Tender for Providing 3 Nos Security Guards to Watch & Ward duties at Major Works Stores, Kavoor in Mangaluru Taluk, DK Dist on Contract Basis.

Agency should have at least three years of experience in providing services of Security Guards to KPTCL/ESCOM, Govt. Departments /Govt. Public Sectors. The Bidder should furnish the details of previous experience of this nature of work done, duly supported by copies of documents, and performance certificates issued by the competent authority (not below the rank of EE or equivalent cadre officer) are to be uploaded.

The tenderer should be a reputed Manpower providing agency having valid registration certificate issued by Department of Labour/Directorate of Industries and Commerce, GOK for providing security services. Documentary proof in the form certificate of registration issued by GOK is to be uploaded.

Have enrolled in the Provident Fund Department.

Have enrolled in Employees State Insurance Department

Should have GST registration certificate and PAN Card

Should have Valid Labour license issued by the competent authority for supplying Manpower Supply.

Bidder should submit all technical documents as per tender documents

Agency must have Average annual turnover of Rs.10.30 Lakhs per annum for best three years out of last preceding five financial years (2020-21,2021-22,2022-23,2023-24,2024-25) which shall be certified by a Charted Accountant, audited annual turnover statement for the previous preceding 5 years should be uploaded
