Returning filling in including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers n. exec 25 cm in any type soil all as directed by Engineer-n-Charge.

Supply and fixing in replacement of 80mm bore butterfly valve, flanged end, class 1.0 PN with handle/lever including all fixing arrangement including spacener complete ISI marked, stainless steel rust and corrosion free all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for Detachable joint of size 80mm bore and testing on pressure incl cutting existing pipe any type at leakages and providing required material all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F PVC float valves high pressure with polythene float and fly nut complete, screwed for iron pipe and fixed of size 25 mm dia all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for run lead joint for CI pipe 100mm dia.

M & L for cutting and screwing existing GI tubing for addition / alteration(Each cut measured) of size 25 mm bore in existing position without taking up or down all as directed at site.

Supply & replacement of Clamp connector of size 150mm dia / 50 mm dia, made out of MS sheet, duly welded with suitable size socket and accessories including two coat of synthetic enamel painting, gasket, nuts, bolts, washers complete all as directed.

Dismantling the defective squrrel cage induction motor from bed,disconnecting control wirings and earth wiring,dismanlting the couplings,transporting from pump houses to civil work shop for following replacement/ repairs works, removing of bearings, replacing the unserviceable worn out bearing with new bearings suitable for driven end and non-driven end including cleaning the winding, improve the insulation to required IR value,inspecting the core of stator,rotor,dynamic balancing & balance tesing of rotor,inspecting of cooling fan etc,replacing worn/rested nut, bolt,washer and re-assembling the motor,transporting to civil work shop to pump house, connecting with necessary electrical connections,fixing & aligning motor with pump including testing and commissioning of 100 HP Capacity complete all as specified and directed. Note : The cost of the items replaced will be paid separately under respective items Srl No 32 to 37.

Rewinding complete with appropriate guage of supper enamelled copper wire as per existing guage and turns with insulating materials of best quality including varnishing (insulation) ovening and all as directed.

Replacement of existing u/s ball bearing of suitable size - 02 Nos.

M&L for replacement of existing u/s pump coupling MS with rubber inserssion bronze bush with nuts and bolts complete alongwith making required allingement for smooth running (without vibration) of pump motor all as specified and directed.

M&L for replacement of existing u/s fan blade all as directed

M&L for replacement of existing u/s fan casing

M&L for replacement of existing u/s connection plate incl copper terminals nuts, washers, cable lugs and connection plate and screws all as directed.

Note : Rates are deemed to include earth work for demolition of concrete and removal of bolts.

M&L for replacement of existing u/s coupling guard of Pump motor made out of MS iron fabricating structure, nut, bolts, washers etc.all as directed at site.

Supply and replacement of Air release valve,20mm size complete all as directed
