Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of specific sizes to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with smooth wheel roller 80-100 kN in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming, stone screening to fill-up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density Grading 3 ( Three) as per Technical Specification Clause 405. by manual means including haulage of materials with in all leads, lifts and carriage of materials and as per the directions of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and laying bituminous macadam for Repair of pot holes with hot mix plant using crushed aggregates of grading as per Table 500.4 ( Five hundred point four) premixed with bituminous binder,3.3% (Three point three%age) of mix weight, transported to site with in all leads and lifts laid over a previously prepared surface with paver finisher to the required grade, level and alignment and rolled to achieve the desired compaction as per Technical Specification Clause 504 (Five hundred four) including all leads lifts and carriage of materials by all mode of transportation as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and applying primer coat with bitumen emulsion (SS-1) on prepared surface of granular base including cleaning of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.70-1.0 kg/sqm (zero decimal seven zero to One Kilograme per square meter) using mechanical means as per Technical Specification Clause 502 ( Five hundred two), including haulage of materials with in all leads, lifts and carriage of materials and as per the directions of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and applying tack coat with Bitumen emulsion (RS-1) using emulsion distributor at the rate of 0.25 to 0.30 kg per sqm (zero decimal two five to zero decimal three zero Kilograme per square meter) on the prepared dry and hungry bituminous surface cleaned with Hydraulic broom as per Technical Specification Clause 503 ( Five hundred three). including haulage of materials with in all leads, lifts and carriage of materials and as per the directions of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and laying 25mm ( twenty five milimeter) bituminous concrete with 100-120 ( one hundred to one hundred twenty) TPH batch type hot mix plant producing an average output of 75 ( seventy five)tonnes per hour using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder @ 5.4 to 5.6 ( five point four to five point six) per cent of mix and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MORTH specification clause No. 509 complete in all respects including haulage of materials with in all leads, lifts and carriage of materials and as per the directions of the Engineer-in-Charge.
