   Bulk purchase will be made only from OEMs M/s Faiveley Transport Rail Technologies India Private Limited/ HOSUR (OR) M/s ESCORTS LIMITED - FARIDABAD (OR) their authorized representative with Tender Specific Authorization. Authorized dealers shall attach Tender Specific Authorization along with the offer, failing which the offer shall be summarily rejected.
