Dismantling/Demolishing of partially Underground CWR of capacity 1800 KL using barricading,scaffolding etc whenever necessary.The contractor will have to deposit pipes and sluice valves etc in RIICO store to store in- charge in good condition before breaking off structure. However the broken cement concrete and reinforcement of demolished structure shall be property of contractor.He has to dispose off these serviceable/un serviceable material away from industrial area or in dumping yard and fill the CWR with sand/earth work available at site.The site shall have to be leveled and cleared after demolishing complete in all respect.The reinforcement taken out after dismantling will also be property of contractor.Rate to be quoted by agency as complete job.Contractor should take all safety measures as per site requirement at the time of dismantling of CWR.The whole safety measures should be on the part of Contractor.Department shall not be liable for this.Work is to be done as per instructions given by Engineer-In-Charge.
