Dismantling of floor or wall tiles, stone slab of any description or thickness laid ,bedded and pointed in anymorter complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of brick work or stone/ boulder masonry, built in cement mortar including all quoins, pillars etc.complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L brick work with flyash bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius in built in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for providing cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20 mm graded aggregate) in copings/benching and other similar works complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down cement plaster of any description on brick or stone walls or concrete surfaces etc including ranking out joints hacking for key scrubbing down with water etc.complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L rendering 15 mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces, finished even and smooth without using extra cement including mixing with liquid WPC all as per manufacturers instructions complete all as specified and as directed. (Note :- WPC will be measured and paid separately)

M&L rendering 15 mm thick in cement mortar 1:6 on surface other than fair face of brickwork finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L rendering 5 mm thick in cement mortar 1:3 on ceiling of brick or concrete surface, finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L 25 mm thick plain cement concrete 1:2:4, type B-1 (using 20 mm graded aggregate) as in sub base of floor, finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L 15 mm thick screed bed or bedding layer of mortar for laying tiles in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L Vitrified Ceramic tiles 10 mm thick square/ rectangular) polished ultra charged , area of each tiles exceeding 0.36 sqm but not exceeding 0.42 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match all as per specified and directed.

M&L for rounding to edges of Granite 18-20 mm thick stone slabs one edge,such as in steps,cooking platform, and other similar situations complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L granite 18-20 mm thick (of any type) tiles machine cut in flooring/skirting/dado/cladding/ tread and riser of stair case laid over 10mm thick cement mortar 1:3 and jointed with grey cement slurry and pointed with white cement with admixture of pigment to match the shade of granite stone including cutting and polishing complete all as specified and as directed.

Surface excavation in soft/loose soil n exc 30 cm deep and averaging 15 cm deep and getting out complete.

M&L for hard core of gauge n exc 63 mm, deposited, spread and levelled in layers n exc 15cm thick, watered and rammed to a true surface complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 100 mm thick Cement concrete type D-2, 1:4:8 (using 40 mm graded granite stone aggregate) in sub base of flooring/ hard standing complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 15mm thick screed bed or bedding layer in cement mortar 1:4 for laying floor tiles complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparing old surfaces of ceilings by brooming down or by steel wire brushing and applying two coats of white wash complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparing old painted surfaces by washing, rubbing down and stopping of distempered surfaces and applying a coat of Acrylic washable distemper on walls/ceiling surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for applying a layer of wall care putty not exceeding 2mm thick on walls/ ceilings to obtain a smooth surface including surface preparation and making good any undulations on the surfaces complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L applying two coats of exterior emulsion paint over a coat of primer including preparation of old plastered surfaces of walls complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down chowkat or frames with shutters (without taking off shutters from the frame) including area not exc. 1.5 Sqm each upto 8th floor. (Note: Rate shall be Including for necessary Safety Measures where required at site)

Providing and fixing factory made UPVC white colour Sliding window Three track area exceeding 2.00 sqm each made of extruded profiles with wall thickness of 2.3mm (+ -0.2mm). Window profile with hollow section with multi chamber. Frame(88mm x 52mm), sliding sash (42mm x 67mm). Slidingmesh Sash (42mm x 57mm) Sliding interlock (Onevertical length in each shutters) (45.5mm x 28mm), Glazing bead (24.5mm x 16mm) will be miterd cut and fusion welded at all corners, including drilling of holes for fixing hardware and drainage of wateretc., making arrangement for fixing of glass & hardware. EPDM gasket, 1.2+ -0.2mm thick galvanised steel Frame (30mm x 18mm) 2 nos, sliding sash (30mm x18mm), slidingmesh sash (26mm x 10mm) profile to be inserted in required profile, frame will be fixed tothe wall with 8mm x 100mm long fasteners, Hardware [Touch Lock of zinc alloyed (white powder coated), steel roller system. Stainless steel wire cloth 0.36mm nominal dia of wire and average width of aperture 1.40mm and required accessories complete all as specified and as directed. (Note: The unit rate quoted by contractor excludes cost of glass and includes all other connected accessories. Net Opening will be measured for payment purpose.)

S&F 12mm thick toughned glass with etching and frosting as per design for glass partition/door fixed with necessary screws, sealent, stainless steel patch,and all fittings etc complete with all stainless steel hardware used as per site requirement and complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in Charge. Note:- Unit rate to be deemed to include for cost of all materials & labour and no other item shall be measured and paid separately.

M&L for 4.8 mm black tint glass,ordinary quality and glazing with oil putty in square exc 0.5 sq. m in each pane
