Tenderer or his identified Sub Contractor should possess valid Electrical License for executing building electrificatio works and should have executed similar electrical works totallng Rs. xxxxxx (not less than 50% of electrical works) n any one year

Tenderer or his identified Sub Contractor should possess valid license for executing water supply / sanitary engineering works and should have executed similar works totallng Rs. xxxxxx (not less than 50% of electrical works) n any one year

Total value of civl engineering works executed and payments received in the last five years (year-wise)

Construction equipment owned by the tenderer and equipment proposed to be deployed on this contract, if awarded

Reports on the financial standing of the tenderer, such as profit and loss statements and auditor’s reports for the last five years

Qualification and experience of the key technical and management personnel in permanent employment with the tenderer and those that are proposed to be deployed on this contract, if awarded

Proposals for subcontracting components of works amounting to more than 20% of the contract price (for each, the qualifications and experience of the identified sub-contractor in the relevant fields should be attached)

The intending bidder should have satisfactorily completed as a prime contractor/Joint venture partner, at least one similar work or Routine / Preventive / Breakdown Maintenance/Overhauling Works of XRP-803 /XRP-903/ HP-803 Bowl Mills and their auxiliaries of value not less than Rs. 24.96 Lakhs in any one of the preceding Five financial years (i.e FY 2021-22, 2022-23, 2023-24,2024-25 & 2025-26 ) in any Thermal Power Stations having generating unit of not less than 200 MW. In case of partner of JV participating in the tender, who has executed the works as mentioned above, the work done shall be considered based on the percentage share of the partner as per the JV and the same shall not be less than the value mentioned above.As a proof of this, the bidder should upload a single work order and corresponding Work Done Certificate issued by competent authority.(Work Done in previous years shall be given weight of 10% per year to bring them to the present price level of the financial year).

The intending bidder, in his name should have achieved an average annual financial turnover of Rs. 49.92 Lakhs in at least two years during the last five financial Years. (i.e FY 2021-22, 2022-23, 2023-24,2024-25 & 2025-26 )As a proof of this, the bidder shall upload the certified copy of Profit & Loss Account Statements or Turn over Certificates duly certified by a Chartered Accountant.(Financial turnover of previous years shall be given weight of 10%per year to bring them to the present price level of the financial year 2026-27).
