Rates quoted inclusive of clearance of sight (prior to commencement of work and at

One percent labor cess will be deducted from the valued work done as per ' Bulding

3 and other construction work welfare cess act' G.R. No. GHR -

GST and Income tax TDS will be deducted at a source while making payments of

5 GST will be paid extra as per Govt. amendment.
