Dismantling Drainage Duct plates and stacking the material within 50 metres lead.

Dismantling steel work manually/ by mechanical means in built up sections without dismembering and stacking within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing precoated galvanised iron profile sheets (size, shape and pitch of corrugation as approved by Engineer-in-charge) 0.50 mm (+ 0.05 %) total coated thickness with zinc coating 120 grams per sqm as per IS: 277, in 240 mpa steel grade, 5-7 microns epoxy primer on both side of the sheet and polyester top coat 15-18 microns. Sheet should have protective guard film of 25 microns minimum to avoid scratches during transportation and should be supplied in single length upto 12 metre or as desired by Engineerin- charge. The sheet shall be fixed using self drilling /self tapping screws of size (5.5x 55 mm) with EPDM seal, complete upto any pitch in horizontal/ vertical or curved surfaces, excluding the cost of purlins, rafters and trusses and including cutting to size and shape wherever required. Providing and fixing 100 mm dia Chlorinated Polyvinyl Chloride (CPVC) pipes, having thermal stability for hot & cold water supply, including all CPVC plain & brass threaded fittings, including fixing the pipe with clamps at 1.00 m spacing. This includes jointing of pipes & fittings with one step CPVC solvent cement and testing of joints complete as per direction of Engineer in Charge.

Steel work welded in built up sections/ framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer using structural steel etc. as required In stringers, treads, landings etc. of stair cases, including use of chequered plate wherever required, all complete In gratings, frames, guard bar, ladder, railings, brackets, gates and similar works.

Finishing with Epoxy paint (two or more coats) On steel work at all locations prepared and applied as per manufacturer's specifications including appropriate priming coat, preparation of surface, etc. complete.

Providing and fixing double scaffolding system (cup lock type) on the exterior side of building/structure, upto 25 metre height, above ground level, including additional rows of scaffolding in stepped manner as per requirement of site, made with 40mm dia M.S. tube, placed 1.5 metre centre to centre, horizontal & vertical tubes joint with cup & lock system with M.S. Tubes, M.S. tube challis, M.S. clamps and staircase system in the scaffolding for working platform etc. and maintaining it in a serviceable condition for execution of work of cleaning and/ or pointing and/ or applying chemical and removing it thereafter. The scaffolding system shall be stiffened with bracings, runners, connecting with the building etc, wherever required, if feasible, for inspection of work at required locations with essential safety features for the workmen etc., complete as per directions and approval of Engineer-in-charge. Note:- (1) The elevational area of the scaffolding shall be measured for payment purpose.(2) The payment will be made once only for execution of all items for such works.

Removing dry or black anti-corrosive bitumastic paint/ oil bound distemper/ water proofing cement paint enamel paint and the like by scrapping, sand papering and preparing the surface smooth including necessary repairs to scratches etc. complete.

Cementitious Crystalline injection grouting at construction joint etc Providing and Fixing 16 to 20 mm dia GI injection nozzles on construction joint and wherever required as per our judgement, at a distance of 1 mtrs carrying out grouting to the nozzles using cement slurry grout, admixer @ 400 gm per bag of cement to full saturation, using hand operated pressure grout pump etc. complete.

Providing and applying integral crystalline slurry of hydrophilic in nature for waterproofing treatment to the RCC structures like retaining walls of the basement, water tanks, roof slabs, podiums, reservior, sewage & water treatment plant, tunnels / subway and bridge deck etc., prepared by mixing in the ratio of 5 : 2 (5 parts integral crystalline slurry : 2 parts water) for vertical surfaces and 3 : 1 (3 parts integral crystalline slurry : 1 part water) for horizontal surfaces and applying the same from negative (internal) side with the help of synthetic fiber brush. The material shall meet the requirements as specified in ACI-212-3R-2010 i.e by reducing permeability of concrete by more than 90% compared with control concrete as per DIN 1048 and resistant to 16 bar hydrostatic pressure on negative side. The crystalline slurry shall be capable of self-healing of cracks up to a width of 0.50mm. The work shall be carried out all complete as per specification and the direction of the engineerin- charge. The product performance shall carry guarantee for 10 years against any leakage. For vertical surface two coats @0.70 kg per sqm

Providing and applying crystalline mortar by mixing in the ratio of 4.5 : 1 (4.5 parts crystalline mortar : 1 part water) for the treatment of faulty construction joints, cracks, tie rod holes and spalled & honeycombed surface of RCC underground structure like basement, water tanks, bridge deck etc. to ensure water tightness. The crystallie mortar shall conform to the EN 1504-3 having compressive strength Class R4 (?45 MPa) and adhesive bond strength Class R3 (?1.5 MPa). The work shall be carried out all complete as per specification and the direction of the engineer-in-charge. The product performance shall carry guarantee for 10 years against any leakage. For sealing cracks and faulty construction joints, routed out/making U-shape groove size 25x25mm and then primed the area with integral crystalline slurry @0.05kg/running meter and while the surface is tacky filled the groove upto surface with crystalline mortar @1.50kg/running meter. Once crystalline mortar is touch dry then finally applied two coats of integral crystalline slurry @0.05kg/running meter per coat.

Seiling the cracks and joint using single component PU sealent. Coating two coats of single component PU coating including penepox W single coat of primer and two coat of PU material on surface. including Cleaning the Cracks and surface by using wire brush and scaffolding and jhula.

Applying of rapid setting intergel crystalline cementtitious PENEPLUG or equivelent for tratment of seepage/ leakage at Chibro Power House. Including supply of all material, Labour and T&P etc required for proper completion of work.required.

Laying Epoxy mortar/ plaster in a ratio of 1 Kg (Araldite Gy 257) 1/2 Kg (Aradur 840) 6 Kg quartz sand including providing scaffolding arrangement and making platform in three stages or more as per requirement and its dismantling and proper removal from site after completion of work

Removal of old concrete by chieseling through mechanical system including supply of all material ,labour,T&P etc required for proper completion of work.
