Dismantling of V.T pumping unit no.03 by way of disconnecting all leads from motor, uncoupling of motor from the pump, lowering down motor to a safer place, then dismantling bearing housing from pump carefully by way of opening nuts & bolts & shifted it to a working place.

Extracting of old damaged thrust & ball bearing from bearing housing with the help of puller, skilled labour & other tools & tackles.

•

Providing and fitting of thrust bearing 29324 of SKF make at site with the help of tools & tackles.

•

Providing and fitting of ball bearing 6026 of reputed make at site with the help of tools & tackles.

•

Fabrication, providing & fitting of copper cooling ring as per sample with adopter & other allied accessories.

•

Assembling of bearing housing, coupling, motor, connecting leads & tested on full load.
