Supplying of Catering Services to University of Mysore, Mysuru for the period of 01 year

The Bidder offering services should have at least 3 years experience in providing such services to reputed organizations/govt/central govt and Universities, Names and Address of the Organizations to whom services have been provided for the past three years shall be furnished.

The qualify for award of the tender, the bidder should have Executed at least one similar service of not less than 80% of the tender amount during last five financial years i.e., 2020-21 to 2024-25 to any of the govt organizations.

Experience certificates for preceding three years in Sec-v and proforma-A must be compulsorily uploaded.

Bidder shall be a company, firm, individual proprietorship, non-governmental organization who are registered under law in force under any Government competent authority.

Bidder should have GST clearance and Professional tax Clearance Licence. Certificate issued by the commercial tax department as on 31/03/2025

Valid Certificate of Registration under the Labour Act with the Department of Labour, Government of Karnataka (Form-C).

Valid License issued by Food & Safety Standards Authority of India under FSSAI Act 2006 (Form-C)

Valid Goods and Service Tax Registration Certificate

GST returns (3B) filed details for the year 2024-25.

Valid Labour License issued by Department of Labour (Form-VI).

PAN Number of the Firm

The Bidder should have minimum turnover of not less than 200% of the tender amount in any two financial years during last five financial years i.e., 2020-21 to 2024-25. And bidder should upload the consolidated Annual Turnover which should be attested by Chartered Accountant and copies of the audited balance sheets.

Income Tax Returns for last three financial years (2022-23, 2023-24 and 2024-25).

The bidder should submit solvency certificate of value not less than Rs.11.00 lakhs issued from any of the nationalized or scheduled or commercial bank.

Bidders shall not be under a declaration of ineligibility for corrupt and fraudulent practices issued by Government of Karnataka. The agencies participating in the tender must not be black listed by any Department/Organization. A self-declaration in this regard must be compulsorily submitted in Rs.100/- Stamp paper duly attested by a notary on the date of applying for the tender. If any of the participating bidders are found to be black listed then such tender bids will be rejected.

The bidder must provide a Local Address in their own name or company name for providing catering services. Bidder should provide a declaration in this regard.
