REPAIR TO ROOFING ASSEMBLIES INCLUDING WATER PROOFING TREATMENT, ROOF SHEETING, CHAJJAS, AND FALSE CEILING INSTALLATIONS IN OTM ACCN (SOUTH ZONE) AT INS DRONACHARYA UNDER GE FORT KOCHI

Dismantling of plain or corrugated steel sheet any gauge, thickness, including Nainital or similar pattern roof covering complete at any height all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix 0.50mm thick Pre- painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet of approved colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa and AZ 150 as in roof covering/ cladding to wall, fixed with self-tapping screws complete all as specified and as directed.

Ditto all as per item No-2 above but plain sheet as in ridge, valley gutter and crumpler section cover complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix 0.50mm thick Pre- painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet of approved colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa and AZ 150 as in roof covering/ cladding to wall, fixed with self-tapping screws complete all as specified and as directed. Note: Work shall be executed above 8 storey up to 12 storey roof height.

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work (Truss, rafter purlins gates doors etc.) of any description not otherwise provided for complete all as specified and as directed

Supply and fixing mild steel sections as in trusses, rafter, purlins, framed doors, rails and fastenings and heavy bracket framing (Beam, Tee, Angle, tubular sections, flat Iron, MS sheet etc.) with distance pieces, cleats, necessary cutting drilling holes, welding etc. Fe 410-W (Gde E- 250) quality A complete, all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing MS Plates (plain or chequered) channels, cut to required shape curved, square/ rectangular or circular, welding, drilling holes etc at any position Fe 410-W (Gde E- 250) quality 'A' complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for preparation of new steel surfaces of any description, not otherwise described, over 10cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel anti rust paint over a coat of pink primer complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down existing water proofing treatment of any thickness and any material from the roof/ parapet including cement mortar bedding , PCC tiles, padding concrete if any, up to the RCC slab, removing debris out of the premises and cleaning the roof complete all as specified and as directed.
