.0 conforming to IS : 14846 – 2000 specifications comprising of cast iron body with control assembly of flanged both ends, brass spindle with extended iron rod of 25mm dia & 3.00 m long alongwith iron wheel head, bolts, nuts & washers with 3mm thick rubber gaskets including taking out the old unserviceable one complete all as specified and directed.

Cleaning of overhead RCC tank at Pump House No. 05 of capacity 0.75 Lakh Gallon using following stages cleaning process including arrangement of necessary T&P, labour and Chemicals mechanize etc before starting process of cleaning complete all as specified and as directed. Cleaning of PVC overhead tank at ILP Location of capacity 0.11 Lakh Gallon using following stages cleaning process including arrangement of necessary T&P, labour and Chemicals mechanize etc before starting process of cleaning complete all as specified and as directed. (a) Mechanized Dewatering (b) Sludge Removal (c) High Pressure Cleaning (d) Vacuum cleaning (e) Antibacterial spray (f) UV radiation

Opening completely pressure filter & oxidation chamber of capacity upto 15000 GPH and taking out existing filter media (sand, gravells) stainers and nozzles, removing and depositing filter media to a distance not exceeding 50 m including necessary repair/welding to make the pressure filter vessels complete leak proof for improving the strength and finally reassembling the pressure filter including filling of new strainer, gravles & sand in existing position duly cleaned replacing worn out gasket and nut bolts and washers, complete all as specified and as directed. Note- Strainers, gravels shall be measured and paid seperatley under relevant items.

Material and labour for prepration of old painted steel/iron surfaces of pressure filter & oxidation chamber by scrapping and cleaning of External and internal surfaces and applying two coats of black bituminious anti corrosive paint internal surface suitable for drinking water and Navy blue paint on outer surface marking the date of cleaning on the body, complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply only PVC push type/threaded type strainer suitable for filteration plant ,complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply only special coarse sand passing through 3.125 x 1.56 mm mesh suitable for use in filteration plant ,complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply only special coarse sand passing through 1.6 x 3.2 mm mesh suitable for use in filteration plant, complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply only new washed, cleaned, dust free, gravel of grading 25 mm to 20 mm graded filter media suitable for use in filteration plant , complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply only new washed, cleaned, dust free, gravel of grading 20 mm to 12 mm graded filter media suitable for use in filteration plant , complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing in layers mix of manganese dioxide (MnO2) and treated carbofil in lumps of size 20 mm to 15 mm containing 75% of manganese Dioxide and 25% KG carbofil suitable for use in filltration plant , complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing live catalytic media (green Sand) suitable for use in filltration plant, complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing in repair's Butter fly valve PN-1.6 , 150 mm dia use in filltration plant, complete all as specified and as directed.

Testing of Water Samples for Chemical analysis as mentioned below from Pump Houses viz PH No - 05 & PH no. 07 complete all as specified and as directed. Following tests perimeters are:- Ph Level, Chloride (CL), Total Harness as Ca CO₃, Iron as (Fe), Arsenic (AS), Total dissolved solids , Bacteria, Colour, Odour, Turbidity, Floride, Nitrate, E- Coliform, Manganese, Sulfide, Calcium, Cyanide, Lead, Zinc, TSS. Note for above Item (a) Sample of Water for the above media test are to collected in transparent container/Jar/bottle separately for each test against each pump houses. (Hygienically clean bottles). (b) Sample of water to be collected shall be forwarded to any NABL certified authorized Lab. Notes: (i) Testing of Raw water and Treated water in Each PH considered as One Job. (ii) Testing of Water for Raw Water & Filtererd Water for total 02 Pump Houses in three month Basis.

S&F Pressure gauge for blower as per existing fter taking out old unserviceable one, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for re-winding of 22.5/25 HP Submersible motor after lifting up of submersible pump set including column pipe from bore well, disconnecting motor from pump, taking out burnt winding wire of field coil and re-winding of field coil with suitable size of super enameled copper winding wire with necessary insulation materials including complete overhauling and re-fixing motor, pump on frame with new nuts bolts etc and necessary connection to the terminal complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in Charge.

M&L for re-winding of 15 HP Submersible motor after lifting up of submersible pump set including column pipe from bore well, disconnecting motor from pump, taking out burnt winding wire of field coil and re-winding of field coil with suitable size of super enameled copper winding wire with necessary insulation materials including complete overhauling and re-fixing motor, pump on frame with new nuts bolts etc and necessary connection to the terminal complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in Charge.

M&L for re-winding of 15 HP induction motor disconnecting motor from pump, taking out burnt winding wire of field coil and re-winding of field coil with suitable size of super enameled copper winding wire with necessary insulation materials including complete overhauling and re-fixing motor, pump on frame with new nuts bolts etc and necessary connection to the terminal complete all as directed.

M&L for re-winding of 3 to 5 HP induction motor after disconnecting motor from pump, taking out burnt winding wire of field coil and re-winding of field coil with suitable size of super enameled copper winding wire with necessary insulation materials including complete overhauling and re-fixing motor, pump on frame with new nuts bolts etc and necessary connection to the terminal complete all as directed.

M&L for dismantling centrifugal pump of capacity 3 to 5 HP from motor and inlet outlet GI pipes and taking out for workshop for repair of impeller,casing water seal, shaft etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in Charge.

Supply and fix cast iron foot valve 100 mm dia screwed type ISI marked, as per IS, including necessary rubber gasket, nut bolt,and taking out the unserviceable foot valve complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in Charge.

M&L for re-winding of 5/7.5 HP induction motor after disconnecting motor from pump, taking out burnt winding wire of field coil and re-winding of field coil with suitable size of super enameled copper winding wire with necessary insulation materials including complete overhauling and re-fixing motor, pump on frame with new nuts bolts etc and necessary connection to the terminal complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in Charge..

Supply Chlorine test kit with complete accessories all as specified and as directed.

Supply OT solution 500 ml botle testing of Chlorine in water complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply Analog Insulation Tester (Hand Driven generator type) Metal Body, 5000 Volts, Resistance range 0-5000 Mega Ohms with carrying case and 02 Nos High Voltage Copper Lead complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in Charge..

Supply digital clamp meter with all stranderd measuring parameterscomplete all as specified and directed by Engr-in Charge.

S&F in repair fully automatic star delta starter 30 HP in sheet steel encloser type MN with single phase protection feature AC 3 Phase 415 Volt 50 Hz complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in Charge. Note 1:-The contract sum shall be arrived at after deducting amount of schedule of credit from the total quoted amount. Note 2-Contractor's supervisor and main worker would wear shirt/T-shirt of colour sky blue/brown/yellow preferable embossed with contractor's firm name while carrying out any activities in defence area for better check of security purpose. Note 3:-The tenderer (all eligible contractors) shall ascertain the taxes & levies as on date. The subject tender caters all the taxes & levies as on date including the latest notification of GST issued as on date ( issued by Central Board of Indirect Taxes and Customs)
