Excavation in foundation trenches etc. in all kinds of soil in all leads and lifts such as pick work, jumper work in saturated/un saturated soil including bailing out water, blasting work in hard/ soft rock or chieselling in hard/soft rock where blasting in prohibited in all leads and lifts stacking the excavated earth more than 3mtr. clear from the edge of excavation and then returing the stacked soil in 15cm layers when required into plinth sides of foundation etc. consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering and disposing od all surplus excavated earth as directed with in all leads and lifts and handing over the usable materials available from excavation to department free of cost as per direction of Engineer-in-charge with in all leads and lifts complete in all respect.

Cutting in earth work and disposal of excavated earth in all kinds of soil in pick work, jumper work and blasting work complete in all respect as per the direction and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge in all leads and lifts.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:3:6 (1 cement:3 sand:6 graded stone aggregate 40mm nominal size) and curing complete excluding cost of form work in foundation and plinth.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:1.5:3 (1cement:1.5 sand : 3graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size)and curing complete excluding cost of form work and re-inforcement for reinforced concrete work in:

Foundations, footings, basis of columns & the like and mass concrete.

wall (any thickness but not less than 0.1 m thickness) attached pillasters, buttresses, plinth and string courses, etc. from top of foundation level upto floor two level.

Suspended floor, Dome roofs, landings shelves and their supports balconies, beams, girders ,bressumers and cantilevers etc in all leads and lifts of any shape.

Placing & laying of mild/tor steel reinforcement for RCC work including bending binding and placing in position complete upto floor level with in all leads and lifts complete in all respect.

Providing form work with steel plates 3.15 mm thick welded with angle iron in frame 30x30x5 mm so as to give a fair finish including centering,shuttering,strutting and propping etc. with wooden battons and ballies,height of propping and centering below supporting floor to ceiling not exceeding 4.00 mtr and removal of the samefor in situreinforced and plain concrete work in :-

Vertical surface such as walls(any thickness) partitions and the like including attached pillasters, butteresses, plinth and string courses and the like.

Flat surfaces such as soffits of suspended floors,roofs,landing and the like floor etc. up to 200 mm in thickness including all leads and lifts complete in all respect.

Edge of slab including all leads and lifts complete in all respect.

Manufacturing and fixing 1 metre high 100mm dia GMS tube vent pipe plugged at top including drilling minimum 30 hole of 8 mm dia in periphery of pipe for ventilation as per the eitire satisfation of engineer in charge.

Providing and fixing MS man hole cover of size 600x600mm made up of 3.15 mm thick MS sheel fixed in angle iron frame of 50x50x5mm supproted with MS flat of 50x5mm at center of sheet including fising hold fast, hinges and locking arrangment and lock of medium size etc. complete in all respect.

Providing and fixing of C.I. sluice valve of approved make (with hand wheel) as per IS:780-1984 class-I of following dia meter including bars spindle as per 2906-1984 class-II for floowing dia metr complete with nuts, rubber insertion etc. the tail piece if required shall be measred & paid for separately including entire carriage of material with in all leads anf lifts complete in all respects.

Second layer, Coarse sand, 3mm - 6mm

Third layer : Bajri 6mm to 20 mm.

Fourth layer : Bajri 20mm to 25 mm

Bottom layer: Broken stone 50mm to 75mm

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:2:4 (1cement:2 sand:4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size ) and curing complete excluding cost of form work and reinforcement for RCC work in :- Cement concrete drain in CC 1:2:4 under the precast slab, size of drain 0.10x0.125x80mtr.

Providing, laying and placing RCC precast slab size 300mmx400mmx50mm in cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement:2sand:4 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size and curring complete.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:5:10 (1 cement: 5 sand: 10 graded stone aggregate 40mm nominal size with 15% plum and curing complete excluding the cost of form work in retaining wall/ breast wall. The size of plum shall usually be 150mm to 300mm as per HPPWD specification in all respect and as per direction and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge.
