Excavation in trenches, getting out in hard/dense soil not exceeding 1.5m deep and not exc 1.5m wide for taking out the existing cable .GI pipes etc. any size at places complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Removing of surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 mtr complete all as specified and deposited where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Returning filing in including spreading levelling, watering & well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 Cm thick complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Material & Labour for sand cushioning 15 cm below and 8 cm above the U/G cable laid (total depth of send shall be 23 cm) complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M & L for providing PCC cable cover class LV type-I of size 250x150x40 mm laid in perpendicular to the cable abutting each other at site complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Taking up/down steel tubing/CI/Cement and connection from trenches including connected fittings/ accessories complete dia size of 80 mm bore for re-use of serviceable pipes and removing the U/S pipes from site to safe custody complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Material and labour for brick masonry valve pit nominal size 60 cm x 60 cm x 60 cm with one brick thick wall using precast cement block of size 20cmx10cmx10cm brick in cement mortar 1:6 over 20 cm thick PCC plate form with 15 cm off set on every side of 1:3:6 type C-1 including plastering of internal surfaces and exposed surfaces with 15 mm thick plastering in cement mortar 1:4 and 50- mm thick RCC cover (in two equal parts 1:2:4) type B-1 with 10 mm dia deformed bars at 10 cm interval on both side including necessary form work with 150 mm dia hole in the center complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing in repair of gun metal gate valve ISI marked with iron wheel screwed down high pressure screwed both ends for iron pipe of size 50 mm bore complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing in replacement of 25 MM 3 layer PP-R Pipes PN 16 UV stablized and antimicrobial fusion welded having thermal stability for hot and cold water supply including all PP-R plan and brass thread polypropylene random fittings fixed to walls,cellings including taking down complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply and fixing in replacement including taking down of submersible flat black PVC cable of size 10 sqmm,3 core copper conductor as per IS 694 complete all as specified and directed by Engr -in-Charge.

Supply and laying in repair of synthatic rubber insulated mats 2.5 mm thick for electrical purpose as per IS 15652. suitable for electrical shock saftey of size 2mx1m, Capacity-three phase 420 Volts complete all as specified and directed by Engr -in-Charge.

Supply and fixing of star -delta Starter for capacity 15 HP centrifugal motor of 415 volts, 50 HZ 3 Phase complete all as specified and directed by Engr -in-Charge.

Disconnecting & taking out existing unserviceable cable of 35/50 sqmm 3.5/4 core complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply and laying XLPE insulated screened PVC bedded galvanised steel strip armoured electric power dable heavy duty 1100 Volt grade with stranded aluminium conductor of size 50 Sq mm 3.5 core complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

All as Per Item No 30.00 above but size of 35 Sq mm 3.5 core complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply and laying in replacement of HDPE (High density Polyethylene) flaxiable pipe size 50MM complete with accessories fix on wall & floor complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply and fixing in replacement of heating element 20 Amp ,250 volts fully automatic auto cut with thermostate and fitting with syntex all accessories and complete plumbing material and insulation complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. .

Repair/Replacement of Earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 60×60cm.× 6mm thick, buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 metres deep below ground level) with top edge of the plate not less'than 1.5 metres below normal ground level, connected to galvanised iron srip 32x6mm by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanised iron or steel all as shown in electrical plate No. 3 connected to earthing test point all as specified or indicated including testing on completion complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Deduct Credit for Demolished/Dismantled material Rs (-) 39,720.00 (Minus) as listed in Schedule 'A' Sec-II (Credit Schedule) Note : Tenderers will not quote against this item being a tentative amount, to be considered to arrive at the 'Contract Sum'.
