Provision of warning alarm of failure of track feed charger at balance station in DDU Divn. & Provision of 9 New IPS of RDSO specification 2012 in place of old ones with RDSO specification 2004, and additional SPDs for some extra circuit at different stations of DDU Division

Supply of PVC wire coil of size 100 mtr. of colors as per instruction of site enginer. Specn. No. IRS-S-76/89 Amdt-3 material to be procured from RDSO approved firm only with performance guarantee. PVC Coil (16/ 0.2mm). Insp: RDSO.

"Transportation of HDD machine with accessories including handling of stores material, preparation of site and boring of 110mm dia or above to suit site requirement and placing HDPE pipe of size 63 to 40mm in single / double / triple etc required for crossing/ laying of Railway S&T cables in a combination of quad & signalling cables etc as per required comprising upto 72 cores in any HDD section on land / bridges / culverts / track |/ pucca road crossing and blowing / pulling of Quad / S&T cables within HDPE pipe. Boring of trench shall be minimum 3 meter or more below the river bed, 01 Mtr below or more the track and 1.5 meter below or more other lands including road /pucca road crossing area. This includes supply of permanently lubricated HDPE pipe of size 63 to 40 2 mm dia & its accessories suitable for HDT as per Spec. No. RDSO/SPN/TC/ 45/2013 with latest amendment & cost of the fuel and all other items which will be required for laying of cable through it. Inspection : RITES for HDPE pipe (For inspection charges cost of all sort of HDPE pipe is| Rs. 195/- per Mtr.) NOTE: The number of HDPE pipes (of any dia as mentioned above) to be pulled in any HDD section will depend upon the nos. of S&T cables to be pulled through that HDD section as per site requirement. At a particular site, the second /additional HDD is to be done only after completing the pulling of 72 cores of cable through 1st HDD other wise the second/ additional HDD will not be counted as a new / additional HDD for the purpose of billing. Only cables to be supplied by Railway. Printed Cable sketch plan showing dirversion & depth to be submitted by firm just after every boring & to be submitted while billing. "

Digging of trench 1.0 mtr. Deep and 0.3 mtr. Wide in all kind of soil duly clearing of roots and plants, bushes etc. The trench should be straight and parallel to track. If the depth of trench is not uniform in a span of 100 mtr. or shorter lengths and site condition demands along the cable run, minimum depth will be taken for that particular stretch for payment. Meggaring of cable before and after its laying of all types of out door cables to be done.

Back filling of trench by shifted earth and ramming of the earth up to original ground level after the work alongwith provision of split DWC wherever required (Split DWC to be provided by Rly.)

"Horizontal direction drilling/boring without damage of surface road using Auger Machine. The bore shall be 150 mm dia & shall be done at the depth of minimum 1200 mm from the ground level. The ground level shall be considered ignoring the bank height of the bank of the road. 5 The length of the bore shall be minimum 4 Mtrs long. this include insertion of different dia DWC pipe/ GI pipes coupling etc. as per direction of Engineer In charge. Note:- Pipe will be supplied by railway. Contactor shall provide all material required for boring and adequate nos. of labours for proper laying of cables into the bore. Cable shall be laid cautiously so that it should not get damage due to rough handling & pressure on cable"

Unwinding of cable using jack & tindle, pullys for laying of signal Cable in normal cable trench & pipe without any physical damage & twist upto & inside the location box/cabin.

Concreting on Railway cables/S&T gears in ratio of 1:2:4 using cement of good 7 quality, sand, stone chips of size 12 mm to be used for concreting purpose along with related massonary work. All materials required for execution of the work will be supplied by the firm as per site engineer. This includes water curing of concreted portion for minimum 3 days. Associated work of digging etc. to be done by contractor.

Supply of split DWC pipe with the socket/coupler and T-Joint whereever required, Size of outer dia 200 mm/inner dia 175mm. Inspection-Consignee.

Installation of Split DWC pipe

Supply installation and commissioning of Track Feed charger monitoring Panel. Inspection consignee.

Wiring, Connection & termination up to data logger including logic modification as required for alarm generation.

Supply of Remote sensor unit for audio alarm and acknowledgement. Inspection: RDSO.

Modular disconnecting type terminal block (2way) with intermediate plate to suite RDSO Spec.RDSO/SPN/189/2004 (Wago or Phonixe or better). Inspection: RDSO.

Supply of screwless end stop. Inspection consignee.

Supply of steel carrier rail. Inspection consignee. Above/

Supply of Class C SPD for PointMachine Circuit (Each Set Consistof 3 No's 120 ST SPD). Inspection: Consignee.

Supply of Class C SPD for Inverter Common Output Circuit (Each Set Consist of 3 No's 320 ST SPD). Inspection :Consignee.

Supply of Class C SPD for Axle Counter Circuit (Each Set Consist of 3 No's 60 ST SPD). Inspection: Consignee.

Supply of Class C SPD for Relay External Circuit (Each Set Consist of 3 No's 60 ST SPD). Inspection: Consignee.

Supply and Installation of basic material to construct unit maintenance free earth as per RDSO Spc.No.RDSO/SPN/ 197/ 2008 or latest, consisting the following (Inspection: Supply Portion- RITES) (i) Copper bonded steel electrodes of 3.0 meter long & 17.0 mm dia with Cu-bondign thickness of min. 250 microns and UL listed and marked =1 no.(ii) Earth enhancement material supplied in sealed bags of min. 10 Kgs =3 nos. (iii) Custrip 150x25x6 mm to terminate earth rod=1 no.(iv) Cu-strip 300x25x6 mm (MEEB) =1 no.(v) Cu-strip 150x25x6 mm (SEEB) =1 no.(vi) digging the earth to the required depth(vii) Insertion of electrode(viii) Filling of earth enhancing compound (30 Kg) provision of exothermic weld connection on copper tape/bus bar of 25 mm x 6mm x 150 mm to the earth electrodes all the materials, tools and features required for the weld to be arranged by the 5 contractor-1 no. (ix) Trenching, laying & provision of exothermic weld connecting, one to connect copper tape/35 sq mm multi strand single core PVC insulated copper cableto the copper strip/tape/ busbar welded to the earth electrode and another to the copper tape to be fixed inside the equipment/relay rack/apparatus room as per RDSO's Spec (fixtures for mounting the copper tape inside the relay room, weld materials, tool features and all other materials required for the weld shall be arranged by the (x) Exothermic weld connection, fixing of Custrips and routing the cables to bus bar in equipment/relay room (all other materials requird for the work shall be borne by the contractor. (xi) Construction of concrete inspection chamber as per RDSO spec.(xii) Any other material said required as per RDSO spec.NOTE:(i) Above includes interconnection of the earthing installed with the already existing earthing electrode, if any, as per site requirement and as per instruction of site incharge. (2) Any other material required as per RDSO spec. (3) All materials required for compelete installation of maintenance free earth, to be supplied by the contractor.
