Notice Inviting e-Tender No. 04/EE-SWM/NKDA/2026-27 (Sl. No.- 01)

(a) Bringing down from the truck/motor van/handage vehicle set of Durga idols of different size & type and subsequent immersion into the water body with prior disposition of all flowers, leaves, ghat etc into the waste bin which will be disposed of by the SWM agency. The work will be completed as per direction of the EIC. (minimum qty 458 nos idols or more) (b) Removing of immersed Durga Idols from the water bodies of Bisarjan Ghat and disposal of the same within 10 KM distance with engagement of sufficient number JCB, Dumper, Hydra, suitable supervisor & skilled labour / unskilled labour for carry out the entire activity smoothly for taking out the idols from water body, loading into truck and unloading for disposal by using the machineries as & when required etc all as per direction of Engineer- In-charge. (Rate to be quoted including higher charges of machinery, supervisor, labour, transportation etc. Note: Agency should ensure to disposal of all immersed idols by 11 AM next day and water body remain clean in all respect (minimum qty 458 nos idols) (c) Hire charges of manual boat (15' length) including loading, unloading, carriage at site for four days X 3 nos with tying up the immersed idol for movement from Bisharjan Ghat to the place where it will be removed from the wate body for disposal including all necessary arrangement complete. (Qty 4 days) (d) Providing of green jacket with front sticker facility including backside printing with NKDA letters. (Minimum qty 40 pieces) (e) Providing of identity card for official as per sample duly laminated including necessary printing as directed by the EIC. (Minimum qty 30 pieces) (f) Extra labour for bringing down from the truck / motor van/handage vehicle set of Durga idols of different size & type and subsequent immersion into the water body at midnight to next day morning. (Minimum qty 50 nos.) (i) From 4.00 PM to 12 Night. (ii) From 12 night to 8 AM. (g) Removing of Immersed Laxmi Idols from the water bodies of Bisarjan Ghat and disposal of the same within 10 KM distance with engagement of sufficient number JCB, Dumper, Hydra, suitable supervisor and skilled labou/unskilled labour for carry out the entire activity smoothly for taking out the idols from water body, loading into truck and unloading for disposal by using the machineries as & when required etc all as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. (Rate to be quoted including hire charges of machinery, supervisor, labour, transportation etc. Note: Agency should ensure to disposal of all immersed idols by 11 AM next day and water body remain clean in all respect (minimum qty 370 nos idols or more) (h) Bringing down from the truck/ Motor van/ handage vehicle set of Kali Idols of different size & type and subsequent immersion into the water body with prior deposition of all flowers, leaves, Ghat etc into the waste bin which will be disposed of by the SWM agency. The work will be completed as per direction of the EIC. (Minimum qty 535 nos Idols) (i) Removing of immersed Kali Idols from the water bodies of Bisarjan Ghat and disposal of the same within 10 KM distance with engagement of sufficient number JCB, Dumper, Hydra, suitable supervisor & skilled labour / unskilled labour for carry out the entire activity smoothly for taking out the idols from water body, loading into truck and unloading for disposal by using the machineries as & when required etc all as per direction of Engineer- In-charge. (Rate to be quoted including higher charges of machinery, supervisor, labour, transportation etc. Note: Agency should ensure to disposal of all immersed idols by 11 AM next day and water body remain clean in all respect (minimum qty 535 nos idols or more) (j) Hire charges of manual boat (15' length) including loading, unloading, carriage at site for 3 days X 3 nos with tying up the immersed idol for movement from Bisharjan Ghat to the place where it will be removed from the wate body for disposal including all necessary arrangement complete. (Qty 3 days) (k) Providing of green jacket with front sticker facility including backside printing with NKDA letters. (Minimum qty 30 pieces) (l) Providing of identity card for official as per sample duly laminated including necessary printing as directed by the EIC. (Minimum qty 20 pieces) (m) Supply of Un-Skilled Labour for 10 days for Sweeping and Cleaning of Bisharjan Ghat during Bisharjan Programme (Minimum qty 425 nos. or more)

Hire charges of manual boat (15' length) for spreading the Alum Dozing on waterbody at Bisharjan Ghat for 3 days X 1 Nos. (During Chat Puja)

Suppling of Lime Powder (750 Kg), Alum Dozing (1200 Kg), Potassium Permanganate (10 Packets) by Agency and Spreading the same by 70 nos. of Un-Skilled Labours provided by the Agency for Cleaning of Bisharjan Ghat Water Body

Suppling of Barricading Nylon Net (30 Kg)& Bamboo for Barricading Nylon Net (50 nos.) and Fitting & Fixing the same by 45 nos. of Un-Skilled Labours provided by the Agency, in the Water Body Surround the Bisharjan Ghat for Blocking the Floating Materials

Hire charge of Nylon Net (Moshari) with Manpower for Netting on Water Body for Cleaning of Floating Materials at Bisharjan Ghat through out the Bisharjan Programme

Supply of Narkel Chobra for 10 days for 25 nos. Malsa, 1 bags (10 kg per bag) and 0.5 kg chobra reqd. for each malsa i.e. (0.5 kg x 25 nos. x 10 days) = 125 Kg. i.e. 125/10 = 12.5 bags ~ 13 bags

Supply of Dhuno for 10 days @ (50 gram x 25 nos. Malsa x 10 days) = 12.5 kg
