S & F water heater storage type (Geyser) vertical mounted fixed on brick/stone wall including fashners as per site requirement with inner container of capacity 25 ltrs of glass line inner tank to prevent corrossion, Plastic outer Body,auto cut switch with PUF insulation to keep hot water for longer period, electrically operated, AC 230 Volts, BEE 5 star rated, of suitable size complete all as specified.

M&L for point wiring complete with 4 sqmm single core multistranded copper conductor PVC(FRLS) insulated and unsheathed cable in and including PVC casing caping fixed on wall,surface,ceiling etc including 3mm thick, laminated Hylan sheet for mounting switches, socket etc on including mild steel sunken terminal boxes screw with washer for fixing with 4 sqmm single core multistranded copper conductor PVC insulated and unsheathed cable as earth continuity conductor to common earth and earth complete all as specified.

M&L for point wiring of any length using approved colour coding as per IS, with stranded copper conductor 4 Sq.mm (Nominal area), single core, PVC insulated and unsheathed stranded FRLS cable 1100 volts grade, ISI - 694 marked, in PVC rigid conduits heavy duty ISI marked totally concealed in wall/floor/roof including all accessories etc. with mild steel sunken terminal boxes screw with washer for fixing with 4 sqmm single core multistranded copper conductor PVC insulated and unsheathed cable as earth continuity conductor to common earth and earth dolly complete all as specified. Note- (i) Cutting in chases and pointing to wall shall be done by contractor without any cost. (ii) Making good of distrubed surfaces matching with existing finishes will be done by contractor without any extra cost.

S & F switch socket combination 6Amp/16Amp 5 in1 flush type complete all as specified.

Material and labour for GI tubing medium grade15 mm dia with all fittings as concealed pipe pipe work including cutting of existing pipe complete fixed to wall and ceiling all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note: The rate quoted by the contractor shall deemed to be included cutting chases in wall, floor etc and making good.

Material and Labour for Stop valve cast copper alloy, chromium plated, screw down, high pressure with crutch screwed both ends fancy type CP of size 15mm complete all as specified.

Material and labour for Bib taps, chromium plated 15mm size with crutch or butterfly handle, screwed down, screwed for iron pipe or for brass ferrule and fixed complete all as directed by Engineer-in-charge.complete all as specified.

Material and labour for PVC connection 15mm dia of 450 length (for geyser) with brass nuts for cold side complete all as specified.

Material and labour for PVC connection 15mm dia of 600 length (for geyser) with brass nuts for hot side complete all as specified.

S&F in replacement MCB TPN DB 4 way double door with 200 amps rated busbar 415 V, complete all as specified.

S & F in replacement MCB four pole of rated capacity 40/63 amps, 415 volts breaking capacity 10 KA, C-curve complete all as specified.

S & F in replacement MCB double pole of rated capacity 40/63 amps, 240 volts breaking capacity 10 KA, C-curve complete all as specified.

M & L for Sub main wiring complete with two single core 6sqmm,1100 volts grade, PVC insulated, stranded copper conductor FRLS cable with continuous copper earth conductor of 6 sqmm in and including PVC casing caping incl accessories complete all as specified. (Note:- (i) Making good of disturbed surfaces will be done by cable without any extra cost (ii) 3 runs of 6 Sqmm conductor and one run of PVC casing caping shall be measured as one unit length.)

Excavation in trenches not exc 1.5 mtr wide and not exc 1.5 mtr deep and getting out any type of soil all as specified.

Returining, filling in including spreading, levelling watering and well ramming in layer not exce 25 cm, all as specified.

Removing excavated material to a distance not exce 50 mtr and deposited where directed at a level not exceding 1.5 mtr abvoe the starting point all as specified.

M&L for clean, dry tiba sand in trenches/ducts for cushioning to cable complete all as specified.

Supplying and laying PCC cable cover, flat, class LV, type 2 of size 300mm x 180mm x 40mm complete all as specified and directed.

Supply laying and testing cable XLPE insulated, screened, PVC bedded galvanised steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty) 1100 volts grade with standed allumiuium conductor of size 16 sqmm 4 core complete all as specified.

Supply and lay galvanised medium grade including fitting 40 mm dia with all fittings laid in trenches/floor complete all as specified.

Cutting of bituminous/PCC/PQC road for laying of pipe line not exceeding 1.5 m depth/width including making good to disturbed portion to match with the existing road / path with PCC complete all as specified.

Supply and lay galvanised light grade 80 mm dia laid in trenches/floor complete all as specified.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tilling including cement, mortar being (but not backing) removing rubbish off the premises complete all as specified.

M&L glazed ceramic tiles in vertical surface 300x200x7/350x250x7mm/450x350x7mm thick set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or colour cement over and including 10mm thick backing coat in CM 1:3 complete all as specified.
