PART 1 Supply & Installation of Smart EzyNest Double Unit (2 nos IWC) with waste management modular toilet block with 1000 Ltr Bio digester (Max solid waste usage 25-30 per day). Cubicle of Men western Toilet will be 1200mm±50mm minimum x 1200mm±50mm minimum x 2300mm±50mm minimum and Cubicle of Women Indian Toilet will be 1200mm±50mm minimum x 1200mm±50mm x minimum 2300mm±50mm minimum with required base support of SHS/ RHS with Brickwork, Steps and Handrail. Structure – Inside layout Design would be vandal proof and easy to clean. Ridges are not bent towards inside area of the toilet. The design shall prevent tampering and vandalism of inside components and equipments to most extent. At the same time, it ensures aesthetic appeal with a clean and hygienic environment inside unmanned toilet. Exterior area covered with ACP/GRP/PUF or similar aesthetic anti-fungal materials. The design/layout will be such that it accommodates the designs proposed by the authority depending on the site convenience while keeping the interior area intact. Cubicle floor Toilet/Urinal: Double layered floor with upper layer made of stainless steel AISI 316, with 3 mm thickness perforated and non slippery. The layer beneath would be waterproof and ventilated anti-fungal tray, connected to the soak pit with P-trap. The layer beneath has provision for cleaning. Inside wall Stainless steel wall panels with 304/316 grade with waterproof, finished, smoothed facade to prevent dirt accumulation on corners and ridges. Roof : insulated PUF sandwich panels with PPGI sheet on top or GRP molded roof with insulation to prevent temperature extremities. Roof will be extended towards entry side (minimum 600mm) to provide rain-guard for users waiting outside. The structure size should be 1220mm x 915mm. Toilet structure height (except foundation structure) – 2025mm. (i.e. Bottom to top roof). ii. All 4-top wall panel to have single skin louvre panels (150 mm) of 0.6 mm Galvanized Plain powder coated sheet. iii. Each wall panel is to be 40 mm thick Sandwich Panels made of 0.6 mm thick, Min 240 MPa Yield Strength (YS), Min 340 Ultimate Tensile Strength (UTS) zero spangled skin passed Tension levelled, Restriction of Hazardous substance (ROHS) compliant, 120 GSM galvanized plain, powder coated cold rolled sheet with insulation (38mm EPS (Expanded Polystyrene) of density 16 kg/m3) inside it. iv. The bottom most panel on 3 sides in each compartment to have SS 304 in the interiors up to 125 mm from floor that is to be riveted over powder coated galvanized plain sheet. Structure Roofing-Flat roof of 40mm thick Sandwich Panels made of 0.6mm thick, 275 Mpa Strength zero spangled skin passed 120GSM galvanized plain powder coated cold rooed sheet with insulation 38mm EPS (Expanded Polystyrene) of density 16kg/m3 inside it. The protusion is to be 50mm and 600 mm projection on door and wash basin will be provided to protect from rain. Structure corner pillars-40mm thick Sandwich Panels made of 0.6mm thick, 275 MPa Strength zero spangled skin passed 120 GSM galvanized plain powder coated cold rolled sheet to be used for structure corner pillars. Doors – Toilet (WC Men & Women/ Western WC Men & Women) 700mm 30mm 1900mm Normal Push Open. Ventilation : Powder coated steel ventilation (louvre) on back &side walls, Provision for natural light above door. External / Internal finish: Pure polyester Glossy Powder Coating. Water closet : 1 Ceramic white colour Indian Pan/ European pan in each unit (Hindware or equivalent), i/c toilet paper holder, health faucet and jet sprayWater Tank & Tank Frame- Single 225 Litres water tank inside the unit (Sintex renotuff or equivalent). Plumbing & accessories: All internal piping with CPVC pipe of nominal dia 20 mm with necessary unions for maintenance purpose & stop cocks. PTMT SYMET or Similar: One bib-cock tap in each compartment. One stop-cock each for controlling water flow 1) Water source to tank 2) Tank to Washing Tap. Stainless steel SS wash basin with one bib cock,Liquid soap SS container, & water supply connection. All other necessary pipes fittings like p-trap, vent pipes etc. Electrical Fittings –1 CFL & 1 Modular Switch in each compartment and required internal wiring. Labour charges of civil foundation and insulation work, Installation service, transportation of materials to the site etc all complete including all taxes.( Make and Model:- Tata Steel Smart EzyNest Sanitation or equivalent). Service Room: The service room of APT (Automated Public Toilet) accommodates all components of the toilet to prevent unauthorized public access and provide necessary provision for maintenance and service of the components. It has a separate door, to enter for service and maintenance and for inspection. The service room will typically accommodate battery, motor pump, waste bin bag, napkin incinerator, napkin vending machine, plumbing lines, electrical equipment, sensors, control boards, IoT devices, etc. The service room shall have separate door key with remote monitoring of its opening status. It has enough ventilation and lighting for safe working of service personal. User information and info graphics: Necessary info graphicsare provided for proper user guidance. Visual indications using Graphic LCD is provided with voice guidance which will give proper information to user. Voice Guidance: Users shall be guided by proper voice instructions. As and when it is required, the system will play pre-recorded voice. Main Door: The door with stainless-steel panel with dimensions specified in above tableThe door locks from inside manually and is fabricated strong enough to prevent vandalism and tampering. Toilet door control from inside is manual and operational even if a total power failure occurs. The door is equipped with branded door closer, mortise lock and door handle. Electric Locks: Electric strike lock (12V DC) for access control. Inside Lock: SS 304 grade Tower bolt fitted with SS Allen key, CSK fasteners from inside to lock the door manually. Access Control: Coin mechanism that accepts multiple coins / press button for controlling the access to toilets. The access control mechanism shall prevent toilet usage when there is no power / water. Manual Exit: Ensures manual exit like normal toilet door from inside of toilet. Foot step/Ramp: Foot step/Ramp with 500mm minimum width using exterior anti-skidding floor panel. Ventilation: Ventilation with minimum 4” DC 12V Exhaust fan or louvers to ensure fresh air inside toilet for each cubicle. Fan/LED light: Automated vandal proof Fan and LED light inside cubicle, switching on when toilet is occupied. Electrical: 1 All electrical cabling and accessories shall be of ISI standards.2 DPMCB (230v/50HZ, 32A) for overload and short-circuit protection. 4 Single pole MCB (230v/50HZ, 10A) protection for each section. 5 8 / 10 way distribution box. 6 Wiring follows Colour code: Red-phase, Black-neutral, and Green-earth.

PART 2 AMC for Smart Toilet for 3 years after defect liability period, which is 12 month from the date of Handing over wil include maintenance of Steel structure, IoT sysytems, Bio Tank,Internal eletrical ,Plumbing work and other fittings.
