Manufacturing and supplying of 1700 mm (internal Diameter) M.S encasing pipe segment of length approx. 1.25 to 2.50 m confirming to IS 800 - 1961 etc., Complete with wall thickness of 22 mm (all labour, materials, tools and plants, M.S Plates, etc.,with epoxy lining as per IS 13260 1993 & outside coating with cement mortar 20mm thick as per IS 1916-1989 and IS 7322-1985 1700mm dia (ID) MS encasing are to be supplied by the tenderer / contractors at his own cost only) and transporting the same from the fabrication yard to auger boring location including loading, unloading etc and stacking the same at nominated location as directed by the Engineer- in-charge
Pushing of 1700 mm inner diameter, 22 mm wall thickness MS pipe below the Running Railway track at the depth of 5.0 m from ground level under traffic condition without infringing and without causing any hindrance to the movement of trains duly providing the barricade where ever necessary by horizontal Augur boring method (adopting Trenchless Technology) strictly adhearing to the standard procedure to avoid the sliding of soil at the front of pipe at normal speed of the Running trains using the power Horizontal Auger Boring Machine only. (The cost includes the welding of pipe segments as it is laid by auger boring with all labour, materials, tools, plants and equipments including mobilisation of equipments and MS pipe from storage point the work spot with all lead, lift etc and consumables stores, fuel, crew, temporary installations anchoring arrangements to install auger boring machine and the temporary access to the work spot for transporting the equipments and pipes etc).

Laying of 1000mm Diameter Pipe of CI B class double flanged pipe of 2.0 m length conforming to IS 8329/2000, with cement mortar lining inside and Zinc coating outside, including labour charges for loading, unloading, stacking at the site etc., complete, aligning, laying, jointing, lowering and inserting the pipe inside 1700mm dia ms pipe at a depth of 5m, etc., complete with necessary CC bedding under Traffic condition without infringing and without causing any hindrance to the movement of trains. The cost is including required capacity crane, machinery’s,timbering tools, and plants, power and consumables, equipment’s labors etc

Supply, conveying CI D/F pipes of 4m and 2 m length as per IS 7181/1986 & IS:1537 etc., complete.

Jointing the D.I Double flanged 1000mm Diameter Pipe and specials with rubber insertion to the required specifications with M.S. bolts and nuts, complete and testing the pipes to the required pressure with water (includung cost of jointing materials) etc., complete.
Testing of M.S./C.I./P.V.C./D.I pipes with hydraulic testing equipment by filling with water(including cost of water @ Rs.73/KL) and testing to recommended pressure in convenient stetches and attending the bursts if any occured during the test, excluding the cost of pipes, including other incidental and operational charges, etc., complete for the 300mm diametre pipes. 1000mm dia CI pipe

Earth work excavation in hard stiff clay, stiff black cotton, hard red earth, shales, muram, gravel stoney earth and earth mixed with small size boulders and hard gravelly soil as per SS 20B with initial lead of 10 mts. and lift of 2 mts.
Supplying and filling Crushed stone sand (M-sand) for foundations and basement including watering consolidating ramming, etc., complete
Cement concrete 1:3:6 using Crushed stone sand (M-sand) and 40mm gauge hard broken stone jelly for plain cement concrete works including laying in layers of not more than 15cm thick including ramming curing, etc., complete

Providing form work with centering for soffits of Reinforced Cement Concrete slabs or plain surfaces including strutting upto 3m high

Providing and laying in position machine batched, machine mixed and machine vibrated design mix cement concrete of M25 grade for reinforced cement concrete structural elements under controlled water cement ratio with plasticiser using 20mm and down graded machine broken granite stone jelly excluding the cost of centering and shuttering and reinforcement but including curing, fixing fan clamps etc. as per standard specification and as directed by the Board officers complete.

Supplying, fabricating and laying in position M.S. or RTS rods for RCC works including cost of reinforcement, binding wire, cutting, bending, cranking and tying in position with binding wire etc. complete.
Plastering with cement mortar 1:3 for 12 mm thick including curing etc. complete.
Granolithic flooring 50 mm thick with cement concrete 1:2:4 using 3 to 10 mm chips and top surface rendered smooth with cement including thread lining 25mm dia G.I.pipe of necessary length for water outlet, curing etc. complete.
Refilling with excavated soils (other than sand) complying with standard specifications for filling in foundation and basement.
Bailing out of sub-soil water (provision for 3 - 4m depth of earthwork excavation)
Disposal of surplus earth
Dismantling of R.C.C walls
