Taking down chowkats with shutters (without taking off shutter from the frames) not exceeding 1.50 Sqm each all as specified and directed.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing) removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and directed.

Roughening surfaces of old concrete floor by picking, sweeping, clean and washing down with water to remove, dust etc complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforcement) of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster of any description on brick or stone or concrete surface of wall etc including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of asbestos cement (corrugated, semi-corrugated etc.) sheets in roof coverings complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description etc complete all as directed.

Hacking out old broken glass (any thickness size quality or description) from wooden or steel frame, glazed with putty or fixed with beads etc not exceeding 1 Sqm complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F for pressed steel frames (factory made) for door of size 165mm X 60mm of 1.25mm thick with one or more rebates including necessary fittings lugs, hinges, lock strike plate, etc including filling of concrete (1:3:6) type C-0 (using 12.50 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) back of chowkhats and including one coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer at factory complete all as specified and directed.

S&F for pressed steel frames (factory made) for door of size 105mm X 60mm of 1.25mm thick with one or more rebates including necessary fittings lugs, hinges, lock strike plate, etc including filling of concrete (1:3:6) type C-0 (using 12.50 mm graded aggregate) back of chowkhats and including one coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer at factory complete all as specified and directed.

S&F for 35mm thick (factory made) plain, second class hard wood, framed, panelled shutters (three panels) with lock rails and panel of 12 mm veneered particle board with commercial veneering on both faces (BWR type), the size of rail and stile as per IS-1003 (Part-I) (larger size to be provided) klin seasoned and chemically pressure treated fitted to chowkats complete all as specified and directed.

S&F for 35mm thick second class hard wood glazed/ gauge & skeleton shutters (factory made), open rebated & prepared to receive glass, gauge etc. (without sash bars) edges of framing plain, chamfered or rounded, fitted with cut & mitered beads for securing glass etc. sizes of members of shutters as specified in SSR part-I, section-8, clause 8.24 (a) (larger size to be provided) complete all as specified and directed.

S&F for steel windows with side hung (factory made) shutters (gauged) including box type hinges with steel handle, frame, steel peg stay, complete without glazing bars, dovetailed or welded to receive wire mesh including one coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer at factory complete all as specified and directed.

S&F for stainless steel wire cloth, 0.36 mm nominal dia of wire & average width of aperture 1.40mm & fixed with stainless steel wire staple complete all as specified and directed.

S&F for 250 mm aluminum alloy, anodised , sliding door bolt with hasp and staple (bolt type ) and fixing clips of sheet, cast or extruded sections and fixing bolts and sliding bolts of extruded section or cast aluminum alloy and fixed complete all as specified and directed.

S&F for 150 mm long aluminium anodised extruded alloy handle fabricated type complete all as specified and directed.

S&F for 150 mm long aluminium, anodised, barrel tower bolts of extruded section and fixed complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for non skid (joint free) ceramic coloured (colour & shade as approved by GE) tiles of 7 to 8 mm thick (square/rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.11 sqm but not exceeding 0.18 sqm, in floors etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in colour cement to match over and including 15mm thick Screed bed or beading layer of cement mortar (1:6) for laying floor finishes complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for non skid (joint free) ceramic coloured (colour & shade as approved by GE) tiles of 7 to 8 mm thick (square/rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.11 sqm but not exceeding 0.18 sqm, in skirting/dado/riser of step etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in colour cement to match over and including 10mm thick Screed bed or beading layer of cement mortar (1:4) for laying floor finishes complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 75 mm thick PCC (1:3:6) type C2 (using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in plinth protection/ hard standing etc including finishing the cement concrete surface even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC (1:3:6) type C2 (using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in surface channel and drains etc including fair finished to drain channel complete all as specified and directed.

M&L extra for forming fair finished drain or channel 30 cm inner girth in cement concrete, using extra cement, including forms, moulds, mitred/ stopped ends etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick in cement mortar (1:6) on brick work or concrete surfaces, finished even and fair without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 20 mm thick, 1st coat 10mm thick in cement mortar (1:6) & 2nd coat 10mm thick in cement mortar (1:4) with water proofing compound @ 2% by weight of cement, plastered surface shall be finished even and smooth with using extra cement complete all as specified and directed. (Note : WPC shall be measured and paid separately, WPC shall be used in second coat only)

Supply only integral water proofing compound, ISI marked complete all as specified and directed.

S&F for 3.0mm thick sheet glass ordinary quality and glazing with oil putty or fixed with bead/glazing pins in squares not exceeding 0.50 sqm each pane complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of pink primer after preparation of new wooden surfaces of any description over 10 cm girth or width complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint after preparation of old painted wooden surfaces of any description, not otherwise described, over 10cm in width or girth complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparing surfaces of wood and wood based materials, new or old, of any description and girth, not otherwise described and treated with two coats of creosote oil complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for mild steel framed work such as grills, gratings, etc. with ends of bars shouldered and/or forged into spikes; framed guard bars; barred iron doors; ladders, railings, framed brackets, walk ways, frame work of water tank and similar work conforming to Fe-290-0 Gde-E-165 complete all as specified and directed.

S&F for pre-painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet of 0.50mm thick of any colour as approved by GE having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified and directed.
