Taking down cement or cement lime plaster wall and ceiling including in patches, any description, on brick or stone walls, etc including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Rendering including in patches, 5 mm thick in cement mortar 1:3 on concrete surfaces,Chajjas in ceiling finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for preparation of new plastered surfaces on ceiling and applying two coats of oil Emulsion distemper over a coat of alkali resistant priming paint all as specified but on ceiling complete all as specified and directed.

M & L Preparation of newly plastered ceiling surfaces and applying three coat of white wash. (above item shall be applied by the brush not by spray gun) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 10 mm thick on fair faces of brick work in CM 1:6 finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 3mm thick (1.5mm thick each in two layer application) wall care putty of old surface of wall incl rubbing down with sand paper to have even and smooth surface complete all as specified and directed.

M & L Preparation of newly plastered wall surfaces and applying two coat of white wash complete (above item shall be applied by the brush not by spray gun) complete all as specified and directed.

M & L Preparation of newly plastered wall surfaces and applying two coats oil bound distemper over a coat of primer complete (above item shall be applied by the brush not by spray gun) complete all as specified and directed.

M & L rendering 15mm thick on fair faces of brick work,concrete or stone masonry surfaces in CM 1:4 with using water proofing compound and finished even & smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Preparing new plastered or unplastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of cement base paint over a coat of primer (above item shall be applied by the brush not by spray gun) complete all as specified and directed.
