M&L for taking down of ACs of split type capacity 1.5/ 2.0 TR from the existing site and taking out filter and servicing the complete in all respact and fixing the same in origanal location, and testing complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- Contractor has to provide blower and jet pump for cleaning and washing of AC, A separate PVC bag will also be provided for collection of waste, mechanic will be responsible to clean the site after servicing.

M&L for dismantaling and shifting the existing split Acs of cap 1.5/ 2.0 ton to new location complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- Copper pipe will be measured and paid separately under relevant items.

M&L in repairs for sub main wiring complete in repair with PVC insulated FR cable of single core 4.0 sq mm 660/1100 volts geade with multi stranded copper conductor drawn through steel/ PVC conduit concealed or surface/ ceiling and 4.0 sq mm unsheathed multi stranded copper conductor as earth wire in green colour complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- Two runs of cable and one run of earth wire and conduit shall be measured as one unit length.

M&L for taking out desert cooler of any size and capacity from existing site for repair and dismentaling of all components from evoparative cooler (desert cooler) metal body very care fully i.e. exhaust fan, motor, tulu pump, PVC spare parts i.e distributor, PVC pipe, tee, bend, elbow, holding clamp and any number of nut, bolt, washer, grass paid etc, including praparation of exterior and interior portion on cooler to a smooth finish and applying one coats of bituminious paint and reaasembling the same in existisng position in cooler for smooth running complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- If any worn out items/ parts found during the assembling the same shall be measured and paid separately under the relavent items of schedule.

Make:- Blue Star Note:- (i) The rates quoted by the tenderer includes the cost of complete comprehensive service including replacement of spares as required and visit the site at interval of 90 days to verify functioning of AC units till completion of contract as mentioned in Work Order No. 1. (vii) complaints should be attended and rectified in 24 hr otherwise a penalty of rupees 2000.00 Rs per day will be recoverd from the contractor.

M&L for taking down outdoor unit of split AC of cap 1.5/ 2.0 TR from site, opening the same and segregate serviceable parts if exist, for reuse, and replacement of parts like capillary valve, outdoor sheet, legs, top cover with stand as per existing make at site and fixing the same at site including testing complete as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for taking down of indoor unit of split AC of cap 1.5/ 2.0 TR from the wall, opening the same and segregate serviceable parts if exist, for reuse and replacement of parts like cooling coil, motor, outer body with hanging plate with complete nuts and bolts as per existing make at site and fixing the same at site including testing complete as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L in repairs/ replacement of Digital LCD TDS meter tester water quality 0-1999 ppm PH test set filter purity mode with resolution 1 PPM. Make:- Noctronique model No. CB45154 or equivalent make as approved by GE.

M&L in replacement of pressure booster pump with pressure controller for constant water pressure of capacity 1/ 0.75 HP CM pump is supplied with pressure tank, include pre set leval, pump operate as set level complete including fixing the same with all materials which is required at site, and as directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note:- Mechanic will collect complaint from Eng-in-charge/ JE E/M from any mode, complaints of cooling appliances (AC, Ref, Water Cooler, Deep Freezer) and RO should be attended and rectified within 24 Hr otherwise a penalty of Rs. 2000.00 per day per complaint will be recoverd from the contracter.
